Wonderful place! Was able to get some flowers and found a great step stool for a half the price of any other place! Friendly folks as well!

The store is fine but the staffs behavior is trash, i brought an item to the register to see if it was part of a discount sign near the product, when it was not a part of the sale i said i would pass on it, the cashier and the manager both just stared at me and did not offer to take the item from me so i walked it back to where i got it. Every time i go to this store the staff just seem annoyed at your existence and i dont even ask for any help.

It's like taking a trip back in time when you visit this Ace. The customer service here is out of this world. My boyfriend sent me on an errand to find a part for our bathroom. Luckily one of the associates was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I love that they have a small snack section for my munchie needs :-) A+++

Paulsvalley Ace was helpful and accommodating to our plumbing needs. They accepted our personal check, unlike the ACE hardware in Purcell, Ok. Everyone was very friendly, at Paulsvalley. We were greeted when we walked in the store, unlike Purcell. We walked all the way through the Purcell Ace and wasn't approached at all. We will recommend using Paulsvalley Ace for ALL your hardware needs. Thank you Paulsvalley Ace. It is the helpful hardware place.

It's just ok... I have been here quite a few times now, and not totally impressed with either the service or the inventory. Nearly every time I've gone there for parts(plumbing specifically), they just haven't had what I needed. But then again, it's been no different than Home Depot or Lowe's. The staff, however, is the biggest "downer" to me. Its actually been the first "disappointment" of being in this area, as everywhere else I've been in the Paul's Valley/Wynnewood, OK area has been super friendly. That said... they are the only "big hardware store" in the general area, so it is what it is...[Edit] Dec 18 2021:While the inventory issues are what they are, the staffing is seemingly getting "better/Friendlier". Time will tell...

Best popcorn around. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of everything you never knew you needed. The lumber is indoors, and they offer repair services on many things you break. There store is clean and well lit and the aisles are wide. Very nice location.

Typical small town hardware store. Sometimes can't find what I need and must travel to Norman or Ardmore. Prices are a little bit high. They do have a great selection of wood pellets for a grill and quite a bit of other grill supplies. Helpful staff as a whole.

The layout of the store can be confusing and the lack of signs to let customers know what is down each aisle is frustrating. The on floor staff is very friendly and helpful but the cashiers can be rude and not-so-friendly

The new knife sharpener at Ace is amazing! You need to give it a try, it won't dissapoint. Folks at Ace, dont let that machine go!

The store is very big but poorly run. The floor help is often nowhere to be found and has been rude. Often the supply of certain nuts and bolts is depleted. A farm tax exemption was filed but after weeks of waiting I'm told it takes a long time to get in the system. I've waited 6 mos now and its still not in the system. I have stopped patronizing this store

I'm always greeted at the door someone always checking to see if I need any help. They are always quick to assist & they are always pleasant to deal with. LOVE LOVE the sales & I love my Pauls Valley Ace store

Very organized which makes it easy to find what you need. The staff is friendly and have good knowledge of the products they sell. As always Ace has the popcorn too.. Great added bonus!

It's a good store as far as stores like this go but it's pricey and not very many people are friendly or knowledgeable or willing to help, the guy in the back that works on stihl products is great though.

Very expensive but the bolt department have every bolt and washer u could hope for. Lacking in battery charger stuff. Only had 1 charger and no maintainers. Tools marked up 50 percent. Goid paint department. And awsome pvc couplings ect. Good selection kf ext cords/ light to heavy uses. Goid air tools and hoses and fittings. Overall grrat place. Rib works by the bolt dept very helpful and friendly but the manager not so much
