Sold me a $350 backpack blower that turned out to be a lemon, would not allow me to exchange or return it because I had put gas in it... What a joke. Go to Home Depot. I know I will be from now on.Update: I called the number you replied with and it's a robot telling me to contact the manufacturer. Absolutely pitiful. Further solidified my choice to use home depot from now on. They're much more professional and focused on their customers.

Always happy with Lowe's but especially with their paint department. They are always so helpful and helped me research a particular sherwin williams paint today that I had questions about.

The Bartlesville Lowe's did not have a piece of glass big enough to cut what I needed so I drove to owasso where they had about 20 pieces big enough. The only problem is they refused to cut the glass the size I needed. Moses spent 10 minutes trying to convince me that I did not need a piece of glass I wanted plexiglass after thanking him for his input I still wanted the glass cut. He then informed me that he didn't know how to cut it and I would have to come back when Autumn was working but wouldn't say when that was. I finally just bought the piece of glass that I couldn't get wrapped in paper and tape and I bought a glass cutter.

I could not get ahold of the store manager. I had a complaint and called the store. I was repeatedly put on hold only to be disconnected each time. Home depot routinely has a checkout stand that will check you out. They will even bag your purchase!!! They will smile and ask how you are doing! So refreshing! Lowe’s has put profit over people…. I will take my home remodel to the Home Depot in Owasso over the Lowe’s in Owasso.

I really appreciated the lady at checkout for I forgot my glasses. I was there around 1:30.Such a pleasant person.I was offered help while shopping a couple of times.I would rate this store at the top of the line in customer service. Thank you Owasso Lowes you restored my faith in great customer service!

Recently we had two problems with Lowes. About a month ago, we inquired about flooring & installation. After we received a quote, we never received any calls to begin the project. Whenever we we called the store or customer care, they forwarded our calls to someone out in South Carolina. Strange!! We went with another local company due to no communication from Lowes.Second , we bought a a Samsung dryer about 14 months ago from Lowes Owasso. It recently stopped working with an dL digital error code. We kept getting the go around from the Owasso store and Lowes Service Advantage to have them research our protection plan. The store can't pull up a receipt older than 90 days, and we do not know if the one received from customer care is thorough. We don't know if Lowes had possibly sold us a refurbished or returned product, since this problem happened a little over a year ago.There is no benefit of being a Lowes Advantage cc member other than the 5% discount, so we might end up closing our accounts. Always enjoyed Lowes service till recently. Disappointing!!!

Love this store! Knowledgeable employees and awesome service. The garden center is always my favorite place to be in the spring. The store is always clean and well stocked. It's definitely my go-to hardware store in Owasso.

Fairly easy access to get into, lots of parking. The store is set up as most Lowe's stores are in the surrounding areas. Plenty of items for the gardening and home improvement individuals. Bathrooms were clean with signs showing where they were at the back of the store. Employees we encountered were helpful and knowledgeable as to where products were located.

Terrible customer service. Workers are rude and unhelpful. Most of them won’t even make eye contact and you have to press a button to get some help and when you do they act inconvenienced by your questions.

I have shopped at Lowes for years and I spend lots of money for my business, sadly I have been shopping at home depot more and more. I am disappointed with the fact that more and more items are not eligible for the veterans discount and Lowes was started by veterans. Home depot is not doing this. I hope someone let's the CEO know that veterans are not stupid we know what is going on. Don't give a perception of a discount and then we get to the counter and half our items are not discounted. Lowes can do better.

Bought a tub an shower kit earlier not realizing in I need new adaptors. So I went back to get them couldn’t find them so I asked for help. An I was told to come back tomorrow when someone who knows will be there. Returned items an went to Home Depot.

Was able to get everything I needed was in and out in no time by using the store locator app. It was very accurate. Checked online to see if they had everything on my list. Online verified they did and they actually did have everything.

Empty boxes in the electrical department for the most demanding products. I don't know who takes care of inventory on a daily but they're lacking. Annoying self checkout lanes with the "cashier" hovering behind you. Not all lanes were open. Think I'll stick to Home Depot. Better stock of products anyways.

Another store I enjoy browsing, which is good since the hubs likes to drag me here. Love their selection of dremel equipment. I'm giving 3 stars because the employees are nice and their products are good. If they stopped selling invasive plants and were mindful about the ecosystems their stores were located in then I would give 5 stars.

Most disgusting restroom I've been in in a long time period period this is so sad said because everything needed to clean up this bathroom they sell in this store so it's just a total lack of management giving a dam. Shame on Lowe's corporate for allowing this to go on checked and my girlfriend said the ladies room was even in worse condition somebody needs to have the management use this bathroom

We got to know Curtis, at the Owasso Lowes, about a year and a half ago. We can't say enough good things about this guy. The first time he helped us, he went out of his way to get us what we needed. We appreciated his help. Since then, every time we go in, and we run in to him, he says hi, calls us by name, and asks if he can help us. He is very knowledgeable in every department that we found so far and he is always willing to help. We find ourselves looking for him.Great asset to Lowes!

Customer service was terrible not very friendly and ignore you until you start to look frustrated then the decided they will stop joking around with each other and help with what you need stockers seemed to have more on there plate than they can handle Givin I only seen 2 trying to stock and they looked upset with there Co workers

Wow, am I disappointed in Lowe's. Looking for a large appliance I searched several places. On my 1st trip to Lowe's during my search, the saleswoman knew nothing about anything, reading info from her computer as I had done before visiting. Went to Home depot where the salesman was outstanding, knew the products & helped me decide what I needed. At his advice, I went back to Lowe's & made my purchase including delivery & installation. The installers did not install correctly because my appliances did not work when they left. Called them & was told they did their job right, it was my problem. I made a total of 12 calls over 3 days to the store & delivery warehouse, routed to places (blown off) all over the country who didn't know why I was transferred to them by the warehouse. No one knew what was going on meaning I explained the problem to many people. Finally, I was told new appliances would arrive the next day. The last delivery team was stellar, though. Checked & made sure everything was in working order before leaving. Would think a company as large as Lowe's-who claims to have top notch customer consideration- would have a better way to manage their error. 3 days spent at home waiting, hours calling them over 12 calls to countless people, 2 deliveries & installations before getting in right. Only apology came from the last delivery guy. Zero compensation. Will go elsewhere next time.

Shout Out to Carl & Samantha at Lowes! I purchased a microwave with cash back in early August. Went to install it recently and it was the wrong brand. I took it back but couldn’t find my receipt. Instead of telling me I was out of luck they went over & above by spending around 35-45 minutes looking for my transaction in their system. They found my transaction, refunded my money & honored the discounted price I originally paid. I turned around & purchased the one I originally thought I was buying.Thank you Carl & Samantha for going over and above to provide great customer service!
