I was shopping the other day and overheard a conversation that the new manager was having with her employee. She was saying that he wasn’t allowed to talk to the old manager when she’s in the store. The old manager is still a customer. She told him that he cannot speak to her or anything or he would be wrote up. He looked defeated when she told him that. Dollar general you need to do something about that new manager. Also did you know that they make the employees stay in the store when they’re clocked out?! 1/10 do not recommend working here under that manager.

Never been in this particular Dollar General store that my experience was not that enjoyable. The clerk's are definitely not dull, or seem to be just down to Earth.

Called whitefield DG and they had the only 12 packs of cat food my cat eats(Sheba Cuts) . My cat just had kittens and won't eat the Pate' kind

Not enough help. Only one employee and had to wait for her to clean up a spill in the floor while several of us waited in line several minutes to check out. Also the employee was not very nice to customers.

Last minute items this is a great but I don't like the way they stop selling items frequently bought with higher priced brand items to make higher profit rather than just keeping the items in stock.
