I love this self-serve dog wash! Muddy Paws is the next best thing to getting my boy groomed. He was calm, cool, and collected. There were other dogs getting bathed, and my boy was cucumber cool. I finished in less than 10 minutes. My dog was clean and squeaky. I did not like that it is up to owners to clean up after they finish using the tub. Only because while I consider myself to be a responsible pet owner who cleans up after my pet, there are so many others who refuse to. I arrived there and the dog wash was dirty and hair everywhere. I cleaned and sanitized before and after my dog used it. But, people should clean up after they use the tubs. If they can't take care of these tubs , there won't be any tubs to use. Just remember that when you use it. But I love the owner and this groom shop. I look forward to being an avid user of this dog wash.

Have had quite a few great experiences there. But the last 2 times I've gone the older blonde lady there has treated me so poorly, I won't be going back. I love supporting small businesses! But when you talk to your customers like they are stupid!!! I'll just take my stupid and my money else where!

They are great with the dogs and cats here. Our dogs always had a good experience. And when dropping off our 3 dogs never had an issue when they wouldn't want to go. So obviously they get treated well. The owner is great to.

My husband and I have been taking our Max there for 8yrs. They have been so good to him. You can tell that they spoil him. He always looks and smell good. This year we tried their mobile service. It was awesome. We will definitely use their mobile service again. The prices are fair.

First time my fuzzy baby had his hair professionally done. The ladies I met were wonderful! They were friendly and informative. I felt like they truly care about my dog as much as I do. It took a little bit. So be understanding and patient. These ladies have many dogs and do a beautiful job. Well worth the wait. Along with their amazing patience when a pup cops an attitude. The bandannas are also adorable. Highly recommend and will be back.

When you take your animals to pretty paws you are taking your animal to very safe place. They are so professional I never have to worry at all about them being taken care of. The owner is like a animal whisperer your pet just listens to her. Her daughter works with her and she is just really nice to so so proud that we have this business in Ponca City

I moved to Ponca last July and have called Pretty Paws on three different occasions, hoping to make an appointment with their mobile grooming service. Three times I was told that it's not a convenient time to book an appointment, and they'd call me later in the day. Three times and no calls back. None. I don't understand. Now my pups have an appointment with a groomer in Stillwater. I hope they are worth the drive because we're looking to be lifetime clients wherever we finally land.

Got my pup groomed with bath and all (nail clipping and anal gland) earlier this month for a very good price! They even gave him a little scarf. Dropping him off tomorrow for boarding, then I’ll probably have the grooming done again:-)

We have been bringing our Yorkie here for almost 2 years. Usually its fine other than making appointments and then them taking other dogs with no appointment before her and her staying all day.This last time she was completely scalped! She knows how we want her cut.. . She has always put the yorkie tips on her ears, this time she completely shaved them! No hair on her ears! Her body was shaved to the skin! We will not be back! If after almost 2 years you don't know how to cut her, she won't be back! No excuse for the way my baby looks! Ibwish I could post pics from last groom and then this one! We are furious ! She doesn't even act herself! In search of a new groomer! ! !

My dog went in smelling like DOG and came out smelling Oh So Good Her nails were trimmed and filed. They look great and she's not scratching my legs 🤗 The price was at least half of what we expected 😲 Much appreciated 😊 We'll be back‼
