Everytime I Show up they have a line. Anywhere else byou would wait 30-45 min to load. Not here quick check out fast loading. Unlike many other places you go to. The guys in the yard are hard workers and Will not hesitate to jump in there to load you up. Unfortunately he was forced to raise the prices on some material but even after the increase he was still a lot cheaper than the big Box stores. I highly recommend to check this place out.

Boy has this place up graded since the last time we were there! It has improved so much and the prices r unreal cheap! Friendly service now and lots of good help! If u r needing lots of stuff u can pretty much get it all there and save tons on money! 😁 It's well worth the drive! 🌟

Super nice people they have a lot of great roofing siding and window deals. There about half price. Lumberyards all over hate them because they’re so cheap. I try to buy as much of my project from them as possible.

Thad White has always given me good service, better prices, and even discounts on a lot of materials. The discounts were on seconds, but didn't matter in my situation. I saved a lot of money. They are my "go-to" building material supplier.

The only reason I gave them one star is because there isn’t an option for zero stars. The homeowner I’m working for purchased nearly $4,000 worth pre-hung doors, trim, and wood from Thad White Building Suppy. When the materials arrived at the job one of the doors was busted and unusable. I called and asked for a manager when I was told he wouldn’t exchange it and that I was wrong. I was told they throughly inspect every door before it leaves. Then when I told him most doors were missing hinge screws, the door stops were crooked, and it looked like a 3 year old routered out the hinges he said, “well we don’t open up every door and look that close before they leave!” They buy these doors from a third party and obviously don’t care about the quality they are selling to the customer. To the untrained eye these doors would look good, but upon closer inspection you can tell the quality is lacking. I would definitely take the time to inspect every inch of anything you buy from here since this supplier don’t! It’s very unprofessional to argue with a customer when you run a business. You should always try to make a compromise to make your customers happy, not argue and lay the blame on them.
