Traveled from out of town for a Camping Trip and was greeted twice while shopping by helpful crew members. Has a real hometown feel. You will find anything you need here and kind of have to as it is the only one for some distance around.

It's OK. But service usually sour. Although there are some good and helpful clerks. Normally mature people. Which is sad, the younger people seem to resent having to work.

The older lady in the garden department is very rude, and when I requested a manager she denied me and then proceeded to ignore me, all over her not wanting to do her job! Not been back and won't go back....

I absolutely hate self check out!!! Walmart has destroyed our youth today by not offering jobs with customer interactions..so sad to see Walmart isn't for the people just their deep pockets... Sam Walton must be rolling in his grave.

What can I say, it’s Walmart.The staff are never overjoyed to help, the bathrooms almost always need attention and they move stuff around to much.I gave them 3 stars because it is a convenient place to shop... that is the only reason I didn’t give them 2.

Needs benches, on the isles or a free physical therapist, it's a long walk from front to back. Especially when you have $40 worth quarters in your pocket to pay for your groceries, know what that is like at the self checkout?

Horrible customer service, charging more than posted price and will not honor their posted price on the shelf when you catch them over charging at the register. I strong suggest that you double check all pricing at the register.

I stand here in your store, so help me God, even my shadow won't cross the threshold to any Walmart anywhere ever again. The $50 I was supposed to save has ended up costing me WAY more than it would have to just buy it at any of your competitors. The price was great the COST was twice as much.

Tried to order grocery pick up. $50 temporary hold added to total in case there is a "bag charge". Ordered no produce. 2 pieces of meat that could cost more due to weight. Cancelled order. Went to IGA.

Customer service...there is none.One register open for non w2 self check out Customer. Forcing the customer to do a job they are standing around watching the customer do.Only reason I went in. Was because my wife couldn't wait till the next day to go to Harps.Otherwise I do my best to spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I am elderly and placed a pick up order, I made a mistake on store to pick up. I came to Poteau store 3 days later trying to talk to a manager about it. A lady at the service desk called him and he refused to help me at all. This was my Medicare card. Surely he could have helped me some way. He said it could take up to 5 more days. Something needs to be done about this. I would have liked some food to eat this week.

I brought in a battery my daughter's mother has bought in Arkansas after buying a 2011 Camaro at an estate sale... And she needed a new battery and got it from an Arkansas Walmart... Fast forward one year later... The battery no longer keeps a charge.. and she has short-term memory and could not remember exactly where she got it from... So I go to Auto and tire and asked a manager about this battery the first told me was not very few minutes later he tells me it had come from a Walmart store number 33 in Arkansas... But he could not exchange the battery via says the computer.. but yet on the front of the battery it says three-year replacement guarantee... And then told me I'd have to talk to another manager of the following day which was memorial Day... I'm native American... And they were looking at me like I was trying to return the stolen battery of some kind.. they treated like I was their kind of hustle money... When I had bought a new battery for her just a week prior to this return for $200.... Yes a refund would have been nice but the exchange would be okay too cuz then I could take the other battery back so I'm not out of pocket any money and she does not get taken advantage of by Walmart terrible batteries.... I haven't personally bought a battery from Walmart in over 10 years because they never lasts more than 2..... I'm still curious to what the manager will do for this situation after all my daughter's mother and I are both disabled with post-traumatic stress disorder... We'll see how Walmart continues to treat the disabled

I love Wal Mart. Laid out well. If you can not find something. An employee will find it with you. Friendly, courteous employees. This store is very clean. I go there. And so does our money!

I was able to find help with finding products... not enough knowledgeable personnel. Also, please stop moving products. Was able to shop quickly but not now with the many changes...tnx for reading
