We LOVE Barn’N Barber grooming. We are new to OK and needed to find a groomer for our fur babies. We found this establishment and called for an appt. The owner was friendly and thorough. Our pups were happy and looked perfect. I would highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience today with Bark n Barber! They were able to get me in quick (I was very flexible with my times and also I think lucky). They were so kind to my girl Harley and did a wonderful job she is so soft and perfectly even and cut. When I picked her up she was excited to see me but didn’t seem scared or anything. She recently had an injury and they were very attentive towards it.The cut is exactly what I asked for and the ladies were so darn sweet. They are great people and I plan on rescheduling with them!

Awful experience. From the second I walked in, the older lady working gave me the worst attitude I have ever seen. She ignored my greeting to her when I first walked in, and had a rude demeanor as I was checking in. I didn't think much of it at first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured she was simply tired. I was told it would take 1.5 hours, so I dropped my puppy off and left. So 2.5 hours pass and still no call. I figure she's almost done since it went an hour overtime, so I drive over there and walk in. The first thing the lady said to me was "When I said I'll call, I'll call," in the rudest voice. I asked her why she was being so aggressive with me, but she didn't even respond. I told her I would wait in my car for her to finish. A few minutes later the other (much kinder) lady brought my dog to my car. I have never seen my dog that shaken up and afraid before. I am aware that no dog is happy when they are groomed, but this was completely different. She was unresponsive and miserably walked to her bed and laid in it with her eyes open when we got home. She was not herself for another two days after that. It was clear that the lady who operates Bark'N Barber was rough and aggressive with my 7 pound, tiny puppy. She was incredibly rude and condescending. Also, the cut is choppy and looks rushed, and she didn't even bother to trim her overgrown tail. I had an awful experience at this pet salon and will NOT be returning. I advise the lady at Bark'N Barber to either lose the attitude and begin to actually be KIND to her customers who pay $45 for her awful service, or find a new career outside of customer service.
