Typically, I go to the Reasor's on 135th East Ave, but I was in this neighborhood that day and needed some cold cuts. When I got to the Deli counter, I was the only customer and there were 3 servers that literally ignored me, until one of the staff members who looked like was taking an inventory outside the Deli counter had asked me if I have been served. When I said No, she was ready to go around and serve me, however, one of the ladies behind the Deli counter had noticed me and asked what she can get for me. I asked for a pound of pastrami—cut thicker than the norm. She was very nice to accommodate my request. When I got home to make a sandwich, I found little pieces of pastrami that had been deliberately placed in between the bigger slices and that irked me to no end. She was a short older lady and I was under the impression that she should have known better! She ruined my good experience with Reasor's. I have never had this experience—anywhere before! I was so disheartened that I vowed not to ever go this store again! See photo attached.

I Returned a loaf of bread I bought today. Got home and discovers it was out of date by five days. This is on top of the review I made weeks ago. (see below). Management just doesn't seem to care. If it is like this on the posted date, there is no way I want to buy from the deli. GET NEW MANAGEMENT...A few weeks ago:I got fish and potato wedges 20 minutes ago from the food bar. Threw them both away when I got home, they appeared to be many hours old. Wedges were hard. Went in earlier today and found five of my items out of date, one as much as five months. I learned a long time ago not to buy meat there or ice cream. The ice cream seams to have melted down and refrozen. I'm sure nothing will happen as a result of this note, but Reasor's on 86th street really needs new management. All the others blow them away.

I love the pharmacy workers. I will never leave this pharmacy for another as these workers CARE about their customers. I enjoy looking at the different little knick knacks they have. I especially love all the bee themed items. I would give five stars, but I came across something that worries me. Reasor's, please, please, PLEASE stop selling plants that are not Native to the U.S. I was looking through the plants and noticed you sell quite a few plants that harm our ecosystem. This wintercreeper is a horrid plant that chokes out our native plants and thus harms our pollinators and ecosystem. I would scream from rooftops about how great you are if you would just sell native plants. Help our dying pollinators and our natural plants. Please stop selling Asian and European plants, they are harmful here.

This is the cake they actually consider “professional”. The lines look horrible. Very generic. The writing could be much nicer. The base looks like my 2 year old did it. Completely unacceptable. Apparently you get what you pay for here, $30 for chop shop work and someone calling themself a “baker”. Typically I go to bakery’s but I guess this is what my last minute planning gets me. My standards and I will not be returning.

Reasor's sets the bar for grocery stores in Owasso. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and has the best meat department in town followed by a fantastic fruit and vegetable department that when available purchases from local sources. Employees are always friendly, helpful, and very accommodating to me and my service animal.

I have been shopping here for years ordered multiple cakes made the way I wanted them and now whoever the lady is running the bakery is very rude and very childish she obviously does not care about customer service she talks down to customers I've heard her talk rude to multiple people while doing my grocery shopping it's kinda ridiculous that she even has a job there still...she needs replaced ASAP

Reasors online ordering is AMAZING! They are attentive and thoughtful! If there is something that they are out of, they will personally call to see if there is something else that I would like instead. Example: If I have melons ordered and they don't look good, they will call and tell me that they don't look the best and ask if there is something that they could get instead or if I want to still get them! That's customer service!!❤️ Way to go Reasors!!👏👏 You have my business!

Disappointed with my experience in the bakery last week. I stopped in Friday 9/8 around 9:30am to see if I could place a small order of cupcakes for Saturday. The lady at the counter was unpleasant from the start. Before I even explained the details of my order she rudely told me nothing could be done until after 3pm next day. I let her know I was really hoping to be able to pick up around noon next day. She said she could look at their sheet and see if they had time (excellent, but why didn't she check first?). Then she asked what I was looking for: qty. 6 (or the required minumum) gender reveal cupcakes with a dab of colored icing hidden inside. This is where she got an attitude and said they don't do filled cupcakes. I explained that my mom had called earlier in the week and was told this could be done. She replied "maybe so, let me check". Again why did she tell me no before even checking? She came back and said 'even if' they could they still wouldn't be ready until after 3pm Saturday. So, I pivoted and asked if I could buy pre-made cupcakes from the shelf and pay to have them re-frosted and doctored up. This was when she really had an unnecessary attitude and said we still can't put filling in them. I tried to explain I'm not looking for formal "filling" but just a squeeze of colored icing in the top. She cut me off with a major attitude "that's filling!" So I said I'd find somewhere else and left. I'm not upset whether this store could or could not fulfill my request nor being unable to meet my timeline. I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service, customer problem solving, and empathy. She still could've denied my request in more polite manner. It's not what was said, it was how it was said.Guess what? I called the Jenks Reasor's location from the parking lot and they happily met BOTH my requests, without giving me any grief over what I was asking for. They turned out delicious and perfect.Owasso 86th, I'm disappointed.

Thus was my first visit to Reasor's. I purchased a rotisserie chicken that was not cleaned properly. The chicken had so many feathers remaining that I had to remove most of the skin. For the price that was charge I atleast expect a cleaned bird.

Our family loves shopping at Reasors. The produce and bakery are the best! Not always the fastest check out times but the cashiers are always personable and friendly, which is what makes shopping here enjoyable.

Reasor's Bakery made a birthday cake for my Mom's 87th. She loved it!The Bakery Staff were friendly, professional and helpful both over the phone when I placed the order and in-store when I picked it up.I'll definitely be a return customer.

Huge shout out to whoever the florist was working around 11am on Valentine's Day today. I live out of state now and was trying to doordash my mom some flowers from this Reasor's location, but there was a huge fail on Doordash side with me having to go back and forth with Reasor's and Doordash. By the time I could reorder, the system wasn't letting me make my original selection so I settled for just some roses. The florist was amazing and kept my original order - sending it to my mom with the new dasher, which appeared way more unique and her style. It made a stressful situation very worth it. Thank you!

While shopping yesterday afternoon I came into contact with Larry . He was getting the carts together and I asked him if he would take mine. He gave me the biggest smile and thanked me for being a Reasor's customer. He told me how much he values his customers because without us there would be no need for a store. As a customer I appreciated his wonderful attitude. He made my day! You should be proud to have such a wonderful employee.

We have shopped and purchased cakes for 25+ years at this Reasors. This bakery has very rude service and poor quality cakes. I will find another bakery.

This has been my go to store for 20 years. I like the deli, meat and produce. Some prices are higher than WM but easier to get around. Usually the check out is good but today the slacker left some of my sacks out of my cart. When I called from home I was told my items were in the refrigerator up front. Guess I need to check my cart like I check my bag at a drive thru.

This is a great place to do your grocery shopping in Owasso. The store is clean. There is a very good selection of fresh produce. The bakery items are pretty good. The butchers in the meat department are very helpful anytime I have a question. The checkout employees are very friendly as well.

Please use caution buying meat at this location. They leave meat out on shelf past good date or change the label to leave it on shelf an extra day. For example I told the man in the meat market area that chicken had expired and that it was way past the date and needs pulled off the shelf. He said thank you when I came back around he was putting new labels on the packages of chicken and placed them back up on the shelf. There has also been many times lately bought meat there got home open it up and it had about odor and how to throw the meat out.

It's so nice in here. Everyone is very helpful. They don't hover over you either when you're shopping. Good selections. Wish y'all had better sales tho. Some stuff is higher than some other places. Quick check out. Store and restrooms are very well maintained.

We enjoy shopping at this location, they have about everything to feed a household in the store. Especially the deli, it's nice and stocked with many extra items. The atmosphere is conducive and it being an Oklahoma enterprise as opposed to a corporate giant is especially appealing.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Switched a very specific prescription to a generic and tried to blame the prescriber. It clearly stated on the prescription what it was supposed to be. The pharmacist was belligerent and I will never use them again. They do not take responsibility for their own mistakes and I was left with a prescription that went in the trash. Unforgivable.

Mushrooms were rotten, packaged corn on the cob was rotten, scanning the rewards card didn't give any of the discounts advertised. Will never shop there again. No one should have to return rotten food nor ring everything up again so a manager can authorize the advertised deals. Place is a scam, they were asking me what was supposed to be discounted as if I am supposed to grab the tags hanging off of everything they advertise having the discount.I also tried reaching out to Amanda at Reasor's per her request for my contact info... no reply back! I'm not surprised.

After today’s experience I will never be doing business with the Reasors bakery or potentially Reasor’s ever again. I called Tuesday to have a cookie cake custom done for a birthday party and the girl I spoke with never put it in. They offered to write on one today but refused to custom make it because they are too “swamped” I was then hung up on while still voicing my frustration and basically made to think it was my fault because I don’t remember the girls name I spoke with on Tuesday. Absolutely poor customer service!

Always good customer service. Raised in Oklahoma, so familiar with Reasor's. Sure hope the new owners of Reasor's (a Texas company) know what good customer service is about. Hopefully, it won't change.

Why is Reasor's prices so HIGH!!! How can we get new grocery chains into Oklahoma. Literally this week - Prime boneless ribeye 28 dollars a pound (on sale) while at old grocery store in Texas HEB costs is 20 dollar a pound for Prime boneless ribeye (not on sale). plus lower taxes on food. So wrong!!

Bakery is my go to for birthday cakes. Much better then Walmart tastes fresh. Meats are a little high and some other products but over all its a good store.. I'm giving it a 3only because of some of the prices on food.

They recently overhauled the store and it's very nice. I do have a complaint though. I like the Irish Creme coffee creamers, and this location is habitually out of it. Both International Delight and Baileys branded. On the upside, this location offers the bulk section for nuts, dried fruits, chocolate covered anything you can imagine. It does make for an annoyance going here for bulk items, and then to 126th street north for creamer.

Horrible experience with online pick up shopping numerous times. Website is horrible, they don’t notify you of the items your not going to get that you ordered and it shows in stock, they didn’t even start pulling the order until we got there. Just not happy at all with this place. I will pay higher prices but, I expect better than this. Walmart is way better at what they do, which is a lot more than Reasors is responsible for and no one can even come close to HEB in Grocery business. For sure not Reasors!

Update: After speaking with the manager today I have hope that this might not happen again. He listened and truly seemed to care about the problem and is going to attempt to help this young lady so she can better help people. So rating is changing from 2 to 4 in this hope.Sparce produce section. One little table of potatoes. A few apples and oranges. More space allotted for wine and cheese than healthy items. Don't ask Jazmine for help, very, very rude. Only came here because brother had a doctor's appointment down the street and my usual reasors, in Tulsa, is great. This one, not so much. Should have just left after rudeness but decided to finish my list. For a large store, limited selection.
