Husband got 2 pairs of shoes but 1 of those were ordered because they only had wide in store. We received 3 days later n they were wide n can't get medium width . Wish they had more brown color shoes for men that isn't wide. if they did my husband would get more shoes from them

This place was a Christmas save, thank you Jesus! The service was great! The guy was friendly and helpful! I found white combat boots for $20 less. There's no mask mandate in this store, however I doubled up on my masks! They have plenty of ample parking.

Came in for a buy one get one free only to get to the cash out to be told that somone moved the shoes around and what I wanted wasn't avalable for that deal. Whatever just sell me the shoes I came in for and keep the extra pair my wife wanted (even though we asked extensivly if those shoes were avalable for the deal I was markeded when I walked in)After the marked price for shoes didn't match up at the regester we left and got what we needed at Walmart. Bad experence bad costomer service.

I just have to say that this was my first time shopping here and it was a wonderful experience. I bought me a pair of boots and my grandson a pair of Pumas for his 1st birthday. I also have to add that Burt, the salesman, was amazing. Very sweet, kind, helpful and talkative. I love that in a salesman. Shoe Sensation, you get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me. I went in-store Sunday, Feb. 28th. I am not sure the name of the associate, but she was fabulous! I went in there with my 7yo who was looking for "Nike Heels". She Instantly helped him look for high tops. That's what he was calling them and we the family were confused.She was extremely helpful. The store was very neat amd clean.

Great new store! They have a good range of options. There's western boots, sneakers, dress shoes, riding boots, ankle boots, slippers, and more. They have many sizes in stock in store. There are lots of friendly sales associates ready to help if you need anything. Their prices run par to a normal shoe store but they've been having some good sales and coupons. I got shoes for nearly half of their typical price! This store offers shoe choices for men, women, and children. It's a one stop shopping destination for the whole family. I would definetly recommend this place! Go see for yourself!

Jennifer is the only way this review didn't make a 1 star. Samra was extremely rude, and was constantly trying to steal us (customers) from Jenn. She would eavesdrop and interrupt as soon as Jenn went to look for something for me. Jenn and Linda are the only reasons I will be returning. As long Samra isn't there I will continue to shop at shoe sensation. Also, Jenn definitely looks like Julia Roberts 😅😁

Great!!! They have a BOGO on sandals. Men, women and children sandals.. Found me a pair of slides they wasn't BOGO but they was a great price!!

Love the store, but this store closes at 8, only opened till 9pm I think Thursday and Sat. On the internet shows 9pm. Need to update the times for everyone.
