We have two DG in Perry Oklahoma. The new one is awesome the old one is a mess I mean it’s like they don’t have a manager or anyone working there. It’s looks like a big mess someone needs to do something. This been going on since it opened years ago

I have not been in this particular store in several months. Mainly because every time I've been in the past, the store was in a disarray and it was hard to shop with it so disorganized. However, today I decided to go in, I had a few things I wanted to get and thought I would give it another chance and I'm glad I did. The store was much more organized then I think I've ever seen it before. The young man at the cash register was very polite and very quick to get me checked out. So it was a pretty good experience this time, glad to see that.

The Perry, Ok store is filthy, out of most things but always with boxes of things to be stocked in the middle of several aisles so you can't get your cart through and you have to go look for an employee if you want to check out. This used to be a fairly nice store but has really gone downhill in the last few months.

Great poplar store, lots of products, excellent prices, but the isles are almost so narrow that you feel like you need to side-step to get through. Nice people for the most part although I have dealt with a couple of grumps.

This store tries hard to be good. But constant theft leads to lots of out of stock product and the revovling door of employees means the cashier is usually new and has no idea what's going on

Theres a few employees here that are amazing..the quality of the store however is not that great..they are rarely stocked on stuff ...always always empty shelves or always out of stock on stuff..the appearance is just terrible..nothing is hardly ever stocked or the shelves are extremely disorganized or empty (of course) and its hard if you don't have the means or transportation to go to a different town or something to go to a different store..with this being the only store here besides one grocery store it needs to be stocked better and quit always being out of everything..this is a small town..its hard when you don't have no options for shopping and household needs and you go to the only store you have and its always out of stuff or never stocked ..again a few of the employees are amazing but the store needs major improvement!!!

Such a great way to run a business. Pulled in the parking lot to Dollar General to see 3 employees by the entrance smoking. I was told they were off the clock. So you still dont stand by the entrance and smoke. Probably wont be back

Good selection of some merchandise, store employees were friendly and greeted upon entering store. Some items were not clearly marked with prices and employee had to take time to scan products for prices and sale availability. Time consuming for employee and customer by not marking products with correct price and/or sale price.

The associates that work here are friendly and helpful. The store layout struggle's with crowed aisles. There is just way to much food and merchandise in boxes or crates laying around.

It was very hot in the store. You should fix the air conditioning, if not for your customers, but for the employees that have to be in there working. The customers can go in and leave in a hurry. I am old and needed a lot of things, and I was poring sweat, and it was miserable.

The store and Perry Ok is an absolute Disaster... The shelves look like somebody just through the items on them and you may find the same item on 3 or 4 different aisles. I don't think anybody does restocking the same way and it shows.....

Store is nice, but there is a girl in there that is super freakin rude! I asked her a question and a customer had to answer me and then she just walked off. Employees need to be a little more polite.

People that work here arr great. aisles are always packed with stuff in boxes that need to be on the shelf. Normaly always busy with long lines to pay.

There is never extra help at the cash registers, even though there are two extra people there that are always in the back office and have to be called up..even when they come out and see a line, they go back to office and avoid their customers..one cashier is rude as hell, and I have just about quit going because of her...my nephew got acussed of stealing a cap, and week later they had his mother come in, and she watched the video, with the manager, and it was clear that he stole nothing, and this same cashier was still rude as hell..since Perry has lost their Walmart, we only have dollar general, I have just about decided to ho to Stillwater once a week instead of having to deal with rude want to be managers that are only cashiers..you can't make it down the aisles because of restocking carts, or your just out of it..but your rude help keeps me from going in there.

My wife was checking out at the register when they told her to go ahead and empty her pockets bc they were told by a customer she was stealing bc her hands were in her pockets well she went ahead and emptied them and they tried frisking her but couldn't bc she was a female and the worker was male but they realized she did not steal and the customer was her ex sister in law trying to cause trouble

I am glad we have a Dollar General here but really think it's bad when the staff are feeding the stray cats right outside the store. One day I counted 5-7 cats sitting around by the front door to the store. It's gross and a health hazard.

Very slow. The way the front of the store is set up makes no sense. Customers are bunched up in a small place waiting to checkout. Also after you checkout you have to squeeze by other customers just to get to the exit.

A horrible mess and feeding cats outside the front door where people come in is crazy. Perry needs this store and it should be kept better to show a little pride.

Good selection on items you may need. The guy working at the counter was friendly. If the local Walmart doesn't have what you need. Check here..they might have it!
