Sat for two hours with a line of people to have our pets fixed & had an appointment as well, already paid. Called the day before to make sure it was still going to be happening and was assured that it was. Nobody showed up or called. Called once they opened and was told it was going to he rescheduled and they would call. Well if they won’t call and tell you they aren’t doing it how can we trust that they will even call reschedule & it’s no refunds. So let’s hope I’m not out $75.00.

Love the shelter. Friendly staff and volunteers. Clean, animals are taken care of, no kill shelter.
