I've used this groomer when in Oklahoma and for years they were awesome. Apparently a new owner from New Jersey has this operation. I have only written three negative reviews in all these years ON Google Reviews.... This one if Zero score was available, would get one!!!!! BUYER BEWARE, ON THIS PET GROOMER! Not on the up and up is as kind as I can say. Find another pet groomer in the area.............

Pretty good price for the service. Very small place. A star knocked off for the postponed appointment (out of their control) and faulty internet service (maybe in their control). But my 2 dogs looked good. And that's really what matters.

BEST groomers! They do the perfect doodle cut and make sure my dog feels welcomed and safe. Such great prices. They went above and beyond because I told them it was my dogs birthday this weekend. Plus, you can add facials and nail painting for only $5! I will take my dog here every time.

Took my 13 week old puppy to these ladies. Her hair was just too long and she needed to get her 1st grooming experience. They did an AMAZING job. She looks so great. They took extra loving care with her. Our family is most definetly a big fan! We will be back

They do a great job and can usually get your dog an appointment within the week. The biggest issue is they are a pain in the butt to get a hold of. No one answers their phone most of the time and when they do call back after you leave a message they'll only call once and not leave a message so tough kitties if you miss that call.

A dog owners nightmare! The lady was rude on the phone and when I got there. I asked three different times how much it will cost for a bath and hair cut for my two dogs and I never got an answer. I went ahead and did it because I had friends that went there and liked them(before they changed owners). I got charged $150 which seems ridiculous.I payed it because I've never been to a dog groomer before and don't know regular prices. When I got home and really looked at my dogs, they had razor burns and cuts all over their stomachs, legs, and private parts. My boy dog had dry blood on three of his feet from his nail trim. I had asked for his ears to be plucked and they were not. I know it wasn't the owner who did it, but I'm never going back.

They went the extra mile for the problem I had with my dog. That was the best wash and wax my dog had ever had. He had gotten in poison ivy, so he had to have a dawn bath first to wash the poison ivy oil off. She had to bring in someone else to do that want an extra great step how thoughtful. Then she used a shedding shampoo no extra fancy scent, that was for me, and that was the best bath he had ever had. They care for their animals differently then anytime I've ever seen dogs being washed at a Petco or PetSmart, and they are gentle and careful my dog has a cancer on his leg and they were very tender with him. Won't go anywhere else.

They did an excellent job. Great summer haircut. No razor burns. Took only 2 hrs. Very friendly. Only charged $40.00. I will be going back.

I have a Golden Retriever, I asked to have her trimmed...ie, paws, tail, ears and neck thinned, and her rear... She got completely butchered. 3 of her legs where cut short while one had all of the long hair still and her tail was cut to look like a lab's tail. The groomer obviously has never worked with Golden Retrievers. I will not being going back nor will I refer here
