Absolute trash customer service from store manager "Lewis B." who is unable to communicate properly or effectively with customers. For some reason he thinks his failure to provide quality service is humorous. After asking the same question several times for clarification he was still unclear and unhelpful. I asked for the managers phone number, he gave me the number to the store, when I called to file my complaint he answered stating he was the manager, if this is the case why would he not reveal hes the manager when I requested the number for one. While on the phone with Lewis I asked for the number for corporate he proceeded to tell me to call 611 if I have an issue. 611 told me there is nothing they can do and I needed to file a notice of dispute by printing their form from online, filling it out and sending it by paper mail back. This is absolutely ridiculous, I want the issue of me being billed twice for the same thing resolved, I have never had a problem with cricket until today. In my personal and professional opinion "Lewis B." should not be in the position he is in due to the fact he represents himself and cricket extremely poorly. I hope there is a resolution to this matter quickly.

My experience with Cricket in Hereyetta was outstanding especially with the help from Brandon a store agent at the time. I couldn't do it without the help from him. I recommend the Cricket store in Hereyetta they are excellent.

If you are ever sick do not ever let Cricket know because even when I asked if I sent someone to pick up a phone on my behalf they refused to assist. I will go to their neighbor AT&T or Us cellular and get treated better.

Customer reps are wonderful. Services are great and phones are at a great price. An FYI,do not purchase a straight talk phone from Walmart and try to port your number over. Straight Talk made it a big hassle and messed things up for me. Had to purchase a Go phone and just buy a sims from Cricket. Long story. Lol! Anyways, you want the best service and the best prices I suggest Cricket Wireless.

Came with two friends and one of the ladies there was following me around making me uncomfortable I was looking at phones the lady only asked me questions and when I walk around my friends told me she was just watching me I feel it would be better to shop at another cricket store I was the only poc there I will never come to this cricket again.
