So about a week ago my girlfriend and I went into pet sense to get some medicine for my dog. She had been absolutely shredding her ear itching for the past two or three weeks, I told the lady that was working about my dogs ear (could have been the manager she was training a new employee that day I believe) and she pointed me to the right direction. She sold us some ear drops (around $34) that gave my dog instant relief and honestly made my day! She saved us money (by not having to go to the vet) and was very informative and nice while doing so! We sat there and chatted with that women and the new employee about some of the pets in the store. They may have even sold me on a bearded dragon I believe it was called. Great job in there and keep up the great work! Them employees need a raise thank you all!

A little spendy on most items but personal is very good got a dog tag for our Bella and the young lady there took excellent care of us now our Bella is protected if she ever gets lost

We take Ali, our Golden Retriever, to Petsense once a month to get groomed. They do a stellar job and Ali feels very comfortable around the groomers. Petsense also has a large assortment of treats at reasonable prices. Moreover, the staff knows what each treat is the best for your breed of dog and the prices are competitive. Ali can run free throughout the store and loves going there. So do we.

Amazing service Talyn love his treat bagWent again on 7/11/19 to get Talyns nails done. He hates having them done at hone and fights me. The groomer was so knowledgeable about how to help him (3 legged dog) she had his nails done in about 5 mins with minimal stress to Talyn. Will be taking mine and my sisters dogs back!!

If there was a pet store that I trust the most its petsense there not there to s am you to stel from you they are there to help and to do there job and be great people to the community they do great work my name is Jacob lozoya I am one of there regular customers I all ways go there for pet supplies or pet issues they help when. Ever they can they even have this event called snakes alive where all these donated animals that need homes are there and the snakes alive people sell them for all the reptiles and great great animal get a good and forever home

Bought a gerbil there and was told it was nicer than the hamsters. Brought it home and it immediately bit my girlfriend. They wouldn't take it back due to their policy but I was mislead in thinking it would be nice.Update: It died after 3 days.

They have gotten a few aquarium fish in store now. Need to improve on lizard supplies. Great, friendly customer service and recommend to anyone especially cat and dog owners. They have a large variety of foods, toys and treats for dogs and cats.

Love Love this store! The associates are the most helpful and friendliest people in the world! I have a corgi that gets groomed and a lab gets her nails done. The groomers are the best! Very patient and loving with all the animals. Petsense is a wonderful Blessing to ponca city. Especially me!

Comparable to purchasing cat food for my felines in the alleyway in Walmart and Amazon I'd say this is the way to go. Especially considering the fact they give you your 10th bag free. I'm getting 30 lb bag of cat food cheaper then majority of store's in the vicinity and you get your 10th bag free. Whoa did I break it or black out ? Negative ghost rider this is real life and I'd advise you save some denero and check it out!!!

Tend to be pricier than other stores in town, but you will find the broadest variety of food and pet products than anywhere else. Staff are very kind and helpful every time I visit.

I love going here. Super helpful staff always with a smile! If you need to order something just ask, they will dot heir best to get you whatever you need ordered in. I also take my furbabies her for grooming. They look polished and super fluffy everytime.Update: Been bringing my dogs here for grooming over 3 years now. We started out going to Jo but switched to Becca. Becca always does an amazing job on the fluffiest dogs... my doggos sure love getting their hair did!

I took my Yorky in to buy him some food and toys...Mr Lucky and I both loved it!!! What a super clean and fresh smelling pet store. The staffthere are urber friendly and helpful. When you walk in the store you are greeted with a hello and smile.As far as their selection of food for your pet goes...its like a warehouse. They have a huge selection of the finest and healthy treats, food, care products, etc... I will be going back every month for my supplies for Mr Lucky. I highly recommend Petsense
