So every now and then I think, maybe I'll try sonic again. Especially here because it's the only thing that's really available.Nope. Burrito came out cold, hardly any filling (mostly just tortilla), about half a sliced sausage patty piled at one side, all the cheese at the other and forgot the pickle fries on the side.I heard Sonic changed ownership a while back and maybe that explains it. Literally every sonic location I've been to in the last year or two has absolutely been awful.

Twice I've been here to the Sonic on 169 & 88 and the second time is my fault. The first time my double cheeseburger was smashed and lopsided and took forever to get it and they also messed up my drink. The second time the moron on the mic asked me what drinks I wanted with the value meals I ordered. He got the drinks right but proceeded to charge me separately for the items to where my order came to 50$ for 3 large value meals with no fries and 3 separate side orders. The only thing I would be able to do is waste gas and time to get this stupidity corrected. Unfortunately I won't test the third time. I'll go to Wendy's, she has Frosty's.

I ordered a coney with onions and mustard. Didn't know I was gonna get the whole onion on it. A little ridiculous. Couldn't scrap them off without taking off all the cheese and mustard.

All the food was good other then my chicken slinger and my little brothers corn dogs were extra crisp but the chicken slinger paddy was a complete shame

Spoke with Manager Paul on this trip, he came out to check how I was enjoying my food. Great guy very personable and the food was awesome. Not much for Sonic reviews but this Sonic I frequent often and it’s always good food and nice employees. The wait is longer when it’s busy but that’s expected in my mind.

I did an online order for the chicken dinner and was brought half of the meal and when I asked where the rest was the guy informed me that the dinner was on the menu and the staff just brings out a cheaper and different option and that the customer should verify what is available to order. If I got the tost, Onion rings, and a sauce I probably would have been happy but to steal from me and tell me and act like an A hole ill probably pass along with pass this info on that the sonic in oologah will take your $ for a more expensive meal and bring you a cheaper meal.

Updating my review. I used to love this Sonic. But I do not appreciate getting cold, old food. Especially when its $30 worth for a group.Nor do I like the fact that they acted like I was stupid and couldn't possibly know the food wasn't fresh. I came in Sunday night about 20 minutes before close. Everything I asked for like "No tomatoes in the burger" there it is. "No mustard" they put extra mustard on the kids burger. We didn't catch any of that at the store. What I did catch was the disgusting day old tater tots. When the girl came out I asked her if we could get some fresh tater tots. I was told "well its 15 minutes before close but I'll see what I can do." She walks inside 2 seconds later she brings the exact same item I gave her. I call the manager out there. I was told that they were fresh but she admitted by the end she wasn't sure when the tots were dropped in the fryer. Did not apologize, offer to replace, and walked away. I understand if you dont want to make something 15 minutes before close. You dont want to cook fine. Its not business so why do I care if your shutting down your kitchen 20 minutes before close. But don't lie about it and send garbage out the door to your customers. At least say your fryers are down for the night and you are unable to take the order. Instead you guys ripped us off for $30 worth of food that wasn't edible and got thrown in the trash. Disappointing to say the least.

Management is terrible. The store manager who is also the HR guy is Paul and he allows his managers to sleep around with all the car hops and does not punish them or fire them.They are slow most of the time with food, they will bring you your food sometimes and its wrong but wait, they will take the food they just delivered you and give it to the correct person when laws say once served to a customer the food has to be thrown away cause who would want someone else's hands all over their food? They are slow on drinks sometimes i ordered 1 large dr pepper and it took 15min to get it before. This place is a good establishment but management could really use work. Hire older people who know what they are doing!!! Period mostly high schoolers who screw around and don't take their job seriously.

Terrible. I made my order and when I got to the window the lady handed things to me fast. I asked how she was and she shut the window on me. Then she handed me my sprite. I tasted it cause sometimes the carbon be out of it and it was. So I tried to tell her when she handed me my food but again she shut the window in my face. So when she seen I was not pulling off she opened the window and I told her what I needed. She took my old drink harshly, shut the window. Then handed out me a new sprite. I tasted it and then pulled off. It was a terrible experience

The only reason that this review gets even a single star is because I have to. The food is mediocre at best. They had a few months were they must have had a good crew and it didn't taste too bad.. but now the deep fried items taste like they haven't changed the oil in weeks if not months and the hot dogs are always dried out like they left them on the rollers for way longer than they should be. Over all just disappointed with the quality of food that I have receive. At least the carhops are nice and friendly but that's all this place has going for them.

Lazy and Rude. The place was empty and they took my order as if I was a burden for buying fast food. Employees just stand around while we wait for orders. I pray another fast food places comes to Oolagah.

I unknowingly went right before close, but they were very nice and made my order anyway. Came in a timely manner and gave a tip to the car hop, which she thanked me for. Felt bad for being the absolute last customer of the night but got no hard feelings from the car hop.

Came to order a Butterfinger shake. And was told they can't do peanutbutter, and I said no butterfinger, she said there is peanuts in it, and I said so does the reeses?I get it on allergens and such, but this is ridiculous.I just won't come back.

Always good service at this location. DJ is my usual carhop but this time it was Hermione. She was quick, courteous and made sure I had everything I needed before I left (speaker or headset wasn’t working so she had to come back out to me and it’s sooo hot outside) and managed to do it all with a smile.

Took literally 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Watched them sit on the counter, counted 7 kids inside, 3 cars outside...2 kids working on a shake machine and FIVE face down on their phones! Even tried to call to ask them to bring the drinks out, no answer. Sincerely need some management there.

We go to the Oologah sonic a couple days a week. Tonight we went and the operator was not paying attention when my husband was ordering. Well he ordered a meal and for me cheese sticks. Got to the car with (his meal) and my cheese sticks, plus 2 drinks. We realized he did not get his side. Called back into the sonic. The girl who answered was not paying attention. Instead of bringing him some Tots. She told us we would need to pay for it. We paid for the meal. She would not budge and was so truly rude. We won’t be back.
