Young people who run this place did a great job. They were slammed but managed to get food out fast and fresh. There was a very large girl and a very thin girl who did an amazing job. I wish I knew their names but I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

I usually go there to purchase grocery items more than take, which is good. But the ice cream and milk made by Braums as well as chicken salad, and other grocery items can’t be beat, in my opinion.Parking: Handicapped is in front, outside the door. Parking is across from the front also and on the West side of the building with the drive through exit between building and parking. There are two auto entrances/exits.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy.

Waited 20 minutes and they had not started order. Quickly delivered to table without drinks. Burger was cold and dry with barely any lettuce. Needing to leave asked for some cookies to replace my uneaten burger and was denied. I guess I could have waited another 20 minutes to see if another burger would have been better, but no thank you. I will never return to this location.

Went through and asked for 2 cheese burgers plain. They literally just threw cold cheese onto the burger. Gross. For $5.26 I don't expect the cheese to be cold. I'd advise anyone from going here. Lazy people.

Workers please style your hair so that it won't become a special ingredient in your food from now on. People don't want to know what your hair tastes like. I apologize if this seems rude to anyone. I'm just irritated by what happened.Last night my Mother & I stopped for food at this location around dinner time. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries, chicken strips with fries, & the chicken dinner meal that comes with a small shake. Once we got home & settled down to eat. Everything seemed okay at first. However my Mom was halfway done with her cheeseburger when she took a bite out of the middle. Then to our horror a long hair was pulled out of the cheeseburger. I watched the long darkish colored hair being pulled from the burger as she took a bite. She immediately lost her appetite & went to throw up. I no longer had an appetite after watching that. Stuff like this happens & it's understandable. It was an accident. The fact it was a long hair made the situation worse. Watching that long darkish colored hair being slowly pulled from the center of that greasy burger as she took a bite was kind of disturbing. It's something I will never forget. If people are cooking food & they have long hair they should wear a hair net or something. I'm sure Braums has a Company Policy about this kind of thing. Im very sorry I gave you a bad review. I won't be eating the food here anymore. Although I'll still continue to buy shakes & ice cream. I won't be requesting any hairy sprinkles though.

I ordered a vanilla ice coffee. Couldn’t taste the vanilla in it there was no sugar in the ice coffee. If they have this on there menu. They need to teach them how to make it right. I just wast my money on the ice coffee. So don’t get there ice coffee or u be wast ur money

We go every Tuesday after our religious service. The employees are always nice & friendly. The consistency of the food quality is always unpredictable. Either you might have a lukewarm burger & hot fries & vice versa and for especially it takes them a bit to make it. We go back cuz overall we like the place and we like that we can enjoy the association of our friends.

We did some shopping first, then decided to get an ice cream. It was our first time ever into a Braum's, as we just moved here. No one else in line except us never got asked, may I help you. Then another couple walks up and gets served before us, then another person. Finally, my husband said something to the cashier from the store area that walked by. He ended up getting our order since neither of the other two employees seemed to acknowledge us. First and LAST TIME, we will EVER go there.

I love Braums Ice Cream and Dairy stores. I used to work for Braums when I was in High School in 1996 and I have always appreciated the quality of their dairy products from cheese to ice cream to even their grill items like hamburgers and cheeseburgers Braums is an all time favorite for me. 👍👍👍👍👍

Normally I love going here. But today was a whole mess that was inexcusable. I understand they are short staffed and over worked but charging a person $30 and them giving them cold hard food is not okay 😒😒 definitely will be steering clear for awhile. Update....... Gave them another try tonight. This time went in to order and the store was absolutely trashed. There was ice cream melted all over the place behind the counter and trash covering the floor. Workers were literally kicking trash as the walked around. As far as the food it was hot and good. Got it to us fast

Normally I don’t have any thing bad to say about this Braums . Service tonight was not good when I got here 2 vehicles already in line at the drive through and we set there at least another 5 minutes no movement. Went inside look at the hand dip ice cream no greeting no welcome to Braums be with you in a bit, a young lady comes in after me she goes and tells one girl she needed to change something on an order and 2 more flock to the counter. Not one acknowledged me again and as I was walking out due to lack of service not one said a word. Not Even sir can i help you all they did was stand there and talk . I know for a fact that this isn’t the way Braums trains their crew especially managers on duty I work for Braums in the 80’s this type of service is not Braums standard. Not sure which one was the manager on duty . I was really in the mood for some of the pumpkin ice cream but obviously your manager on duty and crew decided standby and talking was more important than service to customers or making your company more money . So I didn’t dine in and I didn’t spend any money

My husband and I were traveling through from Iowa. This place was dirty. The ice cream cases had ice cream melted on them, to where you couldn't see the ice cream . The malt machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. No napkins in the holders. The grill area was a mess, food on the floor. The trash was overflowing, hence the picture.

The worst braums I've been to. Asked for a bag of burger with cheese, supposed to be $8.43. Tried charging me $18.50 and when I asked to give me a second they pushed me through the line and refused to price check. Horrible customer service.
