Staff was amazing! The room was big, clean and I appreciated that they actually had enough towels for the 4 of us. Breakfast options were great and delicious. The water bottles provided is a nice touch that I haven't seen in any other hotels for a while. Staff mentioned the hotel is getting an update and apologized for the mess but tbh the hotel seems pretty updated. The pool was nice we just wished it was warm during this time of the year, as the pool temp was ok but the actual pool area was cold. Also a bit disappointed that there was no hot tub but that was just my assumption (wishful thinking).Overall great! Definitely keeping it in mind for future stays!

Beware this place is infested with bedbugs. Apparently this isn’t the first instance as there is another review stating they had bedbugs in their room also back in March. Room was also dirty, if it wouldn’t have been midnight when we arrived we wouldn’t have stayed. Bedbug was found the next morning or we would have walked out as soon as it was found. I’m still disgusted and so worried about bringing them into our home. Not to mention we have a two year old and a 6 week old infant baby. We received a refund but that to me was not enough. Please be careful.

We stopped in here without reservations and had no problem getting a room for us and our dogs. Mary at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. I'd stay here again just because of her great customer service. The rooms were very nice, the hotel looked brand new and the morning breakfast was better than expected. The only negative was having to pay an extra fee for dogs instead of just a deposit. My dogs are more well behaved than most kids. It would be nice if this was altered to a deposit that they keep if your dogs do make a mess of the place. But, even with that I'd definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel! Came here on a short vacation from Dallas. We tried to stay in cabins near Lake of the Arbuckle's, however, there was no availability because this was a last minute trip. I called Hampton Inn and the lady who answered the phone was very nice, she went way out of her way to ensure we got the best rate available. She even waited while we checked what rate was online. We brought 2 dogs, 1 small and 1 large. The front desk was so welcoming and gave us two dog goody bags with expense toys (gender specific!), poop bags and bones! The rooms were super clean! The beds were comfortable, the pillows too and didn't see any sign of any dirt on any thing in the room, I am really particular. Great housekeeping crew! The free breakfast was great, eggs, bacon, potato's, biscuits and gravy, can make fresh waffles, muffins, toast, English muffins and more!! We brought some of our own food but forgot silverware & bowls, well they have a special area by the front desk with very nice silverware, plates, napkins, plastic cups - they were very good quality. They have a stand with cold lemon/lime water for anyone. They always have coffee and tea out for anyone. This place blows me away and the price is super reasonable!! What sold me was: The people, so friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, and the attention to detail, they go out of their way to make sure all needs of the guests are met!

Beware there is no water !!! Be prepared to Brush and face wash using bottled water. Add 2-3 hrs to your plans , as hotel folks do not have a backup plan should there be no water from city. No backup plans whatsoever. We had to brush , face wash using water bottles from store . They couldn’t even do anything on refund or complimentary stay since I booked via Expedia. Do they know what is customer service ? Rooms and beds were good but at the cost of having no water?

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave in room, full breakfast with waffle iron, eggs, sausage, fruit and cereal, milk and juice. Probably normally has good service for breakfast but they seemed they were short handed because the desk clerk had to keep helping out to keep breakfast bar stocked because the woman assigned didn't seem to know what she was doing and didn't appear to want to be there.

As of March 2023 the indoor pool was freezing (heater broken?) and wasn't able to swim. We booked this particular hotel because we wanted a pool and called ahead to ask if it was in service so that was really disappointing. We let the kids dip their feet in it and called it a night. The hotel overall is okay but wasn't much better than its competition that is significantly cheaper. The perks are checking in on the app and using a phone instead of a room key (at least you won't lose your room key but using your phone doesn't work half the tries). Missed out on wifi password, didn't see any info in our room. Another major con is the road noise- this is RIGHT by the highway which is conveniently located but not good if you're a light sleeper. There's several restaurants in the vicinity which was nice. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items moreso than the average hotel. I liked the dark coffee and that they had hot chocolate/tea available as well. Thermostat controlled room worked fine. Bathroom was spacious enough for our family of 4.Food & drinks: Breakfast choices included:Waffles (regular and red velvet). Simple cheese omelet, bacon, and biscuits and gravy for hot choices. Oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and baked goods as well.Coffee (I like a dark roast and it was better than most hotels), tea, hot chocolate, water, apple juice, orange juice, and milk in a carafe.

Staff was awesome and very friendly! Everything was very clean and fresh. Room was spacious and very comfortable. They did have free breakfast but I did not indulge in it. They have a little 'convenience store' by the front desk so if you need a snack/drink they have you covered. Some how I packed the toothpaste but not the toothbrush; they gave me a small one that worked great when I asked at the front desk. They answered all questions that I had for them; gave me good recommendations for things to do in the area and where to go for nature trails. Would gladly stay here again!!

An unexpected delight factor was a bowl of earplugs near the hotel’s entrance. I’ve never seen that before but its pretty thoughtful really. Otherwise, the stay was fairly normal. Nobody was at the front desk when I arrived but that was ok because I checked in using the app and had an electronic key. Just one minor maintenance issue noticed; in room 305, the back left corner of the desk is loosely attached. I pushed it together in an effort to get a loose screw to hook in and hold the desk so it wouldn’t fall while I was working on my laptop there. Breakfast was the typical hotel style food. My breakfast wishes are unusual such as grilled chicken breast; no hotels do that. The team did a good job setting up our event room. Even though hotel staff were previously not sure if a projector would be available, one was there so that was good. Water and coffee service were included which was also good.

Very nice location. We booked a last minute room at 11pm just to sleep for the evening before continuing on our road trip. Room was very modern and extremely clean. I'm generally grossed out by hotel floors but these were immaculate and I felt comfortable barefoot on them lol. Bathroom was huge and clean, loaded with fresh towels and soaps. Beds and pillows are quite comfy! We ended up over sleeping and were pleasantly surprised with the free breakfast that started at 6am, make your own waffles, cereals, toast, muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, biscuits& gravy, fruits, yogurts and all the toppings you need along with water, milk, juices and coffees.

The service was excellent. The staff were all quite friendly. The room was ok. I was on the second floor. Some of the wallpaper was peeling and some of the trim on the furniture was missing. This particular room did not have a safe or a microwave. But other than that the stay was a pleasant one.Stayed again. This time on the 4th floor. Still no safe or microwave. But again, the service was excellent.

It smelled clean going in, through the hotel hallways, elevator...I love it! It was clean and spacious. We had options of coffee and tea checking in at 8pm. Our room was clean and also smelled clean. No funky smells. Everything I needed was in the room. Towels, soap, fridge and a desk. The front desk lady was very nice and made us feel welcome. The pool was nice but had a lot of chlorine. It also tasted salty. There is a restroom in the pool room with a shower too! The fitness room was tidy and had many machines to choose from. Even had complimentary headphones 🤩 Breakfast was great. They had waffles, omelets and bacon. My kids absolutely had fun choosing their breakfast. Thanks Hampton Inn for such a great night and morning. Can’t wait to be back!

I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for a long time, and I’ve been very loyal to Hilton. Staff was very unprofessional a lady in particular name, LISA! Most of the places that I go to they stop serving breakfast at 10 AM, six to 10 AM. I ran downstairs in a rush the last 20 minutes and right as I crossed into the kitchen she was sitting there eating food looks right at me with a rude face and said kitchen is closed. If I want this kind of treatment, I can go to Motel 6. I will never come back to this location. Another thing when I checked in the room the toilet roll paper fell off the wall. I’m so mad about this I’m gonna call corporate. I paid good money to stay. Here I have thousands of points I spend my money with Hilton and that lady being rude, was very unprofessional.

My family and I stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Pauls Valley, OK on 3/26/23, and again on 3/31/23.We reserved 3 rooms for our stay on both nights. My children and I stayed in the same room (#417) both nights. One of the kids reported bites on her arm later on 3/27/23 and we thought it was from something else...unsure of what they were from.When we returned for our stay on 3/31/23, I was lying in bed and saw 2 bugs on my pillow crawling around. I killed them, then returned to find several more. I then went straight to the front desk to switch rooms and report the bed bugs. I'm not sure what the hotel did after that but we were given an excuse about how they have many oil workers in and out every week and implied that there is nothing they can do about it.

Traveling cross country from NC to Cali and a stop in Texas I found this gem. The employees seemed to have a good sense of belonging and pride in their work. They were helpful and very pleasant. The hotel itself was immaculately clean. The pool room and gym were also above standards in the cleanliness rating.The rooms were spacious and the beds amongst the comfiest I have ever slept in. I cannot think of a single negative thing about this hotel and I probably spend around 45 days a year in hotels. This hotel is the absolute standard on what hotels should be.

Very clean, comfortable and recently renovated accommodations. Loved the small thoughtful touches like the slide out tray on the nightstand with dedicated plugs for charging devices. Breakfast is from 6-10am and has a nice variety of hot and cold options.

I was relieved this Hampton is updated after the last two I stayed at were seriously old and in desperate need of an update. Nice rooms, tv, bathroom, good bed. Two major problems though. You can hear major stomping from rooms above you (and I'm pretty sure it's just from a person walking around normally, not doing any actual stomping). They must not have soundproofed this location properly. Also whoever was working on the afternoon of 9/18/22 and the morning of 9/19/22 with the tattoo on her ring finger has terrible customer service skills. She has a 100 percent can't do attitude. No food when I came down at 8:45 am for breakfast. I frequent Hilton's and have gone for breakfast at that time and later on many occasions. Her response was oh well, you're SOL. So many things she could have easily done to rectify the situation or at least offer good customer service. She also was less than pleasant and seemed like she didnt' want to be there upon check in. If this is your standard now for employees Hilton I really need to look at joining Marriot or another rewards program. Don't appreciate being treated like that.

Awesome place to stay... They have premium channels that you can watch. They room are clean and the bed is soft. Only downside is only Suites have a Microwave. I was moved 2x before the front desk learn that. But she was a Sweet heart and very helpful. For my inconvenience she Upgraded my room for same price....Awesome Customer Service
