I needed a spindle assembly and some new blades for my ridding lawn mower. I brought the old parts in, and Mike went above and beyond to measure everything to make sure that the parts he had on hand, would fit my mower. I found out right before I left, that he is the assistant manager. It's obvious why he has that title. The parts all fit. Thank you Mike in Okmulgee for all your assistance!

I am not sure if the cashier was rushing or just dumb.Double scanned my item and then preceded to tell me it didn't.Also, idk if she could not type my phone number correctly or just decided to assume I have a 918 number.I haven't had an issues any other time.Manager seemed good so I added a star.

They went above and beyond the call of duty to get her out of a tight spot. I am a loyal Tractor Supply customer and their crews are always top notch. I’ve been to a lot of these TSC and really like the ones in okmulgee and Shawnee. The bathrooms in both of these are super clean. I enjoy the personnel in both as they’re always happy and super helpful. I feel welcome regardless of the day/night or whether it’s busy or not. Keep up the great work.

My husband and I typically get a lot of our things for our business here (like fittings for air hoses and such) well today we went in and were looking for new fittings. There was a female employee that came down the isle we were on and she asked how we were and we said good. Well she decided to stay on the isle stand there and stare at us as if we were stealing. We got what we needed and moved to the next isle to get the rest of what we needed she followed us to the next isle and stood at the end of the isle watching us again. We ended up checking out without continuing our shopping because of how uncomfortable she made us feel. We will make sure this is the last place we go to get our business necessities moving forward.

They have some really neat stuff. I enjoyed walking around and checking out everything. The baby chicks were super adorable too, lol. All the employees were extra friendly and helpful. The store was very, very clean. Some of the plants outside weren't properly priced where it was visible though. It was about 20 minutes before they closed, so I didn't get to see everything, but I was super glad I stopped by, I actually found an item I'd normally have to go to Tulsa for. Some things were a tad bit over-priced, but I'm glad to see more stores like this in our area.

Get all your farm equipment in one spot here and if they dont have it they can get it for all your farmers out there that dont get the credit you deserve keep up the good work y'all are not recognized as much as you should it's a dirty job and this is the place to get everything you need at a fair price check it out clean good people good all around

VERY disappointed with TS. Last year I bought a new Cub Cadet. They said they service them at the store. Bent a blade this year. No. They don't service them. AND they want $78 for a set of blades.Called Orschlons. They charge $34 for a set. Guess who didn't sell me any blades.Manager, Brett, is an arrogant jerk. I ended up calling Corp and complaining. The Corp lady was super nice. BUT, now Scotty was rude and hateful when I went in today. Unless absolutely necessary, I won't shop at Okmulgee TS anymore. Glenpool employees were great, but I can't afford to drive there often.

Most of the time there are more than one employee in the store, this time they were all outside with one cashier that had to leave her register to help me by unlocking the lick.The store is as always clean and easy to find products.

Lots of interesting items for the farm and home from welders to toys to Western / outdoor wear. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and they seem to always have a sale going on.

I came through the door at 8:46 wanting to get propane and they told me everything was locked up and to come back first thing in the morning. I called the glen pool location and ask them if they lock up their propane at a certain time and they said when they close.🤷🏽‍♂️.

As with everything in this town, the employees are morons, sign says opens at 8 but they hardly open before 830, you always have to track someone down to get help and they act offended when you ask. Then when you finally find what you want you have to go hunt down someone else to scan your stuff so you can pay... really sad example of a tractor supply.. save your frustrations and drive on up to glenpool.

I live in the country. So when I need to go to a town it's either okmulgee or McAlester or Tulsa. So I decided to try this tractor supply it was a mistake. Lack of service, lack of product and it just seems a poor quality store not impressed.

Bought a used cub cadet mower that still had a 3yr warranty 2 mo. later took it back to get leaking rearend fixed and they told me i had to buy the warranty. I took it to a cub cadet dealer they fixed the rearend leak and the warranty was good. Dont buy anything mechanical from tractor supply in okmulgee they will not honor the factor warranty
