This place only cares about one thing, money. If you wanna feel like getting an ambiguous receipt with up charges for no reason other than to try and squeeze every extra cent from you then go here. They might be a nice staff until you question what a charge was for then it’s straight to rude and defensive. They will also not be upfront with charges before they do anything expect it to change drastically if they give any kind of quote.

My dad's cat was in sever pain. She was terminal. They gave her a sedative so she would no longer suffer. They showed my dad grace and dignity. Even sent him a card in mail with sympathy.

Friendly, caring staff who love animals and are attentive to the customer's needs. Very reasonably priced for dogs and cats (I don't have anything larger or smaller, so I can't say for other animals). I have had nothing but good experiences here. This is the first place in a very long time for me to give 5 stars

They were very quick, gentle, and loving to my dog. For shots, full exam, tests, tags, it was all less than $100, AND I feared taking him in because past few years have been rough, and I neglected his shots (I'm a bad mommy) and feared they would be judgemental, but they weren't. I have always used this place, going with my mom when I was 4-5, and will never go elsewhere.

Have been going to Hartford Animal Clinic for 10 years. The staff is friendly and efficient. Rarely is there more than a 5 or 10 minute wait. Won't take my pets anywhere else.

If you need to travel internationally with your pet, try a different vet. Started trying to book with these guys four weeks before my date of travel and they booked us the wrong day, then didn't have an appointment available in the window of time we needed, then charged us 4 times the price they quoted over the phone.

Very friendly staff, excellent service and really good with our 2 dogs. Reasonably priced. The vet was so fast with trimming toenails that it wasn't an ordeal like it is as home!

They were so kind and compassionate when I had to send my little “brother”, Buddy, Home to be with Mom and they helped me get my other “brother”, Ozzy, updated on his shots and microchipped. Very nice staff and great prices.

They charge to have online pharmacies fill prescriptions so you cant save any money on medications. But theyre super nice and take great care of your animal.

Had to take our pup in without an appointment. The girl at the front desk was very nice, got us right in at lunch time, fast, my dog LOVED the vet big plus. Very informative and great price ❤

I love Dr. Chip Schultz. He is great with the animals. When it was time for my 17 year old cat to pass he and the staff were real kind and compassionate . They showed Maxwell the respect and love he had earned in his 17 years.

Pretty clean. I only had issues with one Dr. His attitude was terrible. Treated my pet badly. The only male Veterinarian there I believe. Otherwise the outcome was great. All the other staff were very pleasant.

We had an emergency with our pet, our normal vet couldnt get us in. We called Hartford just before closing and they took us they waited with my family till i could get there, it was after their closing time, they took care of our pet, and treated us woth such compassion and took all the time we needed to handle our crisis. They were so amazing. I have a new vet now if we get another pet.

These guys are too if the line animal lovers and it shows in how they care for my Lil Bit baby girl and yours also! They saved her a year ago when she had been diagnosed with parvo, my baby is 3 pounds full grown! Cost is comparable to other vets in town but service is uncomparable and priceless!
