Came in here to get tools and found an awesome collection of pocket knives. I couldn’t resist one of them from the brand TRUE the Berm little blade. But there were some awesome CASE blades and then some kitchen knives sets that can be engraved, a bit pricey but well worth it.

This is by far the best Ace hardware. It's really the only one I like to go to. I can find everything I need and it's smaller and more convenient than going to Lowe's for just a simple saw blade or something and the employees are all very helpful every time i go in multiple employees. Ask me if I need help finding anything and they have helped me a lot. The cashier is always really nice and quick and they have a lot of craftsmen brand stuff and that's usually what I need to buy so I can just go there and instead of Lowe's

They host a wonderful ladys night with discounts snacks and goodie bags the lady working had the cutest shirts wish we could of got one. Its a every fun time and the plants always look good

I have never been made to feel so welcome. They’re glad to see you there. I have been there 9-10 times now and always so friendly and helpful. The Stihl experts are very knowledgeable about their products. My friend goes there now too and he agrees about customer service is way above average. Probably my top 5 best retail stores to go to because of the customer service. Should be an example for all other competitors to notice and emulate. Pricing is average for hardware store. Hours are good. Great location easy in and out. Little construction close by but that is anywhere in Oklahoma 🙄. Store is exceptionally clean. Never used their bathroom but I’m sure they’re clean too. Would be my guess anyway. I find big box stores to be helpful as well, however the Cornerstone Ace Hardware in Owasso operates on an entirely different level of greatness. 5/5 for sure. Try it out.

Disappointed tonight. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I was disappointed tonight. I love shopping this store and the employees are great to deal with. But without writing this review how can anything be learned from it.Tonight I went in to buy some stihl equipment the young salesman was busy talking to another customer about chainsaws but after a while the conversation turned into people they know and fire burning pastures. Both the customer and young employee knew I was standing there waiting my turn. After a noticeable while I went to the front counter and ask for someone to come help me. The young salesman kept talking about people they knew and what not. So I went to the tall guy at the key making area. He said some one would come help me. the young man. So I went back over there again still no change on the conversation about people they knew..so I just walked out and didn't buy the stihl equipment I was needing.

Reasonably priced hardware and easy to navigate. Customer service is always great. I like to come here versus the larger stores because stuff is easier to find when you don’t need the large variety. They have most of the essential stuff.

Great place. With great customer service.Plus, they are going out of their way to support the community with the bucket discount... buy a bucket and fill it up. Everything inside the bucket is 20% off.It's a great way to support a worthy cause and get what you need.

Love my Ace and their staff! Always plenty of employees available to assist. They are quick to recognize my first mate Chief MaHomie (English Bulldog) upon entry and he can’t get enough of the attention he receives. I’d consider this a bit of an upscale Ace but every dime I spend is well worth it!

Saw online they had a product so I drove up. Somebody quickly asked me what I was looking for, was able to find it quickly, and it ended up working and being a reasonable price.I wouldn't hesitate going back there if I have a need.

My son and I stopped by on Saturday to find an extra fine bolt. The man who helped him was very helpful, and they had the bolt. My son also found a very useful solar chargeable light for working on his car. It was only twenty dollars, and it is excellent!Ace Hardware, for most of your hard-to-find items, and then some!

I went in when they opened looking for an o-ring that you can't get from the big box stores. Despite being a bit crowded, I was offered help by three different staff members within minutes of entering. They offer great customer service and a great selection of just about everything.

ACE Hardware Stores have everything you need AND their associates ask you if you need help finding something. You don't have to push a button and wait or hunt someone down. I don't care if it's a little farther to drive, it's worth it!

Very friendly employees, Emma on cash register assisted with my veteran discount (it's a points in the app system which you say your phone number to the employee to enter at the register) and Ron helped with a propane tank refill. Almost forgot to say, Emma told us about the Propane Tank Refill Card which my husband and I had never heard of before . . . Anyone can get a card to punch every time you get 20 pounds of propane, you get a punch and after 5 punches on the card, your 6th propane refill is FREE! Thanks, Emma! Wish we'd known this 20 years ago and U-haul propane wouldn't have gotten so much business at 51st in Tulsa . . . But we're about to start using an outdoor kitchen with natural gas pipeline built in, so not sure if we'll be able to max out the card . . . However, this info might help someone else, so get in there and GET YOUR FREE CARD!!

The Cornerstone Ace Hardware Team always goes above and beyond to take care of their customers.Our family buys the majority of our plants, fertilizer, pest control and diy materials for home projects from here.I have had many great experiences at this store, they have a great selection of merchandise and are quick to help any way they can.The most recent 5 star experience I had was when my Stihl weed trimmer broke down, they helped me get it replaced through warranty. Within 24hrs I had a new weed trimmer back home ready to go.

Cornerstone Ace Hardware was recommended to be for their etching services. So very pleased with what they did for us, how quickly it was completed and the excellent customer service. While in the store, at minimum, 4 associates offered their services. No one was pushy, all were friendly and attentive. It’s been a while since we’ve experienced this level of customer service. Just left after asking 3 different sales staff to help me find a part that was listed in stock at this store. They wouldn't help other than telling me what aisle to look in. Even after telling the other 2 I searched the aisle they just shrugged their shoulders. I'll just go to Lowes from now on.
