Great grocery store, great selection. Love having this place in Piedmont!It would be nice if they could get liquor licenses for more of their cashiers. They usually have to flag down a manager to ring up the beer, not a huge problem, just a minor inconvenience.Overall a great store!!

A little pricey on some things, but they often have really great deals. But it is very convenient to shop at and they have a great selection. Most importantly they have incredible customer service. I have not yet met an employee there who was rude or even apathetic. They all seem to care about their jobs and are genuinely nice folks.

Misplaced my debit card this morning and out of the goodness of his heart, a gentleman paid for my groceries when he shouldn’t have. Have always had great experiences at this grocery store with the staff. Thank you again. Will always buy local.

Williams is always clean and well stocked. Search for items on sale. They are good deals. The employees are very helpful here too!

I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes. Half chocolate, vanilla and half purple and blue all with sprinkles. I pick them up today and to be quite honest, I’m embarrassed serving these at my nieces birthday party. When I went and picked them up she told me she ran out of purple icing so she mixed and matched. I thought ok no big deal I’m sure they are still fine. But the more I look at them, the more disappointed I am in how they turned out. Aside from the icing color and technique, the black sprinkles are horrible. Very bold. I have had horrible luck with Williams bakery with cakes so I was really hoping cupcakes would be an exception. I love their icing but paying $13 a dozen for cupcakes that I could have decorated better, isn’t worth it in my opinion. This is so unfortunate because everyone is always so nice so it makes it convenient and enjoyable to shop there when things are right.

They are a family run store. They are a little higher on their merchandise, but it pays for convenience. There is hardly any waiting in line, and the employees are all very helpful and polite. I would recommend Williams.

The 3rd hand from the Walmart dumpster would probably be better. I have had to tell them that there produce is rotting with mold all over it. Even the day they put it out. Williams is horrible. They are way over priced. They act like they are a convenience store like 7-Eleven or Casey's. Way over priced. Bought lettuce, brought it home 15 minutes later, and threw it away it was rotten in the center.

Great grocery store especially for the area. Better than driving into the city and their deli foods are good old fashioned favorites. Everyone is so friendly it is a combination of quality service and great selection of grocery items. Wish we had a closer one in the city.

Clean store, stocked with a generous variety in meat department. I wasn't happy with the birthday cake I ordered, but it's not unusual to have untrained young people with bad attitudes in any department anywhere these days. The bakery manager was kind and concerned and took very good care of my situation. Otherwise I couldn't have given 5stars

Cheapest local market I've shopped... the little xtra I spent more than I would have @ Wal-Mart I saved in gas. They have a lot of choices also. Their meat is of a great quality. I don't usually buy NY Strips but it was reasonably priced so I got a pair of them today. Some of the meat is high but they're always specials. So 5⭐

I love having this store so close to home. I can just run up the road and grab stuff for dinner. I always buy meats here. Better quality than big chain stores. Their prices are a little higher than Walmart, but the convenience and friendly small town feel makes up for it. They also carry your groceries out for you, which is awesome!

Went back, left disappointed. They don't care about the customer .Fake roast beef. Looks like a leg of a calf or cow . A few men in the meat and butcher area, kept calling it, Faulk or fake roast beef in the store in Piedmont Ok. Drove for many miles and found fake roast. Looks awesome . They don't cook tender. Their chewy . " bait you into the store and have something other than they advertised for SEVERAL WEEKS IN A ROW..

This is a tiny, small-town grocery store, but it's got a pretty decent selection. It's the only grocery in the region, but despite that the prices haven't gone too nuts. The store is clean and nice, and the checkers are friendly.

Such a great and well stocked store. For a location with no competition I expected to pay higher prices but no, they are very comparable to what I pay at walmart for items. They do have a great selection of heathy choices too!

Visited this store with a business partner who was returning a defective propane tank exchange purchased from the store, so we could get back to an organized bbq. The staff at Williams was more concerned about what the store's (LP) partner would do if they simply exchanged the defective product that they, Williams Foods, sold.Whatever relationship was being preserved, I seriously doubt it was worth the business impact that a poorly executed customer service decision just cost this business. That bad tank is sitting on display at this bbq, business leaders, neighbors, family and friends shaking their heads.This store campaigns as a neighborhood centric business, but the customer service is structured in such a manner that everyone we spoke with was more worried about the absence of a corporate policy and how a product partner would react to the defect, than to actually take care of customers. Thankfully there are a lot businesses who still empower employees to work for solutions with customers, no need to continue to make the stop at this "neighborhood" store.

Solid little hometown grocery. Great butcher, produce quality has improved, decent prices, bakery/deli is a bit sad, bring headphones since music is obnoxious. A few quibbles but overall it works for what it is.

Usually has what you need for a small shopping trip or last minute items for dinner. It’s convenient to have in town for sure. Staff is always friendly. This includes the High school kids that work there who I know would rather being doing something besides working. Lol. They are always clean as well.

Could be a nice store, but it’s not.Teen employees that don’t care, management that doesn’t make them.Inventory control is an issue, always out of things.They sell beer and wine yet have no cashiers that are allowed to.Card readers are ancient and fail often.

It's a good "neighborhood grocery store," with pretty good produce and bakery (tasty cookies). Selection in some areas is limited. The "local high school" employees aren't always cheery or eager to please, but at least they don't run over you, like at Walmart. The always-locked outdoor ice cabinet always slows me down.Prices are higher than in the city, but not exorbitant, and they have good specials.

Nice Store but no apparent COVID-19 precautions. I believe we were the only ones with masks. I feel that when a store has their employees wear protective masks that they care about me, the customer, and want to protect us. NOT here though! It seems that they either haven't heard what is going on in the world or are believers of the conspiracy theories.

I live in Deer Creek halfway between Piedmont and Edmond and I’ve always gone to Edmond for groceries. Today I decided to venture into Piedmont instead. I was not disappointed! Everyone was so sweet and helpful. There was no feeling of being rushed.Smiling faces!! I finally got the pleasure of seeing genuine smiling faces for the first time since March!! I can’t express how grateful I am for this store and it’s sweet employees!
