I see Dr. Stokes, him and his team are absolutely amazing. I haven't ever been somewhere that they truly care about your animals. They have even called to check on my sweet baxter. I had taken him to forwoodson since moving to the area but it seems he was quite overloaded. He said my dog had a hematoma on his chest. A month or so went by and I decided to go to Leflore county vet clinic. Stokes examined it and decided it was cancer and that it had to be removed. My sweet dog is back to himself. Zooming around all day! Thank you Dr. Stokes and team. You guys are amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Stokes, Dr. Means, and their staff! They always put the quality of life off the animal before the dollar. I’ve been with them through losing my two closest pets a couple years ago and they have always worked with me through financial issues. I remember when I had to tell them my blue heeler puppy had passed so I wouldn’t be bringing him to his next appointment and the whole staff remember him and showed care. I could get cheaper vet care through Vetco where I work, but I chose to stay with them because of just how great they all are.

This is the only place I would take my babies, and I've been going there for nearly 25 years! Dr. Stokes is absolutely one of a kind! He is knowledgeable and very caring. Robin has worked there since I've been going there, and she is a gem! All the staff are wonderful. Through the joy of having all my babies and the tears of losing them, they have been there for me!

Our little Schnauzer developed sudden vision loss... the Dr. did a thorough exam and came up with a step by step plan for treatment... needless to say, after the first step plan, our dogs vision came back and he's back to normal.Obviously, we were extremely concerned... the staff got us in right away and were so professional and caring... I can't say enough for these awesome folks... they are top notch!

The absolute best of the best. Dr. Means and Dr. Stokes are the only vets I will trust my dogs(who I consider family) with. The staff is also incredible. When my Labrador had to have emergency treatment they saved his life and kept me up to date on his condition. I honestly can not think of a single negative thing to say about this clinic.

We Love these guys! Dr. Stokes is the BEST. My first time there he waited after 5 for me to get my dog there. I called him crying, scared to death... my dog was in labor & I was scared she was having trouble. He calmed Me, and was so gentle as he checked Harley, he took an x-ray so I could see her 2 unborn pups. He told me what to expect & assured me Harley was doing fine. All this after hours,And his fee was so reasonable.He is the ONLY vet we use. ❤🐕🐾

Dr. Stokes & staff are the most kind, considerate as well as professional veterinary folks I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He treats my dogs with the same love and care that I feel for them. When my mom's 13 yo dog had to be put down, their empathy and kindness were extraordinary. Can't recommend them enough!

Dr Stokes and Dr Means are very nice, as well as all the assistants. My dog doesn't do well with car rides or meeting new people and this was her first time there. They were very patient with her and kind. I will definitely be using them again.

Dr. Stokes and his staff are great. They have provided expert care for our pets for decades. Twice I've had to have a pet "put to sleep" because of tragic injuries. Their care and compassion each time was amazing. We even received a sympathy card signed by their entire staff that brought me to tears. Your pets will be in good hands here. 🐕🐈

Dr Stokes is an excellent veterinarian. He treats your dog like a wonderful sentient being instead of just a thing. (And I've seen a vet right here in this town treat them like they were just 'things' grrr) But Dr. Stokes is gentle and kind and lets you know what he's doing and what he's finding at all times. He and everyone in his office are kind, friendly and compassionate. I trust his intelligence, his integrity and I trust him to be kind to my dogs. :)

Thank you Dr Stokes. I’ve been bringing my “babies” to you for 10 years and you’ve never failed to be compassionate through thick and thin. Even when I’ve not been at my best you and your staff have been kind and understanding. I am so impressed with how you were able to sew up Louise’s leg that somehow got torn up so bad I could see the bone and ligaments down the length of her little leg. I don’t know how you managed to make it look good. I’m so relieved she is going to be ok. Thank you for taking care of her and for charging rates I could afford for the hard work you do.
