Sonic is just one of those places that every time you think they've got their jobs figured out, they fire the whole crew and hire a bunch of kids who are still in high school. So one day you'll go, you order, your order is wrong somehow, you send it back, and you finally get the right order after a brief 20-30 minute wait so you can leave. Then, two weeks later, you'll go back to see that everything will be running almost perfectly. You'll get your order within 10 minutes, everything will be just right, and you'll leave, one satisfied customer. Then, you'll go back two days after that, and suddenly, it's an all new crew, which resets the cycle back to one.I'm not sure if they do this on purpose or not, but something has got to give. On the days when it all runs so smoothly, it's one of my favorite places to grab a burger, fries, and fresh cherry limeade. You won't find a better spot. However, when it's not so good, it's really not so good. Maybe the problem is the management, or maybe it's just the employees, but whatever it is, I wish they'd figure it out.Hopefully, after all that, I haven't discouraged you from going and giving it a try for yourselves. The drinks are almost always good in spite of whether everything else is or not. So it's always worth it to drop by and quench your thirst with one of their signature drink combinations. My favorites are definitely the cherry limeade and the frozen lemonade. Also, make sure to check out their app. All drinks are always half off the menu price when you order on the app. Otherwise, happy hour is from 2pm-4pm daily for half priced drinks when ordered in person.

Update 1/11/24 called the corp number posted below and talled to a rep as soon as it happened. Still no refund after being told one would he issued.Wow just horrible everything we ordered we threw away cept the drinks. Been going here a while now and beyond disappointing. Really want my money refunded but their listed number goes to a message saying they are not available and hangs up.

Honestly I do like this sonic. I until today stopped by there almost daily as me and my wife enjoy a lot of their menu. I happened to walk by there today and was super overheated so I asked for a water. I didn't realize I forgot my card but I also thought water was free. Now I don't expect free things but I kindly asked for the water for free because im a regular and I felt comfortable doing so. Wrong choice I was giggled at by Linda kite the manager who said " she was sorry I was overheated but their policy wouldnt allow them" now in all fairness they have the right to refuse people and definantly have the right to not give me free water. But what human being would actually act that way? It's sad that this is what the world has come to. Growing up as a boy in Oklahoma we would give the shirt off our backs to our neighbor. Appearantly now we laugh at the citizens of the communities we profit off of. I do pray for the standard of character and morals of our communities rised to a respectable level

I don't think they could have got my order more wrong if they try. I have never had a order at any restaurant prepared as horribly as this meal was. I ordered a glass with multiple addings there was all my receipt that I paid for them and I was giving a audio blast when there was no oreo in my order anywhere. The rest of my Adams were left out. I ordered Tiger tots that it showed on my receipt but was given Kohl saggy French fries. I ordered my hamburger with no tomatoes and no onions. Tomatoes were definitely there and there was a handful of onions on the Burger. I ordered a diet Dr Pepper with my mill but received sprite or Sierra vest or something that's not even the same color. So there was not one single item in my meal that was prepared correctly if it wasn't for the fact I was driving 18 Wheeler and it was complicated for me to park across the street and get into the sonic I definitely would have turned round and took it back.

It was in the late evening . Ordered 2 rootbeer floats and 1 hot fudge sundae. Sunday was fine. The floats were nothing but rootbeer. They were very busy but very polite. I called after I got home about the problem. They were quick to fix the issue the very next day. Satisfied completely. Thank you Sonic

This place is a hit or miss. Seems like it's going down the drain fast. They mess up on orders a lot. We do come here often when we want a quick snack or lunch and there's almost always an issue. Now it's worse they hired kids and last time we went they overcharged drinks and didn't know how to fix it. Rarely they get it right.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. Lately they haven't been changing the fryer grease regularly and it leaves a funky taste on all the fried food. Still a decent place in town to eat.

Pocola Oklahoma sonic drive in was the worst one I've ever been to. after waiting 20 minutes, I found out my order had been lost. Someone came out to the truck to take my order. Another 10 minutes some of my order was brought out, the rest had been forgotten. So 5 minutes later I got the rest of it. My order was free, but not sure if the hassle was worth my $6.75 free order. As I was eating, an order for someone else was coming up on the screen in my stall. It even asked for payment. I ignored it and left. I wonder how long that person had to wait for the mix up on their order to be sorted out. Hope they get thier free also $17.38. sonic can you really afford to give away free food?

Every time I do a mobile order, it somehow never “pops up” on their screen. And when it does, it takes just as long as it would if I ordered at the stall. This last order, I ordered a cranberry limeade with easy lime. They put a whole lime in the drink. The waitresses are nice but they need to fix the mobile order thing.

Always hit or miss at this Sonic.Two out of the last three bacon double cheeseburgers had no bacon on them when I got home. I mean, it's the first world when you order the burger...... "BACON" double cheeseburger. Really don't expect that to be the part they forget to put on two out of three times in roughly a 10 day span. I believe the only reason I got bacon on the second one was because I said something about not getting it on the last one. Didn't specify say something the third round and no bacon again 🤦🏻‍♂️

Their app sucks. Always messed up. Either the hours on the sonic I want isn't correct or you have to wait till the end to find out of they're out of something.The food is decent, depending on the location.

My wife and I had classic crispy chicken sandwiches the chicken was dry and/or overcooked and the toasted buns were burnt. We went through the drive through and noticed the splash guard on the shake machine was dripping with over spray attracting flies. Would have given one star but the tots were good. There was a painter painting the back of the building playing his radio load enough that the order taker was having trouble hearing our order.
