Be watchful if you use walgreens to deposit money in any of your accounts. If it is over 2 or 3 hundred....they scan your id....get your address...ask tons of questions etc....they say it is to stop scams. Well it's deposit money not taking out. Don't know what scams they are talking about but if someone wants to deposit money in my account for free. Then sign me up for that scam! I have to believe the real scam is walgreens taking all your personal information...which they have no need for unless they are selling the information. So who is really scamming people. No other place ask this kind if information to deposit money. If they want to stop scams they should check ID of people using their cards to buy stuff....but they don't check their ID. So they are truly not trying to stop scammers. I am taking all my business elsewhere.

Went in for a few items. My husband found an open box of cards so of course he wants to make sure everything is in there before purchasing.. The associate I use to work with at a diffent store called her manager over because she thought my husband was stealing. Then we proceeded to the check out where I hear the manager tell the cashier we had stole something. I'll be contacting attorneys over this one.

Poooooooor pharmacy service . One of many reasons why it’s poor service is one time we Waited in line for a good 30 mins for them to put the sign up on us so they can go on break . Don’t recommend , even my dr doesn’t recommend this location …

I’ve always had an amazing experience at Walgreens Okmulgee! Anytime I ever needed help they have helped me and have been so polite about it. Kristine was wonderful and amazing! The most pure and beautiful person I have ever met. I Had a great conversation with her, knowing someone can be so kind and amazing has changed my views on the world. People like her really give me faith in humanity. 10/10 would definitely recommend and go here for all of my needs!

This pharmacy has some great employees, I have experienced compassion from them. I've also witnessed their patience with people. I will use this pharmacy anytime I need scripts just for the customer service. Even when they seem to be short handed they always manage to hold it down. I give two thumbs up as a matter of fact two thumbs is not enough I put my two big toes up too.

I love shopping at this store. The store is always clean & organized. If there is a sale for multiple items at a certain sale price & let's say maybe they are only down to 1 of that item in stock, they will still honor the price the sale would've been for an individual item, had you been able to purchase multiple at that sale price. People here are always friendly & greet you the moment you walk in & are very helpful, assisting you with locating items you need throughout the store. This includes the pharmacy staff as well. I admittedly do not write very many reviews, but I'm very thankful & feel they deserve high praise!

All these "friend" reviews on here are pathetic. This pharmacy is ridiculously unprofessional and we can blame it on understaffed, over worked,..nobodies fault but Walgreens. At times it takes days to get prescriptions despite them being called in from the doctor days before. The staff is rude and likes to place themselves in a position of authority and will argue with the customer who has already been confirmed via email or phone call from the doctor that the prescription has been called in. The past week has seen numerous days when the pharmacy is closed due to no pharmacists available to work. My advice to the staff working throughout the general store areas is to start looking for a job somewhere else because the pharmacy will be the overall reason for the closing of the store. Back to discount pharmacy we go.

This is the worst pharmacy I've been to. They are closed more than they are open and for days at a time. There seems to be an ongoing staffing problem which means today they are open until 6pm instead of 9pm. They continously put you on hold when you need to talk to someone about your medication. I'm finding another pharmacy that is not Walgreens.

These people are so rude in the pharmacy. They screwed up my son’s account. They put the medicine in my husbands account. Don’t know why. the doctor didn’t screw up the script. And my husband and son have different birth years and months. And when I asked them to fix the issue that they caused they refused. Due to their screw up I was unable to get the medicine needed for my child. Do not use this pharmacy ever…….!!!!!!!!! Also I called them around 2pm that day to see if my son’s medicine is getting filled before even showing up to the building. And the person I talked to said it would be ready for my son by 3 that day.

Yes the pharmacist and her assistant Christine was able to help me get my prescription transferred from California to Oklahoma without any issues. They handled the situation with no problem they were kind and courteous and spoke very professional at all times thank you guys.

I'd really like to know how Walgreens puts up with such unprofessionalism. It come from the top. I spoke to the older male pharmacist today and he actually wanted to argue with me on the phone and verbally cut me off. I've had the misfortune of having my 3rd primary care Dr. In less than a year. And my newest Dr. I've had for about 5 or 6 months. Every single time I've told them who my Dr. Is snd they will not correct the computer error as they say. And continue to send my med approvals to my first primary care. It's the most frustrating hair pulling experience dealing with these faint individuals. I just don't understand how people can keep paying jobs treating costumers with such disdain and disrespect. In my working career if I'd ever treated a person that way I'd have been fired so fast I wouldn't have known what hit me. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH WALGREENS.

This is the second time I was at Walgreens when a customer was flipping out on them. I really feel bad for the girls that work in the pharmacy. I work in customer service too but I see them get yelled at more than I have ever seen anyone get yelled at. I am thankful for their hard work and taking care of the health of our community. Shout out to shavonne, Jessica and Kristine. Y'all are great

The girls at the pharmacy are amazing. They truly care about you and your health. I love that the pharmacy hours are later than other local pharmacies. The store is always clean and super convenient.

These people in the pharmacy work so hard. They are so short staffed and I have witnessed several times them getting yelled at by customers and they still smile and work fast and hard. We as customers need to understand that they deserve a break and a full lunch period as they are working very hard with limited staff

I ordered photos and was told they would be ready Tuesday 5/19/20 at 9:55am. I went in at 11am and the employee working was very rude. They also did not have my pictures ready and said that their corporate office is wrong and they keep sending out wrong information. I personally think they are just being lazy and not doing their jobs. Considering the employee was just sitting down not doing anything I think my pictures should have been ready. Also I was the only customer in the store. Unacceptable.

I have used Walgreens for years without an issue until this location. It is without question the worst pharmacy i have ever used. They are constantly out of stock of medications and when you call to speak to a pharmacist to find out when you might get your meds they try to get off the phone as quick as possible and never have any answers. I am going to switch to Okmulgee Discount Pharmacy to see if they are any better because they couldn't he worse

I have tried to be patient and understanding, but this is the second time in a month I received notifications prescriptions were ready only to find out the pharmacy is closed without notice. Long wait times are the norm. There was a tech this week who was amazing, and it seemed like she was the only one trying. Do yourself a favor and go to Wal Mart or Okmulgee Discount.

Okmulgee Walgreens is great in every way. My problem is trying to schedule a Covid Booster shot on line. I was told I had to schedule it this way.I am having so much trouble. No matter what I do it does not work right for meI'm at my wits end yet I still need the Booster shot. I'm stuck and can't get any help with this,!

I can count on one hand how many times I have been in this store. Every time I have been there I have left mad! Today was the last time I go in there. They say they are a Western Union agent. Don't buy it. Go downtown, they are very helpful and know their job. I now know why there are very seldom any cars in their parking lot. If I could give less than 1 star, I would!

They had a sale like nearly a week ago on laundry soap- we go in to purchase some the manager seen us with around 5 50 load containers- we always buy 2-3 150-200 load laundry soaps.... she removed 2 from my handicapped wife’s cart and said she was only allowed to by 3 of the nearly 20 plus on the shelf. We returned all items in our cart and went to Walmart. One of them items we were purchasing was 31 dollars cheaper at Walmart so it worked out good for us!!! We won’t return my wives 6 prescriptions a month she just moved to another pharmacy. It won’t be a blip on their radar but I hope others follow! We operate a business and this behavior is a for sure way to not be in it long.

I had an appointment for a covid shot. I was running late so I called to make sure it was still ok I come. When I got there, and after waiting for 20 minutes on the counter to be helped, am told they haven't even taken it out the freezer. What is the appointment for? I even called. Confused how this is running.

I usually use okmulgee discount pharmacy but I had my meds sent over here this time and I just wanted to say how phenomenal the service was. I even had a pleasant conversation with a lady working there who resembled Richard Simmons and she helped me find everything I needed

I'll just start by saying how obvious it is, that there are all these fake positive reviews to try, and tip the scale against the negative reviews.Secondly, this has to be the most unprofessional group of people to work in a pharmacy.By far the worst service I've ever received in ANY type of business. Scheduled COVID-19 shot for my wife, had not been taken out of freezer by the time we arrived. We also waited to speak to anyone in the pharmacy for about 20 minutes after arriving, in the designated line (no one else waiting in store). Had to force the conversation after being ignored for an obscene amount of time.

Only one pharmacist works at this location and their system has messed up my prescriptions multiple times to the point that my insurance company has to explain to them their own system to get it corrected absolutely a joke I never will never use them again.
