Two stars for cups too full with ice.. You don't get your money's worth of your choice of liquids. Half a cup of ice is honestly plenty.This was a 44oz with maybe a small cup size amount of soda. My daughter and I were definitely not happy since this was a shared drink. The app also does not give an option for extra or ez ice. Please just go easier on the ice.

Lady wouldn’t really let me talk when I was trying to tell her about my mobile order, Kept cutting me off then asked if I was another persons order when I had already told her my name, I only ordered a slush and a tea a “sweet tea” mind you well I guess they didn’t have sweet tea so they put unsweetened tea and like a half cup of sugar in there and that’s all I got a drink of was straight sugar.

If I could give a zero star I would. Every time I come to this sonic they are always rude and act like your order is an inconvenience. They never let you finish your order before asking if there’s anything else. Literally after every item ordered they say anything else before you can even add more items. It’s very annoying. This time however I ordered a meal they never brought. I waited 40 min before just leaving. As several cars came and went beside me and through the drive through.

My burritos didn't taste right at all they were cold like they've been sitting. Nothing had flavor my fiance got a burger nothing tasted right out drinks were wrong they didn't have the full flavor like they normally do our fries were cold and not even salted and I had them remake my burrito and they still did not make it right like it did not taste right like they need to make go back to their original tortilla shells because these ones are way too big tortilla overpowers the food and the burger look like it was just thrown together like it wasn'tmade right like he said it didn't taste right at all

Really fast service, hit food, nice car hops...I order 4 sausage junior breakfast burritos, a corn dog, two different sizes of tots.... it all arrived really quickly.This location is very convenient, lots of space, parking and a drive through lane...We got back onto the road, we had bacon burritos instead ... which is acceptable but not what we ordered, and they weren't THAT busy....Slightly disappointed but not awful.

We used the app to get a couple quick Route 44 drinks and were in a hurry. So imagine our surprise when the got the order of just two drinks wrong!!! We didn't have time to go back but left feedback on the app and have yet to hear from anyone at that location and it has been several days. So beware if you get an order and you are in a hurry you better check it before leaving, because if they can't get just two drinks right, can't imagine how they would do on a bigger order. Sorry.

Stopped to get a footlong and regular coney combo around 7:30 pm.. when we ordered we started out with the girl over the speaker being rude. I always add mustard and a few onions to mine..When we got home and opened our meal, the mustard was so thick, I had to use a paper towel and wipe it off. The bun was saturated with mustard. I couldn't eat it. This was after a long day on the road, an er visit, and I was in severe pain, then ended my day with this! Honestly, if I hadn't been in so much pain, I would have went back and thrown the coney at them!I went back the next morning and showed the manager the food all over the reciept and told him what had happened. He was very apologetic and refunded me for my coney combo and gave me my drink we had ordered, for free! I understand businesses being short handed but we spent $15 on our food and drinks and for a bunch of punks to do that to us was uncalled for. I'm just thankful the manager took care of it! Kudos to the Manager on the morning shift at the Sonic in Pauls Valley!

I asked for a slush with tea & blue raspberry, the order taker said we don't have tea flavor , I said I know just add a splash of sweet tea & blue raspberry and then got a blue raspberry slush I asked the carhop if it has tea in it she says I don't think so the carhop was very Friendly the order taker not so much I worrk for sonic I know what slush is made of I just wanted what I asked for not her opnion

Love these guys. Back in the day it was bad like I once got a frozen corn dog with frost and everything bad. Now every so often I get someone who doesn't know about the fill lines in the drink for ice and "light ice" becomes ice to the top. I assume these are iced tea drinkers. Only real complaint.

No one wears a mask here. Every item we ordered was wrong. Order was recorded right they just didn't care to follow it. They Just made whatever they wanted to. This sonics will not have to worry about me leaving anymore bad comments. You don't get another chance.

Recently had lunch with my son here! Food was brought out fast! It was hot and fresh. And the carhop was a friendly person. Wish there was a way to add a tip when paying by card. Should be a fairly easy thing for Sonic to add to the check out process, or just give all carhops a $1.50 an hour raise. Not sure which option would be most economical?I almost never have cash on me, and would tip if given the option at check out.

Last time we ate there the lady who took my order was quite rude. Didnt help that I'm allergic to mayonnaise and they ended up putting that on my burger if I wouldnt of looked I would of been rushed to the hospital

Been away from home visiting & traveling. Quit stopping for fast food due to some really yucky tasting stuff and poor, lame service. Now finally it's looking up thanks to this Wendy's. Service was prompt, polite and professional. Tastiest burger I've ate in a long time. Good Job.

They charged us the wrong amount, we were supposed to get fries but they said it was because things were “overprice.” We did the math and totaled it up to the combos on all of our items we ordered. I am very displeased with this sonic.

Either invest in better equipment so we don't have to shout at the screen or train better customer service. Colton was very rude and prematurely cut the order off. Guess I'll drive to the other side of town for sonic

Order was messed up and I called the store and they said they would remake it. I called tonight for them to do so and the manager was very rude. Unfortunately for them I know Joe Moore and will be getting ahold of him.
