Customer service is very good.I don't browse anymore. I just tell them what I need and they retrieve it for meThey will install some items at no charge, so ask. Windshield wipers and batteries have been installed for me.They would have received a higher rating but didn't have the right size wiper.

Westin and Garrett were an absolutely amazing help. They were well informed and reliable. They went above and beyond to help me. I'm from out of town and was stranded, and still would have been if these two did not take time out of their day to help me. They both deserve huge bonuses or trophies or medals. Tyree was very knowledgeable and professional when we had to stop on our way from Oklahoma back to Texas. He didn't make me feel rushed, he took his time helping me check my oil, and running the computer to also see that I needed my break fluid filled as well. He was super kind and informative, and I wanted him to have a formal recognition, for helping a mother and her two kids on a long road trip, while my husband was busy working far away. It was much appreciated, beyond words.

Good place, the (manager?) helped change a belt and I didn't have my tools (have to lift the motor off the mounts) and was three hours from home! Really great service!

Okay talking to sales associate apparently they will not stay open one minute past time of closing. If you are running one minute late getting there they will lock the door not let you in. I was told that is policy that they close right at 5 on Sunday I do understand policy but what I do not understand it's common courtesy and helping a fellow man out by leaving your store open 2 minutes afterwards to ring up a sale so that a customer can get to work the next day. So with all that being said O'Reilly's I will not do business with you anymore at all I have done business with you guys for years that ends today

My car's fob battery died while on a road trip back to Kansas City. As this was needed to operate the car we couldn't turn it off for fear it wouldn't restart. The guys there replaced my battery for me and sent us on our way.
