Not very happy with this place. Dog went in for grooming and the staff were very condescending then another person tried to make an excuse that someone was having a bad day and getting grumpy. I don't care if you have a bad day or not you can't treat people like that. This is America where my money is just as green as the next person's and this place will never see another dime of mine.If you enjoy being talked down to however stop on in and have fun.

Just an update, after taking my little dog back for a miscommunication w her grooming, she did an excellent job and BlackBeari cldnt have looked any more adorable if she’d tried! They are very kind and I cld just tell by the way Beari was when we got there that she loves it there and they take very good care of ur animals. I am extremely pleased w their care and the work they have done and it will be the place we go from now on for all of her grooming needs

I called at 10:53 on a Saturday with a sick kitty. We were in and out by 11:30 with the correct diagnosis. One day later our friendly feline is feeling much better!
