The staff and the manager are very rude. I was there last week looking for dog food. I wanted some help, making the right decision for the best food I could feed my dog who has skin and allergy problems. They shrugged me off, but then weāre standing around doing nothing while all their shelves were empty. I will never shop for this company again I will go elsewhere for my pet supplies.

Delivering here. Arrived Monday night. Appointment Wednesday. I called on route to notify my eta because I have a funeral to go to. Manager starts lying, saying they get in trouble for receiving early. Tell him I know that's not true because every other petsmart encourages early arrival and will come in on a day off to accommodate. Some have even given me their personal phone numbers for thus reason. He says "we can take you at 5am or 8am Wednesday at the latest because someone comes in at 3am". Waking my dog Tuesday morning, a guy comes out to take trash and I ask how it's looking. He very rudely says they won't take me until Wednesday morning. I go in and nobody's doing anything. I look around and see plenty of shelf space for full pallets. Wednesday morning I go in and am told th earliest they can take me is 10am "because they have more important things to do". "Call my supplier if you have a problem with that". I spoke with my company and they are very happy to call your supplier. This is an obvious, "I'm in control" issue that should absolutely be addressed by petsmart's corporate office. There is no excuse for the rudeness or the 36hrs of waiting to unload less than a truck load. You are delaying the two other deliveries on this truck to other petsmarts that will gladly receive them early.

They are wonderful. They got my cat in the next day. Thought I might have to put her down but instead they gave her a shot for arthritis and also put her on Gabapentin.

My dog was shaved from ear to ear(which I did not ask for). When I got home I noticed a patch was cut under her arm. Will not recommend or go back.

PetSmart isn't local for me but definitely my go to when I really need something. Particularly when welcoming a new pet to the family. Having a new cat we knew we wanted a cat tower since we have a dog that will take some getting used to. Definitely not something you will find at any location. Our new cat also happens to be a little over zealous with digging in litter so we needed a specific litter box. Thankfully there were a lot of options. We spent an hour and a half shopping between the large amount of food choices, cat towers, and litter boxes we were able to be picky with what we really wanted and didn't have to just settle. I was also able to pick some things up for my dog so he wouldn't be too jealous.I found this particular location to not be too over crowded, well stocked, and reasonably priced. They also have the cutest seasonal items for pets. Our kitten got a little red bowtie collar.

Hadnāt been in a petsmart in along time, walked around, thought of a shopping list of things in my head for my dogs but had to control myself.Purchased large and medium bed, both on sale, got bones, retractable dog fence. Def goin to go back and get the lifted dog bed with canopy. I spoil my dogs lol. Staff was nice and helpful both on the floor and at the register

So I went to the store today and explained to 2 workers that stand by the fish section what happened to my previous purchase. I told them that I bought some fish and then after less than a week, I returned to the store to buy medicine, because I noticed my fish were ill (they had ick as can be seen on the pictures). I have explained then, to another worker, that even if I was on the 14 day period, I would not want to replace my fish, since I had the disease on my tank, and said I would come later if I had to replace any of the fish. I even pointed to the gentleman that was today working by the cashier.I asked them that I would like to have those fish replaced and I had with me the receipt of the purchase of the fish and the receipt of the purchase of the medicine and I even show them the same fish pictures I am sharing here, to which they promptly identified the disease, to back up my story. None of this seemed to matter as their response was a blunt: "You have to bring the dead fish". I then told them that I had exchanged fish before and nobody before have stated such rule. I understand the logic behind the policy as not everyone is honest and I can clearly see how someone can take advantage of it. On the other hand the total lack of reasoning in front of so much evidence, makes me think why would someone go to so much trouble. I was a frequent customer and I am very frustrated whith the lack of empathy and understanding I had on the store today. I chose to go there to support local business, but from now on, I will go look for my pet supplies anywhere else, unless they coach their staff to think a bit before denying a faithful customer a simple request. They may have saved the store 20 dollars by not giving me a replacement for my dead fish, but they will not get any other cent out of me anymore.

This location is always super friendly! Had my dog groomed this morning and he looked great. Also, love the knowledgeable staff when buying fish or small animals. They always seemed to have the animalās best interests in mind when I got my pets there.

I went in for an light bulb, but also inquired about my water levels and the girl was so nice and showed me how to read the different water levels for testing the levels in my fish tank water and my tap water in my sink. Thank you for your patience with me šāŗļø

I wonder if these ppl whoās commenting about the one guppy that was denied because it was going into a 3.5gallon fishbowl with no filters are willing to recuse all the bettas thatās suffering in a cup of water with just as little as 6oz of water. These bettas would be like this for weeks to months if they donāt sell or dies because of the condition they are stored in..And on top of this why are they selling fish bowls for fish if they are denying sell of fish that would be going in a fishbowl? Please check yourself. Show proofs that a guppy can not survive a 3.5 gallon fishbowl with regular water charges.

We love the people at Banfield! We've been using them for 15 years with our pets. They've made room in the schedule for us when one of our dogs was dying. They were so respectful of us and our privacy, letting us go out the side door so we didn't have to walk back through the store with him in the box. Then the vet called and checked on us a couple of days later and sent us a card.

Ive never given a review but i didnāt like my experience last time i went, me and my friends were looking at the chinchilla since it kept getting close to us but a rude staff member kept coming up to us to make remarks on how they arenāt social animals and are too pricey basically discouraging us to even think about buying it when we didnāt ask any questions, she even told us to back away from the habitat because it was āstressedā in a rude tone we ended up leaving after because she wouldnāt leave us alone and kept budding into our conversations. I donāt like leaving reviews like this but i felt very degraded when all i did was look at an animal for about 5 minutes.

Went in to get some tick and flea powder among other things. On my phone, the Pet Armor carpet powder is shown for $8.99 they charged me $17.99. I had other stuff, so I didn't notice it till later. I guess I need to watch them closer.

Clean store with friendly employees. Took my two-year-old Frenchie to the Banfield vet hospital for checkup, heartworm test, and vaccinations. Quite a bit more expensive than Southern Agriculture, but the vet is much more thourough here. If you only need vaccinations, Southern Agriculture is great. If you need real veterinary services, check up, or care, this is a much better option.I am getting pet health insurance for my dog and needed a comprehensive checkup before they will sign him up. Dr. Vasquez here at Banfield performed an extensive checkup and provided extremely detailed notes and suggestions to keep my dog happy and healthy. Great job!!!If Banfield would price their insurance and wellness programs and services better, then they could be a one stop shop and dominate the market on pet care. But, insurance and wellness programs can be purchased elsewhere for significantly less that pay for services provided here at Banfield. That is why I give them 4 stars instead of 5.

Good selection. Only downfall is no extra, extra small dog clothing. Asked if x small was the smallest, was told yes. Said I would pass on the shirt. She rang it up anyways. And then the medicine I wanted rang up double price than online and she said if I show it to her she will change pricing. Made me think how many times I have paid whatever price they wanted compared to online (I always check how much and if it is in stock online before going because I do not live near).

Two of the last three times, my purchase rings up at several dollars more than the posted price on the shelf. It's kind of like it's on purpose now. The person behind me in line said that has happened to her too, and if she could get what she needed elsewhere, she'd be done with PetSmart. Yikes folks, it's making customers really irritated. The prices seem high anyway, and when you keep overcharging me by all most $5 it's really making me consider just going with another product I can buy somewhere other than your store.š

awful grooming team and managers. linda in particular was rude, kept interrupting me, and had no sympathy for my issue when i called to complain. groomers cancelled and turned away my appointment even though i brought propped documentation. will not be shopping at this location EVER again, even though it is 5 minutes from my home. extremely rude manager linda needs fired.
