Stopped here 1/4/24 at just after 6 and tried to buy some chicken tenders from the deli and the 4 girls (all doing nothing) at the front told me that the deli is already closed. The chicken and sides and everything were still out and HOT behind the glass. Tried to give a small town grocery store some business on my way through town, terrible customer service.

Store manager, Jimmy, is a fantastic edition! The products available have become plentiful, New produce manager Ed is improving the selection & freshness. The store is well stocked, and the atmosphere from all employees is a caring hometown grocery store! The parking area has been redone nicely. Employees are kind and helpful. Competitive prices for a small town grocery store. Keep an eye out for reduced item in carts in the last/frozen food aisle.FREE carryout & loading into your vehicle! Can't wait for the SR18 bridge by the store to be finished. One lane bridge with timed lights are a pain. Plus 2 rough pitted areas on both sides of the lane /bridge will jolt you and your vehicle something awful.

Williams always has great sales and the advertised products are in stock. They also have good prices in general. I've found several items here that other stores don't carry, that I was glad to find. The deli is delicious, with good prices. I love the Seniors 10% discount on Wednesdays. And last but not least, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They even carry your groceries to your car!!!!

For a small town store Williams Foods is well stocked with a good selection of produce and foods. The staff is always glad to see you and always glad to talk about available products. The deli is a great place to pick up a hot meal.

I was horrified to learn that the owner of Williams Food in Pawnee (Steve Williams ?) was making his employees work their regular shift today = LABOR DAY for Gods sake - at their regular pay. These employees are members of our Pawnee community- NOT SERVANTS and they deserve our RESPECT and gratitude for their service. This owner is not likely to be working himself on LABOR DAY!!!!!!

Great prices, friendly staff and the produce department has a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from. Kudos to the meat department as well. I shop there every week unless I'm out of town. Love my local Williams Foods.I would like to add that even throughout the economic struggles where certain food items were in short supply, Williams did their best to ensure that their store was stocked with the necessary items. Even with the rise in food costs, I still find it more cost effective to continue to shop local than drive to a bigger town to shop, where the food costs are similar to the hometown store, yet fuel costs need to be considered. One thing I didn't mention in my first review is that I get my groceries taken to the vehicle most of the time. Williams, keep up the good work!11-10-22 Williams Grocery Store continues to provide quality customer service and a great variety of grocery items to choose from. Their weekly sales offer competitive prices on many of our favorite foods. I was there today and got everything on my list and a couple of items that I couldn't pass up. The deli has a great variety as well. The employees are friendly and I like having my groceries taken out to the vehicle. Williams is a good place to shop!2/17/2023Williams continues to provide great service, prices, and a clean shopping environment. They try hard to keep grocery prices reasonable. Williams is a little pricey but it's the only choice for Pawnee. The staff is amazing, very helpful, and very friendly. I've always found it clean and we'll stocked. Great place to shop!

My favorite local grocery store,! The prices and quality of food are right. Terry the manager is a super guy and so is Tommy the meat department manager. They'll go out of their way to be helpful and give full attention to specific requests. I'll shop here any day!

Love this place friendly staff very helpful to everyone. Prices are not that much more then if it was located in Stillwater. Once you compare it. Your welcome to come in and just look. The manager is just about one the nicest people you could meet. It's well worth the time to shop here.
