I'd like to start off by saying I've had a good experience with them in the past when my little (cat) Kitty ended up with a mild eye infection, so they did an examine, did his yearly shots including his rabies shot.Kitty always seems like he's trying to hack up a hairball yet nothing happens, he told me he did an exam and said Kitty was rsv free, yay, from two different clinics opinion.So basically first time went great, I do agree with others that it's weird that we're not allowed to with be our fur babies inside, I don't want to say it raises a red flag plus they don't tell you how much anything is til afterwards so hope you got enough money on you. But nothing bad came from it and Kitty is better.Come to today I call about getting my (cat) Layla spayed and I asked about pricing so I'd be prepared. She had already given me some prices but I was also needing other treatments and care not just for Layla, but for my other two boys,(cat). I barely could get a sentence out before I was rudely interrupted just to be told that she has a lot more better things that she needs to do than deal with this call.. it was shocking, she asked in the beginning if I'd like to make an appointment and I said yes, I was wanting more than just Layla getting spayed but I didn't even get questions answered just the same info she'd given me. That's when I was informed that there was better things she could be doing.So I didn't get an appointment, pretty much got cut off.And i very well could've misunderstood the entire phone call or just having a rough day.Just saddens me because they're local and ive yet to have a bad experience..I do have a fur baby named Vader (cat) and he has some of the worst anxiety. He's terrified of men, he'll dig his nails into you til he's comfortable or familiar with you and his surroundings. How do they do what they need to without excessive force or strapping causing more trauma.. and not being with him makes it even worse.Just wondering what there is I/we could do to make a better connection.Thank you for your time.

They are great people. Dr.Smith takes care great care of his patients. Tina is a great to help with their patients and customers too. I wish I lived closer would definitely be using them. I live in Ft. Smith though. They have a clean space and great prices.

CST Let my family Board my Cat and Dog during an Emergency Evacuation Situation. And they are kind to my pets. The price for boarding is not bad either.

Prices seem fair but what I don’t like is the fact that they won’t let you go inside with your pet, literally have to sit outside wondering what they’re doing to your pet and you can’t comfort your pet or anything. Lady is very rude too

The owners are great! I've had a relationship with them ever since I used to be their delivery driver for over 5 years. We have taken all 3 of our dogs there for over 4 years now and they always treat withike their own. The prices are fair and they're very knowledgeable! Thanks guys!

I came in today with my baby kitty and they were very nice and informative. Answered my questions and concerns without seeming annoyed. They do care about your animals. They handled the other people I saw with the same professionalism. I'm hoping my baby girl pulls through from the help she was given today

Amazing Vet!!!! My poor baby needed an extraction and I was quoted an outlandish amount at another office. This vet took care of all of my baby’s dental needs at a very reasonable cost and did impeccable work! I am a dental hygienist and I am pretty sure he got Jack’s teeth cleaner than I could have. I will never go to another vet again.

I will never trust another veterinarian as long as Mr. Smith and his wife Tina are in business! They have saved many of my babies lives and I am for ever grateful! Also the prices are much more affordable than any other place I've found. So you get above quality care along with more affordable prices. How can you go wrong?!

Do not go to this vet!!! I got my dogs nails clipped and almost every single nail was bleeding. on top of that, during COVID they don’t allow you to come inside so they come to get your dogs, well, they are so rude!!! They just yank my dog around and pull her and all it would take is to say something sweet to her and she would’ve went straight with them inside! My dog was just nervous… Then when you pay they don’t even tell you your total they just stand there waiting for your card and come back with receipt and total AFTER they swipe your card without telling me the total! who knows how they treat them inside when we aren’t there to witness!

What a great vet! My sweet Corgi Sam was so sick! Not eating and going down hill fast. Dr. Smith is amazing and fixed him right up. So thankful! Great people and great environment! Highly recommend!

Walked in for the first time yesterday with my little Chorky who had bloody, snotty stools. Was impressed by the cleanliness, felt very comfortable, and my furbaby was taken care of quickly. Very nice people, prices are great, and obviously very knowledgeable. We have found our new vet.

This was an emergency visit while I was staying with Family for the holidays. The Dr and his wife were very helpful! The Dr was quick to find the problem and the advice he gave really helped my fur baby! My pup is on the mend!

I highly recommend this place. A very clean facility that's ran exceptionally well with such order. The service is top of the line and the prices are incredibly reasonable. They do great spays. My cat healed super fast, and the incision was small. I’ll always go here to have my animals spayed or neutered.

We picked up our dogs a week after boarding. Our small Chihuahua died less than 24 hours later. At pickup the vet said he hadn't been eatting/drinking but to just watch him and bring him back monday if need be. He didn't seem too concerned. The dog was also covered in vomit. They closed at noon sat and you can't reach anyone till monday. DO NOT use this vet!! We also had the Chihuahua fixed, a tooth removed, and kennel shots on top of boarding.

The frumpy lady at the front desk, the receptionist, is very rude. When I arrived to see if they could see my kitten for her first round of shots, she rolled her eyes at me and reluctantly looked on the computer for my information. When I told her I had called and talked to someone earlier, she proceeded to call me a liar and then when I told her she didn’t have to be rude she loudly proclaimed that I needed to leave. She then said she would “open the door for me” in a condescending manner and very loudly, wrenching the door open. I was appalled and will not be going back. I’ll be telling everyone not to go there to save them the same mistreatment.

Don't take your pet here. The resepoinist is rude. They don't solve the problem, and they just administer treatment without consulting you and hand you a bill. Just my experience maybe you will have a better one.

I was amazed how they came out to the car to give my fur baby her vaccine, the vet and his spouse were very nice, I live in sand springs, they are in red bird, it was well worth the drive to see this country vet, also their prices was soo reasonable, just couldn't believe they didn't charge an arm and a leg like other vets.

well as soon as i got there the took my dog and got this rope and tied it tight and my dog chocked and then he dragged her across the floor do not recommend
