This Dollar General does not do FedEx anymore. Even though FedEx and Dollar General have a deal. Your package will disappear forever if you send it to this drop off. Employees were extremely rude when asked about my package. FedEx kept telling me that the package was dropped at the store. The employees told me they haven't done FedEx in well over a month and yet still had signage and the owner had posted to the web about the Onsite pickup/delivery. Why come to a place that has terrible customer service?

Consistant bad customer service from the manager. Thank God Pauls Valley has a new store to go to. EVERY time I have been in there, the manager is rude. Her attitude is a reflection of the store...an ugly mess.

Love the Dollar Store. Prices comparable to Wal-Mart. I go here first. Sometimes has trouble with getting the stock put up. Therefore the isles are crowded some times but they do their best. May need more employees working on stocking

When they had a recent remodel, the store got cleaned up. Didn't last long though. Several lights don't work making some isles dark and spooky. And can hardly make your way through the store with a buggy. This would have to be the WORSE Dollar general I have ever been in; in terms of cleanliness and organization. Cant blame the workers. The buck stops with the management! Have decided to stop trying to save a dollar and go to Walmart instead. Much happier shopping experience.

This store is a major disappointment. They even tried a subcontractor to redesign the store for a more customer friendly experience. The problem is, too much stock down the aisles, you can't shop. It would be nice if DG Corp would invest a little money on new flooring, ceiling, and some paint. Hire 2 people solely designated to stocking the massive inventory that is shipped nearly every day. I'll see who pays attention to what I've posted.

The store is well kept, clean, and very nice looking since they’ve redone it! I like it better now! The only frustration coming from today is that I stood in line for about 30 minutes. There was only 1 checker and about 14 people in line. More just kept coming in. Anyone need a job? I’m sure they’re hiring!

They remodeled the store for no reason. It's dirty as hell. The manager as of right now just mean mugs the hell out of people instead of doing her job. Them totes been in that hallway since I don't know when. I go in there faithfully everyday and the ONLY person I seen putting away stuff is a pregnant lady. Good work to those who actually want to make the store good. For the manager and everyone else they need to put in some work.

I don't think I've ever been in a store as unorganized and trashed as this one. There were baskets everywhere over flowing with random stuff, clothes thrown everywhere, even in the floor and multiple carts stacked with boxed items right in front of the shelves. It looked like someone was in the middle of stocking and just decided to leave it for later.

This has to be the worst dollar store EVER!!! Idk who the manager is but they need to be fired! The store is filthy. It looks like it's never been swept or mopped before. There's stuff thrown everywhere and in the floor of every aisle. My 15 year old daughter got so anxious she almost had a panic attack from being in there. We will never go back. I strongly suggest going to a different town before going into this place!

The middle aged lady working was eating a whole box of pizza & garlic knots at the counter & then touching stuff to scan. She obviously didn’t care about customer service or her job. The Dollar General in Wynnewood is usually where I like to go, but they are remodeling so next time I’ll just go to Davis!

The girl atv the register was rude the girl stocking shelf never attempted to help I stood in line behind only 2 people for 37min and the 2 costumers had the yellow carry baskets. The girl running regester never spoke just kinda done stuff in slow motion like she was on zanx or somethung

The customer service from the cashier was great so that gets an extra star for sure... the store was an absolute mess. There were some aisle where there were more products piled around the floor and bottom shelves than there were on the actual displays.

This store is awful. There is a uboat full if stuff at the end of every aisle that never gets put away. There are boxes in every aisle so you can't get through and I'm not sure that they even know how to use a broom.

Currently under some remodeling and expanding. They have really jazzed up their selection of home decor. It is a really handy quick stop for cheap necessities and intersting finds.

The store always seems so dirty and disorganized.. While there the $1 Clearance aisle literally had about 15% if merchandise scattered in floor and there was no way to get down the aisle on foot, much less with a cart.Seems very understaffed

I love the Dollar General to get quick snacks and Aquafina water that I carry in my semi truck this was an easy location for me to pull in and pull out and get back on the road. Thank you so much.

They are the only place in town that has paper plates and disinfecting wipes. The store is a bit messy but has good selection and very friendly staff
