I went to get my dog’s nails trimmed and they did a wonderful job. Raven was the one that trimmed them and they were efficient and kind with their service. i also go there to get my dog bathed and i love how clean the showers are. i love this place and recommend it to everyone!

I have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been so kind. But, last week I had to say goodbye to my little one and Claire could not have been sweeter. She went above and beyond for me. She was so kind, caring, and understanding. I had several things of food and treats to return. She did it without question, talked to me about when she lost her little one, and even offer to be there for me to talk to anytime I needed it. I can not thank her enough for her kind words. She is truly special and you all should make sure she stays and is happy. Because people like her are a rare find.

Been going here since the store opened and highly recommend it!! The staff have always been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Bree and Blade have been great with our dog’s nail trims and are very understanding and accommodating when either of them get anxious. Five stars!

Bree was beyond helpful. I came in to get my normal dog food and they were out of stock so she called the Tulsa location to have my dog food shipped that day to the store so my dogs did not have to go without. I have never had this accommodation and thanks to her my dogs never went without. Thank you Bree for the excellent service!!!!

Awesome staff, food and supplies! Love the delivery service on the days I do not have the time to go to the store. Auto-delivery is really convenient too. Just as I value my health and the food I consume, I value my pups health and the food they consume. This store has so many different quality brands that I look for when it comes to their health. My picky eaters love their new science-based dog food! Huge win since it has taken me years of trial and error with 30+ different brands.Also yes, shamelessly taking the opportunity to show off their cuteness on this review lol

I understand policies regarding fish are in place for a reason, but I do wish they were a bit more understanding of certain people and their setups. I have a fully cycled, planted, heated, and filtered 10 gallon that I use as a quarintine tank- I monitor fish in it before moving to a larger tank to make sure they're healthy. I currently have a small baby opaline gourami and a tiny senegal bichir that I plan on moving to a 55 gallon that I'm cycling. I was researching more on the bichirs and read that they benefit from having a companion. I fell in love with the albino senegal bichir they have at this store and wanted to put him in the quarintine tank while my 55 was cycling. The manager on duty refused to sell him to me because my tank was too small even though I outright told her that I was cycling the 55 gallon. The little guy was probably 2 inches long and would be just fine in my quarintine tank for a week or two, which is where he would go even if my 55 was up and running to clear him of illnesses. I use the api testing kit to test my tank water weekly and do weekly 30% water changes on my tank and never had issues with my water parameters. It was just discouraging to hear that because I was going to give the little guy a good home and he had been playing with my finger the other day. I was pretty heartbroken and wish that they would be more understanding.I obviously understand refusing sales to certain people that plan on having a completely inadequate setup for fish long-term or will be abusing their fish. But I have done my research and wish they would've been more understanding!I do not want to be rude, as employees here have always been kind and helpful. But I am a regular customer and often stop in to look at the critters and buy supplies.

On several occasions We were recommended by our vet to pick-up some items from this location. The front staff was great but when the front staff requested assistance from the manager over the radio, the manager told the staff to tell us to order it on line. We then asked if there was something comparable the manager said to tell us to order it online. No attempt was made to verify what the item(s) were. No attempt was made to see if they could or would assist us. Good luck getting any future business from us nor from our network of friends.

Bree is very helpful!! She made sure we had everything we need for our breaded dragon Liz the Lizard!! She definitely went above and beyond. I love this store and the whole staff because of outstanding customer service Ms Bree had done for us!

Not gonna lie, this place steals Petsmart and Petco customers. How? By being awesome! I haven't had one bad visit here. I come here to get crickets and meal worms for my Leo Gecko and I believe the quality is much better. The staff are always willing to help and are easy to find when you do need assistance. I love their deals as well. They have a free rewards program that offers coupons, too. Every worker I've dealt with has seemed very knowledgeable, especially about reptiles.

We have taken our dogs here to use the self service wash on multiple occasions and the wash beds are always clean and the employees are really helpful with towels and leashes. Today, Mario and Eli were very helpful when the treats wouldn't ring up as bogo.

Today, when I went in to the store, there was a young lady there. I'm not sure what her name was but she works there and she was wonderful. She was willing to help me and my little Fur baby. They were nice while i was there but they sold me a fish with a missing fin which was ok till it died less than 24 hours later and they wanted me to save the dead fish and bring it to them otherwise they wont help not even with a reciept

Phenomenal customer service. Bree was exceptionally vast in her knowledge of reptiles. With no intention of purchasing a pet or any products at that time- she sold us. She was feeding the lizards and we just started talking, but this fire skink kept getting my attention and looking at me- so, she pulled him out and we got acquainted. Bree didn’t stop there- she helped set up a wonderful habitat for our new pal. He is happily set up and we truly appreciate her assistance; blessed to have come in on her shift. We will be return customers.

We started taking our dogs here every other Tuesday for nail trimming and grinding. 50% off the service and the lady is so nice and comforting to the pups she's working with.I pointed out my oldest pup was walking on her paw funny and she suggested some CBD treats. After using the treats for a week now, I've noticed quite a difference in her walking on that paw. Love this pet store.They are so very knowledgeable about their fish friends too! Glad to have a store like this here

Do NOT buy tarantulas from here. Employees are good and for other pet needs they will have what you need. BUT... their "corporation standard" has them practicing improper tarantula husbandry. Misting an arid desert species of tarantula several times a day is not good for specifically their Venezuelan Green Bottle Blue. I wanted to buy it but not at the price they are charging while not taking good care of it. Too much humidity will choke this species out and I'm not paying their set price just to rescue this blue and orange beauty. A few minutes of research into this species you'll see their substrate needs to be bone dry. Arachnoboards, tarantula forum, reddit, YouTube. It's all there.Purchase your exotics from a reputable source. Not here.

This is a wonderful pet store! There's a large selection of good quality pet supplies and some amazing deals, so the prices were very good! The manager Draven is knowledgeable and kind and went above and beyond in helping us purchase our parakeets. Bree, the cashier/store employee was amazing, too! She answered questions and made suggestions about great products to help us take care of our birds. This store is obviously run by individuals who are passionate about animals who also find joy in helping pet owners make sure they have happy, healthy pets!

Employees are super helpful and nice, however our puppy got ringworm and the only place she's been is the backyard and here for a wash. Owners might want to sanitize the dog wash area before more spreads (assuming this was the cause).
