The Starbucks in there is horrible!! The guy doesn't know how to make the drinks. I always get a Caramel Ribbon but no caramel was put around it or at the bottom. When I asked why he said you have to ask for that. Funny, no other Starbucks says that and it always looks great! This is not up to standard. The customer before me had issues with her drink too. Please train your staff!! So frustrating when you pay so much for these drinks and you don't get what you want.

Be careful going here, the last 2 times I went the clearance items were full price because the clerk didn’t scan the right barcode, it such a hassle going back in and having them correct the prices so be vigilant when checking out. Also at self check out items that will be label as on sale ring up full price. I think they have a slow processing system so the prices are off a lot.

Sunday afternoon at 1:00 I walked out of your store empty-handed. There were zero cashiers available so everyone had to use the self-checkout. And out of the self-check outs, two of them were out of order. So everyone in the store was waiting to check out between two different self-checkout stations. Once I got up to my turn after waiting for quite a long time because the line was very, very long, I needed assistance and pushed the button for help because the item that I was purchasing, or at least attempting to purchase, that was for under $10 was ringing up for $36. The woman next to me had been there for quite a while and she had been waiting on help, but to no avail. No one was coming. And there was no one to flag down to ask for help. Behind me were 13 people (and growing) also waiting for their turn at one of the two self-checkout stations. I fail to understand why Target thinks they don't need any staffing on a Sunday afternoon, especially when you know that the weather is going to be really nice and people are going to be out shopping. Surely with the amount of money people spend there you could afford to hire enough cashiers - or ANY cashiers at all.

This is a really well ran target. You can always count on the shelves being well stocked without pallets stacked everywhere like other big box stores. The store is always clean as well as the bathrooms. The employees know the store well and are always able to direct you in the right direction. The pharmacy is operated just as well as the store and I enjoy doing my business there. The pharmacist could be a little more friendly but they have so much glass between them and the customer that it's almost impossible for them to hold a conversation.

The lines at Owasso Target have gotten ridiculous. No direction on whether the line is for a cashier or self-checkout, which results in one crazy long chaotic wait and line jumping. Two working cashiers and not enough customer service staff for self-checkout mishaps. Target - do better - much better.

My visit was for a refund. I had my cc info compromised & funds stolen so that card was destroyed & with a new card I didn’t have it to add funds back to. The CSR I had was the best. She was GENUINE! Not just there for her paycheck. Her compassion was truly real. I had just been involved in an altercation & been crying when I approached her counter & SHE just made everything easy, resolved my refund & helped me to feel better. I actually smiled before our conversation was over. She did her job & went above the description in her job duties I feel certain! OWASSO TARGET Thank You!!🎈

Came to buy a charging cord just real quick from the electronics section. The lady changing prices (had an accent) told me they could unlock the security box up front. I went ahead and pushed the button for someone in electronics since the line was out of control up front. Hunter came and told me the same thing, that they could unlock the security box up front. Basically, no one wants to help customers, they just want to stare at you and shrug their shoulders. The whole store is a mess anyways, boxes everywhere. You'd think a multi-billion dollar company could do better.Oh, and if you take pictures of employees (nabbed one of Shoulder Shruggin' Hunter) they'll scream at you to leave the store.Great customer service, guys!

Wait in long line didn't go to self checkout as had question. Buying a bunch of CDs for gifts. Wanted to know if they already have how long can bring back a unopened cd. The girl that acted like she didn't know who she was said might be 60 days. Because I said since far away can't get if only 30 days. Saw sign in back said 90 days so then she looked at it and said that it would be 90 days even with electric items. Got home to see the recipe says 30 days.

I hadn’t realized I did pickup order instead of drive up. I switched it while entering the parking lot with knowing I would have to wait longer. But It took maybe 5 minutes I was pleasantly surprised and the gentleman was so nice.

I order from Target and Walmart, the difference in drive up pickup service is night and day and I very much appreciate that! They get the highest score from me.

Picking up my online order was super fast, was out to my car less than a minute after I arrived! Also came with a free dryer sheet sample and a deal book :)

The Owasso store needs to focus more on wrangling carts. They are all over the place as soon you walk in. Blocking entrance/exit every time we go.

You can tell management is lacking. 20 people in line for self checkout and no one working the checkout lane on a Tuesday. Looked for assistance and no one around to help. Left my cart and walked out.

Need to have someone pick up the phone or at least have a way to leave a message. Been trying to talk to someone for hours and they keep hanging up on you after 14-16 rings. Not good customer service.

Was black friday shopping today. I was able to find what I wanted. Even though the line was long the wait did not seem long. Some one was watching for open checkers and sending customers to checkers.While checking out the checker price matched an item from target on line. It was easy to pick up an order after checking out.

I'm a current employee or "Team Member" at this Target. I've worked here for a number of years. Every year this store in particular runs into the same problems as the last year. Our District Manager's name is Kevin, he's a piece of work. He likes to visit the store with other corporate dogs at the busiest times of the year, knowing that his being there while the store looks like garbage will stress out the Team Leads and stress out the team in general. But that's not why I'm writing this. Every year after the holidays we get our hours cut, nearly to a fraction of what they were. The store gets provided the bare minimum hours to give to the employees. Most of us have 10hrs right now for the next three weeks.Then the guests come in and are frequently frustrated about the shelves being stocked wrong, not having any cashiers, how long they have to wait for their order, ect. So if you're reading this and you're a frequent shopper, please please please put in a bad review about the DM. He doesn't care about you or us, and that needs to change. We can't live on this, and YOU should get better service. The only way for change is action, please help us so we can help you. Kevin, if you're reading this, you suck. Everyone here thinks so. Do better.

I just have to say the most amazing service was shown to me today. I was at the cash register checking out with Laurie, I applied for a red card and got approved. Unfortunately the temporary card wasn't working. She ask for help from another lady, I didn't get her name. She did all that she could and when she couldn't figure it out she called on I wanna say was a manager his name was Blake. He ended up calling the 1800 # that is provided and the customer service guy was absolutely no help. So Blake took it upon himself to comp my items with a gift card from the store. Blake is an amazing person who believes the customers should be helped and treated properly. He deserves to be shown the same act of kindness he has shown me today. And I'm not meaning this because they paid for my items but because he and the other two lady's went above and beyond to help in any way they could. They did not give up. They just made my faith in humanity come alive. Hope you all have an awesome day.

I visited the Owasso Target earlier today and bought several items, one of which was an $18.00 bathroom rug. I got home and had NO bath rug. I have tried calling the Customer Service desk for a couple hours and have gotten no answer. I certainly understand that mistakes can be made, but I have a high expectation for retail establishments to make good on those mistakes; and, in hindsight, I should have been watching the employee, then checked my receipt against the items In my bags only to hold up the waiting line even longer. That being said, I take half of the blame and just hope that Target will keep me as a long time customer and correct this oversight.

Yesterday's experience was exceptional. I needed to buy some wireless earbuds and had no clue. DAVID Trainer rang me up in electronics and showed me how to sync them and was extremely helpful and nice. He actually is very very knowledgeable about phones and etc. The cashier and customer service staff always good but one of your staff went above beyond. She was possible a customer service supervisor. I did not get her name she had dark hair maybe mid 30ish. Anyway after going to my car and putting my purchases in the trunk. I locked my purse, keys and phone in my trunk. She tried very hard to find me help. Your security was busy dealing with a shop lifter. She spoke to a few customers to try and help me and they did but had no tool. A very nice man let me use his phone to call pop a lock and then I waited for them. One customer even came back out to give water. So if you can please thank customer rep and David Trainer for thier help.

not sure anyone will ever see this but fingers crossed it reaches the right person...the very rude *manager* they have at this location should really find a new career. he lacks compassion and people skills. looks down on people like he's better than them. a narcissist working with the public is wild. he really ruined my night and its Christmas season for crying out loud. learn how to treat people. you in fact ARE NOT BETTER THAN ANY ONE SINGLE PERSON. Stay in your office and watch the cameras if you cant keep your mouth shut. Or don't have self check out if you don't trust your employees to do their due diligence

I was here doing some shopping (I love Target) but on this day I had the pleasure of two associates help me and welcome me to Target Mrs Jenny and Mrs Megan these two ladies where the most pleasant and helpful workers and they did it all with a smile. They never rushed me or steered me into anything but the best shopping experience now every time I’m in I’m looking for them and if your reading this so should you …trust me…. Thank you two for giving me a WOW of customer service!

The cashier I had was exceptional. I had not used target cartwheel before even though i had the app on my phone. Probably placed there by my daughter. Anyway.. I asked the cashier how to use the coupon for an item on cartwheel.. He told me where to find the coupon and how I could use it as I wanted to for this purchase. Wow such an EXCEPTIONAL employee. He was super friendly and helped me with the app. I Choose to not go to certain stores due to their employees are so not helpful. I appreciate this employee and feel he needs to be recognized for his above and beyond Exceptional service to me . I Love Target always have and will shop more there now that I know I get the best customer service and help at this store.

Normally, we have a really good experience at this Target but today's, really impacted my opinion of this store. We had a gift card and we did not realize, we needed to scratch off an area for the code. The cashier, while trying to be helpful, aggressively started scraping the gift card, with a tool on their keychain. They then used cleaning solution, which unfortunately removed any readability. After about 2 minutes of this, they went and got another representative (potentially a manager), who then said the card was unusable and advised to call the number on the card. I get it, mistakes happen and after talking to two reps on the phone, I'll have another gift card in 7-10 business days. If this was the only issue, I'd not write a bad review but we just got home and found two security tags on our clothes. Ultimately, the cashier ruined our gift card, didn't take any of the security tags off, and with a heavy cough, kept getting closer to us. Really just an awful experience and the worst I've ever had at a Target.

I had a tiny problem ordering but was able to finally resolve it without help. I'm sure it was just my unfamiliarity with the website, so that was no big deal. As for the in-store pickup experience, it was great. I got in line at the customer service desk and didn't have to wait very long for a clerk to be available. She was nice, professional, and helpful, which is how I have been treated at every Target by every employee with whom I've had any interaction.
