Richera is the best groomer around! Will never take my dogs anywhere else. She always makes sure they look so cute. My dog use to fight for grooms but Richera was patient and worked with her. Now she gets so excited to see Richera. She always enjoys her Spa Days ❤️

My dog went in to be bathed and deshedded he came out shaking with anxiety hair still coming off in clumps and he was still dirty. He is a white dog and was not white he has grey and dirt on his fur and smells like wet dog. Very disappointed.

She gets us in quickly, is affordable, nice, and does a great job! I like that I can see she has a love for these animals. I don't have to worry about my dog. I have not had this experience at a couple of other places. One of which is a popular chain, and very expensive.

They did a excellent job on my Bentley (English bulldog 1 year old)He was happy and usually he doesn't like different.They treated him like he was special, talked to him and acknowledged him when we was checking him.I recommend them to anyone who loves there animal and want them treated like they matter. They sure do.

My girls were miss treated when I took them to be groomed the did not bathe them ,they both were hurt there legs my little one has a gash behind her leg and it cost me $103.00 for my babies there nails were cut wrong also .they both have been groomed by other groomers and never had a problem I have called and left message s and no return calls if you love your fur babies beware.
