While on vacation visiting family I stopped by Midge and Millie's bookstore. The coffee was great and on a donation basis rather than a set cost. Coffee was good. The place was inviting and homey. Probably one of the best places to sit and read I've ever seen. The owners and staff were very friendly and talked about the history of the building and surrounding area with my mother who loves that type of thing. I would highly recommend stopping by and staying a while.

Beautiful coffee shop and bookstore. They have some wonderfully unique finds in the store. There are also usually boutique pop-up shops for cute clothing, accessories, and knickknacks that are always fun to look through. Great place to find a gift!Dietary restrictions: They occasionally have gluten-free pastry or cookie items. Sometimes these are baked by them and sometimes they are from other local vendors, such as Ms Laura's.

The owners and staff always go above and beyond to make my kids and I feel welcome. The coffee is great too! If you don’t like coffee, they offer a variety of other drinks. Another bonus is that they support the community in many ways!Dietary restrictions: They offer almond and oat milk as substitutes. On occasion, they have gluten free cookies.Kid-friendliness: I bring my 1 year old and 4 year old in often. They enjoy a chocolate milk while I drink my coffee!

Wonderful small town bookstore, coffee and gift shop with a family atmosphere! It’s relaxed enough that you can sit to drink something delicious and visit or pick a book off the shelf to read before you buy. They support local artists, crafters, and authors by selling their products. You will also find so many fun activities hosted each month inside the store. From trivia night to gingerbread house decorating to silent reading night. I highly encourage you to stop right off of highway 75 for a visit!

I love going in for a visit when I NEED a coffee, frozen or hot. They make a special delicious Chocolate concoction just for me. If in a hurry, call in your order and they will bring it out to the car, but I enjoy going in and sitting on a couch to use the free WiFi. Sarah and Maddie recommend books for me and sometimes have a few saved for me. Maddie, Emma and Jackson are all skilled baristas. It’s a wonderful small town shop., not just for coffee and books, they also have a store full of boutique type items. I did some Christmas shopping there and I have purchased cute T-shirts for myself. Just a block off of Highway 75, easy parking, great for travelers needing a break.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free options.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps.

Sarah, the girls, and crew have introduced my family and I to a love of coffee. M&M has become a staple in our household from gifts, date nights, morning rush, or spending downtime with a book. I have seen all staff make suggestions and offer sample cups to guarantee the perfect tasting coffee to a newcomer all while knowing their “regulars” by name and order. Okmulgee is blessed to have Midge and Millie’s active in our downtown.Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old loves it. There is a kids reading nook and activities in store for all ages.

I always get the Midge and Millie with almond milk and coconut sugar. Its my favorite. I love that we have a coffee shop in town that is good and can accommodate my food intolerances. I wish they had more books but they are getting better and better. They have several different gift options and kids clothing as well. My only complaint is no public bathroom. There isnt an option near by either. They have curbside also which is nice. My daughter fell asleep last time, so that was a convenient option.Vegetarian options: They have almond milk and oat milk. As vegan or milk allergy options.Dietary restrictions: They have several different milks and alternative sugar options. They also have gluten free and also dairy free cookies and snacks. I haven't had any because of my restrictions, but my daughter has and likes them. They are made by a small business locally so that's a bonus.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves going here. The old store was a bit cramped but now that they relocated they have so much space and a play area set up. Its super cute.

Very kind people and very good and fair priced food/bevrages. The Lotus menu is my personal favorite and the large number of books to read and enjoy while drinking and eating the food. I hope to see more non-fiction informational books as I enjoy learning in my free time.
