Lady took 15 minutes to find me in system. Script was sent by clinic. She the. Evidently forgot to put thZt I was waiting. I was told ,15 to 20 minutes. I've been here in pharmacy around an hour. Poor organization.

Have not ever had a "bad" experience. I have had delays, meds not available, forgot to bring my ID for a med that I had to have it even though they know me, a price not what I thought it would be, etc. But none of that if the fault of the pharmacy. Stuff happens no matter where you go. I continue to go to this pharmacy because the people are kind, understanding, and do what they can to help me. I don't expect them to break the rules for me.

Fastest pharmacy in Ponca City. We are so thankful my 1 year old gets his antibiotics within an hour, every time! Other pharmacies here need to take notes.

In town from Georgia for a funeral. See 2 women standing by the door and ask if i can purchase a box of syringes. My insulin pump got an occlusion and my blood sugars were over 400. They told me sorry but no we are on lunch till 2. I mean I'm literally sick and they are right there. No compassion worse pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Standing by a door on lunch is more important than someone's life!!! I'd give negative stars if I could

Child is away at school determined she had Covid, and needed to purchase meds...from 150 miles away where she was off at college. Walmart RX Worked with me to get her meds paid for and delivered to her car, so she wouldn't expose anyone. They Went above and beyond to help!
