I love this place! The staff are always super friendly and the vet bills are cheaper than any other place that I've been to. I've been bringing all the cats that end up in my care to this place because it's just so lively and wonderful šŸ˜

Our family is so very grateful for this amazing place.. Everyone that's working there is working very hard day in and day out. They deal with so much .. They truly went above and beyond to try and help our dog. Thank you to all your hard workers.. thank you doctor.

Dr Bryson did an amazing job on my dog Dolly who had a cyst on her eye. Turns out she had two more on her body and he went ahead and took care of those. I was able to drop her off and pick her up around my 9-5 work schedule. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. Canā€™t thank them enough!

We had found out some not so good things about the vet we were using and pretty much every one we've spoke to in our little town had recommended using this place. We had planned to, just hadn't gone yet because it is stressful trying to find a place that actually cares about your animals as much as you do without having to pay an arm and a leg. Well..... one of our kitties had an accident that resulted in his claw being torn off and dangling, so off we went to this place. I'm SO glad we did!!! Thankfully my cat's injury wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought and the ENTIRE staff here is so amazing! Prices are definitely fair and I could tell the vet was legitimately concerned with all of his clients animals well being. So many people came in while we were waiting and they were on a first name basis, that is just something you rarely find anymore. We will definitely be bringing all of animals here and look forward to our fur babies getting spoiled with some extra love!

Dropped my Great Dane off yesterday morning to get her spayed and picked her up today in a body bag. When I dropped her off I got told she would have to stay the night after surgery. Spoke with a lady yesterday afternoon saying surgery went perfectly fine no complications and that she was waking up from surgery as we spoke. Got another call at 8 AM today from the Dr saying ā€œshe passed right before the girls got here this morning, she was fine when they left last night so all I can think is maybe a blood clot due to her being so bigā€ I donā€™t really understand why they are making dogs stay after surgery if they donā€™t have someone there watching them. She had no underlying conditions so I donā€™t really understand how she just passed with no explanation after a very common surgery. From what Iā€™ve heard from some others this isnā€™t the first time a dog has randomly passed in the care of this vet regardless of what type of treatment thatā€™s occurred.

The first time I took Serendipity here, it was June 28, 2018. She was vaccinated and I was told by Dr. Wolfe that she was healthy other than a few fleas and some ear mites. July 4, she wouldn't eat her dinner. We thought she might have been scared from the fireworks. July 5, she wouldn't eat breakfast and was still acting off, so I brought her back to Will Rogers Animal Hospital. She had blood drawn for a general health profile. When Dr. Wolfe reviewed the results, she said that other than a high liver value (ALT) she couldn't see anything wrong. On July 6, I brought her back. They put her on IV fluids and ondansetron for nausea. Dr. Wolfe waited til close to tell me that she wasn't able to help her. I immediately drove her to Oklahoma Veterinary Specialists in Tulsa. The first doctor, Dr Hough, took 1 look at Serendipity's blood work (which I brought with me) and saw her neutrophil count. She noted the diarrhea (which is very distinct with panleukopenia and which they had seen several times at Will Rogers - 1 tech even walked around the bldg with it on a paper towel in open air, like she didn't know how to dispose of it!) and determined that she should start by using a canine parvo test. Canine parvo differs from panleukopenia/distemper/feline parvo slightly, but the results of the test are accurate. She was positive.During her stay at OVS, she declined. We had to say goodbye late Monday.I called Will Rogers on Saturday and Monday to let them know that Serendipity had panleukopenia and that it's extremely contagious. This virus lives for over a year at room temperature and kills 90% of the cats it infects. (There is a vaccine for it but I've noticed that a lot of people in this area don't vaccinate, especially when they let their cats loose and turn them into strays. If Serendipity had been vaccinated as a kitten, she would be alive today.)Because I had not received any acknowledgment or response from Will Rogers Animal Hospital yet, I gathered my courage, choked down my tears, and called again. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes before I got a chance to speak to the desk clerk. She put me through to Denise, a vet technician. (I had first met Denise at Banfield in Owasso. I thought she was a good vet tech at the time.)I told Denise, calmly but firmly and without any rudeness, what I've outlined here. Serendipity was sick, she may have even contracted the virus there, and now she's dead. The virus spreads rapidly, is extremely contagious, and is hard to kill through disinfection. I wanted to verify that they used the correct concentration of bleach when disinfecting. She said she wouldn't tell me. I wanted to find out if they had any other kitty patients from Thursday to today. She told me she wouldn't share that information with me to "protect" their clients. I told her I wanted to make sure they contacted their owners to let them know that they may have been exposed to the virus. She said she wouldn't tell me. She would not confirm how they disinfected things. When I said this, Denise started yelling. She said, "Do YOU know the correct concentration of bleach? Are YOU an expert in panleukopenia? Dr Wallis has been a veterinarian for years and he knows what he's doing." I attempted to respond. She continued shouting over me, said something along the lines of, "You can call whoever you need to," after I said I could just call the Oklahoma Veterinary Board, and slammed the phone down. This picture is of Serendipity in her final moments. She was screaming out every few minutes. I couldn't touch her with my bare hands the whole time she was at OVS because panleukopenia is so contagious. She was in the isolation ward and everyone had to undergo decontamination procedures upon exiting her room.If you have a cat and have visited here in the last two weeks, PLEASE get your cat tested/vaccinated. I cannot stand the thought that anyone else - feline or human - may suffer the same fate due to the incompetence of the medical staff here. This causes an AWFUL death and we paid over $3k to try to save her. We failed.

Wife called and asked what it would cost for a procedure. Was told $80. Great, except when pickup time arrived the bill was an incredible $200. They did blood work for $70 and who knows what for the other $50 but somehow couldn't find the time or integrity to tell her that before performing the act. What a rip-off. What is it with Vets, are the majority scoundrels or what? And if you refuse to pay do they just kill the animal? I really don't have any reference points for trying to figure out how bad this business handled our situation. Who else has the arrogance to give you a price and then charge you over twice that. What plumber or mechanic or tire shop or cafe would do that without first asking and informing what is happening? Needless to say, NEVER AGAIN, will we do business with Will Rogers Animal Hospital. No communication, Bad business model.

I have been happy with bringing my pets here. I appreciate the walk-in hours they offer, even if it means you have to wait a while. My rescue cat has been a frequent visitor to this vet in the last 8 months. I truly appreciate his patience and efforts while figuring out a diagnosis!

We love the care our Frenchie receives from the staff. They are always willing to work him into their schedule. We also board our Frenchie with them while we go on vacation and have no doubt that he is getting loads of love and attention!

Best veterinarian around. I've taken my dogs to them for years and so has the rest of my family. They communicate with you about your animal and don't hesitate to explain something if you don't understand. They are polite, caring, all around good people.

Great place, usually I give 4 stars because the phone line is busy and requires you to call multiple times during busy hours but they are busy because they provide great service. We have a dog and our online profile through PetPro Connect keeps shots and other health related information sites easily and readily accessible. The staff is wonderful and truly love both customer and pet, waiting area is clean and coffee bar, and they have plenty of literature to read and catch up on with the latest pet studies.Walk-in are an option around 4 to 530pm and if your new to Rogers county you can meet other locals with pets.

We absolutely love this vet! Dr. Wallis is amazing and has so much patience. Heā€™s taken care of all my fur babies for me for a few years now. Prices are very reasonable compared to others around and this is a huge blessing so owning a pet isnā€™t so stressful. Thank you to the beautiful staff for always going above and beyond measures during and after hours. They will take you no matter what just have patience with them as they do not rush they take there time and I love that. Thank you Will Rogers!

We love Will Roger's Vet Hospital. Over the past 8 years of being a pet owner, we have seen all three of the doctors there. They are all very patient and compationate. The care your fur babies receive is wonderful. All the staff are extremely busy,, however, they all go above and beyond to accommodate everyone.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. We use them everytime we go out of town to board our pitbull (Zeus). They always seem excited to see him, and he doesn't act any less excited when we walk thru to door to leave him for a few days... Would definitely recommend for anyone needing to take a trip that has to leave their pet behind for a few days. We just had to leave ours for over a week during a trip to California. While we hated having to leave him for such an extended time, we never doubted that he was being well taken care of until we got back home!

This is not the right vet for you if you deeply care for your animals. Theyā€™re unprofessional, and are not reliable. I have had many bad experiences with this place, as I left along time ago. My mother continued to stay. Her two dogs have kennel cough (one 7-10 pounds, and the other over 60 pounds) and asked for antibiotics to help reduce the risk for it turning into pneumonia. They labeled the bottles wrong, and my mom gave the 7 pound dog the 60+ dog medication. We called panicking and they said itā€™s fine. The dosage is very high compared to the amount supposed to be given so we called another vet to make sure. They told us to call poison control immediately and asked what vet said it was fine !? So now we have been on hold with two poison control numbers for an hour trying to make sure everything is fine. It was $170 for the medication, and now we are going to have to spend probably another $200 for an emergency vet appointment. Shame on you for doing this. And not even owning up and apologizing for YOUR mistake.

This place is amazing with my pit bull. She doesn't care for anyone but family. But the staff can handle her with no problems.

We use them for boarding everytime we go out of town and can't take our pit (Zeus) with us. The staff here treats him as though he's one of their own pets! We hate having to leave him behind on trips, but are confident he's always well taken care of until we get back.

After writing a 5 star review several years ago, I have to update this review. We used to get great care from Will Rogers Animal Hospital. However, our recent experience at this vet has been terrible. One of our dogs was severely over dosed on antibiotics. Another dog had a culture take weeks to return. I only got the results because I called the lab directly. The culture came back negative even though ā€œthe infectionā€ had gotten worse. I was talked down to by the vet on one occasion. I could go onā€¦I used to be fine with the extremely long wait times in the waiting area and on the phone since the costs were affordable and care was good. I canā€™t do it anymore.

Saturday my lil dog managed to swallow a small chunk of wood that got stuck in her throat I rushed her to will Rogers animal hospital in oologah. Stood there a couple minutes before they acknowledged me. Told them what has happened and they with no concern or reguard to the well being of my animal informed me that they are closing soon and could not help. That was the second time I've been there and the first experience was just as bad.

Caring staff. They take great care of our pets, but they also never make you feel bad for asking about the cost of things and choosing what you can realistically afford. They'll give you a written estimate if you ask, and they'll help you decide what's financially feasible without you feeling judged.

Other vets were going to charge me over $1000 to pull teeth and clean them on my little dog I was very happy with with everyone here at will Rogers. And the they charged me 1/3 rd of what other vets estimated
