When I lived closer to PV, I used to come here most of the time to do my grocery shopping. I may stop by here every once in a while if I am passing through town, but not all the time anymore.I’ve always had very nice encounters with staff, even in the auto care section. They recommend some work and didn’t try to sell me on getting it done there or bombard me at all.They were friendly and made sure they explained everything as clearly as they could.

I would like to share my experience with the tire and lube department. I will not buy tires or get my oil changed anywhere else, but Paul’s Valley Walmart. Unless it is an emergency situation.. the managers and the staff there all have great customer service and puts their customers as a priority. They all have great attitudes and go above and beyond to make sure each customer is taken care of.. thank y’all for the amazing experience that I receive each time I come to Walmart. Because we all know if we’re having to buy tires, it ain’t cheap so we ain’t always in a good mood. But they definitely know how to handle each client and I feel like they should be recognized because they are amazing.

Same as most other super centers. What I noticed as different: shopping carts are outside the front entrance rather than inside the store. Also, I couldn't find the pet department, and the layout was significantly different from other Walmart super centers I've been in.

Worst Walmart ever. This Walmart serves a large oilfield town/area and yet is one of the smallest I’ve ever been in. Selection is almost nonexistent, most things are almost always out of stock, there is ALWAYS a long line to check out with not enough cashiers, and no self check. 0/10 would not recommend.

This IS a smaller store and they do NOT carry all the products, brands, etc...that other locations do so if you want more selection I would suggest going to another location like Ada, Purcell, or Norman... The employees here are friendly for the most part. Store is pretty clean and sometimes they run pretty good clearance.

Management at this store is arrogant and condescending if you are unfortunate enough to have to talk to them. Bentonville should really visit unannounced and undercover! They would be very disappointed.

The whole money center and customer service thing confuses me when cashing my checks but its always found a way to completion. Very friendly customer service ladies 💜

Nice friendly store. I was surprised that this Walmart had more checkers than self serve open. This was a nice surprise. I wish Walmart in Baldwin Park CA would stop relying on self checkout and quit complaining about theft.

Clean store. I only needed a couple of things, but the next morning my husband dropped by to have the car's oil changed. It was quick and easy. We were able to finish our trip. It was great.

This Walmart customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Just bought a printer 3 weeks ago and it quit working. I turned in my paper receipt for work and they said they would except a picture of the receipt even though they can scan the barcode on there.What’s worse is they have a sign up at Customer Service that states you being bring products back up to 90 without a receipt. I don’t even want to use this store ever again after their horrible customer service experience.That manager really needs to go over policy with their employees. After all the contradictory signage and what we were being told it’s absolutely unacceptable.

It's always super packed with very small aisles and some you can't even fit a cart through. The staff seem like they don't want to be there and that you are a inconvenience to them. The staff that are doing the shopping for the curbside pick up people will run you over and stand in your way and are not willing to move. Don't try and ask anyone for help because they are unwilling or just don't know. I have often been in the store and have witnessed fights or arguments between staff members. It is really a fend for yourself place if you want anything. BUT hey, the Chinese food place in the store is great! Come for a gallon of milk and leave with some General Tso and an egg roll! No serious it's great!But come on Wal-Mart do better.

This location has a very very clean store. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you are a clearance shopper like me this is the widest clearance section I've ever seen at Walmart and it was all sorted and faced perfectly.

This WM is pretty good and it has to be! It serves a very large community as well as the outlying small towns. Unfortunately it has lessened the former shopping inside PV City area...and I really miss the small but choice retail stores within city limits. Covid and other negative pressures also have powered down smaller retail business within the downtown areas...we have too many shops out of business. Retail aside...the restaurant business certainly makes up in city revenue or it should...as it's growth toward the interstate has progressed over the last ten to 15 years.

Didn't have what I was looking for and they have stupid rules about you can't buy beer if you have your kids or grandkids with you if their under age that's so stupid so it not good service I can understand if your in your 20's or 30's with a kid around the same age!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The store is good. Parking is usually hard to do because of all the carts left unattended in the parking lot, especially around the handicap parking places.

Very clean, fully stocked shelves and most importantly, great friendly helpful staff. I needed sugar blockers and the pharmacist took me to them and recommended the right one for me. Took the time to show me which machine would work best for on the go sugar checks. Super high fives all around

I live 35mins from this Walmart and only 2min from one in my town . I'D MUCH RATHER DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES JUST TO GO TO THIS ONE! Very clean, well stocked, friendly
