I loved this Walmart before was the newest set up. It’s more difficult to find the items because the app doesn’t update. And the 🅿🅸🅲🅺 🆄🅿 orders is tremendous bad 👎 it’s so far for away. The staff is very efficient but they really have wrong side to get our groceries.

Bathroom nice but they buy I hop sine and post there so we're hard to find. There also have police at door. I don't need to deal with Police. I think it deptize scary guard but still. I need to use bathroom room and check my oil. Parking was tight as was pulling out some cop was chasing me. I just took off. I don't steal or do need chance though parking lot with yellow lights. And can't figure it hire all types of pigs you hire a parking lot guy to swap lot so Toss my oil rag on ground.

First, I'm a disabled veteran, and if there are not any mobile carts, I can't shop, I have a hard time standing or walking.But yesterday, on March 30th. As I went into the store, there was a young lady in her 30s with three kids, and she told 2 of the older kids I guess around 7 or 9 years old to grab the mobile carts, there was only 3 there, but just as she did the Security police officer Came around the corner and told the kids to get off. then she acts surprised and told the kids. Didn't you hear him. But if it wasn't for that officer, they would have been 2 kids riding around on a mobile cart. Taking away from handicapped people. It's a shame that the welcome person. can't say anything to people. Thank you to the officer,

It's a Walmart store but I love the super Walmarts because of the selection of merchandise. I normally don't shop at this one store but I was out of one color of paint for a painting I was working on and the store impressed me with me being able to go in and find the merchandise I was looking for without me getting lost or angry. I recommend this store to anyone needing anything pretty much.

Be careful ladies. One of their mechanics is a creep. He remembers your phone number when he checks your car in for an oil change. He then uses an app to text you and harass you while using a different name. You can tell he has done this multiple times. Don’t go to the tire/ lube center at Belle Isle.

Don't like the newest setup. It's very confusing. Nothing is even close on a lot of items. Whoever is the designer needs to go back to school it and try again. I'm sure most people will agree you'll spend a lot of time trying to find items are people to help you find items.

Almost every single time I do an order pickup at this location, there is something wrong with it. However, for whatever reason I always tell myself to give them another chance. Now, after realizing I'm missing 5 items totaling in $30 after getting home to unpack groceries. I will not be going to this location and recommend others do not as well. Or do what I should have initially done and checked while at the store. Thankfully, customer service gave me a refund for those items.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Stood in line for 20 minutes while THREE employees stood there walking around just chit chatting. Then they had the audacity to check out EMPLOYEES instead of the TWO customers standing in line. I had an order i put in advance and i cant even get it picked up today. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE!

Definitely more selection in every department, which a pretty obvious statement. But the employees here, at least the ones I interacted with, were very nice. Didn’t seem like they HAD to ask how my day was. Or if I was looking for anything specific.

Standing in the only open full-service checkout line. Two people ahead of me with only a few items each. Been standing for 12 minutes and I’m still number 3. Many employees standing around, doing nothing. Poor service. The self check is open, but I don’t get paid to do that.Out of the store now:It got even worse. Stood another 5+ minutes waiting in line while 4 more people queued behind me. It seems 2 checkers are needed at the full-service checkout, as one was scanning codes with the handheld device and the other was scanning at the counter. Neither one could figure out how to redeem my Walmart Gift Card and I ended up taking it back for a trip to another store. People behind me had waited long enough, I wasn't going to waste any more of their time.What happened to Customer Service? Could you at least have one of the standing-around-employees open another more full-service checkout? What about the 5 employees I saw standing in the self-check area chatting among themselves?Poor service! No excuse!(Tuesday evening 2/14 between 4:30 & 5:30pm)

They way they have changed the stores around is the most ridiculous thing ever can't find anything. Terrible terrible. The set up makes no sense. And I will never pay to use the self checkout that is ridiculous.

The beauty department (I am not mad at the workers but whoever is over them) constantly is losing or misplacing the one key they have to the locked cabinets. The last 4 times I have gone I wasn’t able to get my makeup remover for that reason. They continue to not have one on hand. I feel bad for the workers because they are usually being screamed at by mad customers and it’s out of their control. I believe this falls on management. The last few times they have all said they keep asking for duplicates to be made. Maybe the manager should work that department for a day without a key to any of the locked cabinets and see how they like it.

Do not come to this Walmart to make your child support payments. They will refuse you for no particular reason and if you do bring your official copies or they will denigh your payment. I have never been refused payments to any Walmart ever but here to my kids before. They reserve the right of course l! I was nothing but nice and said seriously? Normally they just verify my license and I'm goldenBut not here. I won't say more. It's the clerks not the system.

I recently visited the Walmart store near me and overall it had a decent location and was your typical Walmart store – very busy. However, the big downside was that the assorted fruits were spoiled. This was a big disappointment and really turned me off from the store. I wouldn’t recommend getting slice fruit here unless you absolutely need to go there.

A stocker named Patrick was busy. But I asked him, where the tooth pics were. He looked it up and he said here I'll walk with you, over to the by the pharmacy. And I said no thank you darling I will get it. But I thought that was the sweetest thing and I wanted to say how much I appreciated him

Is there any other rating for this place? I mean, even the self checkout lanes are half closed. The deli and hot food counter is open when they feel like it, with no consistency and usually serving 4 hour old fried food if they are open. Not being open 24 hours doesn't even give them the convenience factor any more.

Overall, I think the store is well kempt, but I am not happy with the way that I was treated at customer service nor was I happy in the way I was treated as self check out nor was I happy about the way that I was stocked whenever I was buying a large amount of items for the homeless. I spent almost $1000 last time I was there and a security guard followed me for over an hour watched me for over an hour. He kept walking by and asked me how I was doing. After the sixth or seventh time he walked by, I was like seriously?and then I checked out and I decided I’m not gonna go back to this Walmart.

Friday Dec 8th I ordered 2 48pc box fried chicken for my loved ones repast. Picked it up around noon yesterday. This was what they sold me. I apologized to family because this was unacceptable. Thankful we had a few other meats to serve. I've called several times and either nobody answers the phone or they pick up and hang up! I'll be calling the main office.

Worst store I’ve ever been to. Why have all those self checkouts if you keep half of them closed while associates just stand around like idiots. Early morning not even 9 am and there’s a line for the self checkout stretching down the isle. Make it make sense.

I love shopping at Walmart but today was different. I am very upset with what was presented at the store. There was literally no milk, no wolf brand chilli, or no honey wheat bread. I understand it was late in the day but to not stock the shelves in an effort to get your customers to buy much more expensive brands, is criminal. I'll be taking my 200 food bill a month to Crest Foods from now on. Let's see how you like that marketing ploy.

This store was unusually bad in several ways. I'm not sure what was going on, maybe losing the extra seasonal labor left the store unorganized. Not sure, but the restroom smelled like a porta toilet at the lake in summer. The urinals were bagged and taped off. With the two toilets only one was flushing, but the one that wasn't was still being used and had piled up toilet paper as tall as the seat itself and had been over flowing into the floor. Through out the rest of the store I encountered quite a few other pretty unusual things for a Walmart, but the restroom is the one that I'm choosing to focus on. All of the problems were obviously results of severe understaffing for at least a couple of weeks. This is not my usual Walmart to shop at and have no way of knowing if this was par for this store, I do know it isn't par for Walmart.

Waited an hour and a half for an oil change just for them to not even have my car in the garage after I saw them pull it in. When I asked for my keys the woman at the front counter at 11am on 4/2/24 told me “well excuse you” as if it’s rude of me to ask for my keys back when you took almost 2 hours to even get it checked in. I would hope you treat human beings with more respect in the future.

Do better Walmart ! We were at Walmart to purchase pet items and my brother came across several dog bones that were extremely molded. He told the staff and they told him it wasn’t their concern and to leave them on the shelf. My brother got a box and removed them from the shelf and they called the police on him. He did you all a favor. Shame on Belle isle Walmart.

Walmart, it seems to be slightly better now that they’re closed overnight. But you still have to plan on checking yourself out. Don’t expect help finding anything. The store closes at 11 pm but they have a paper sign up saying electronics closes at 10pm.

The Walmart supercenter at belle Isle Avenue is like all other super center. But this store has only a few self checkouts. It needs to increase the number of self checkouts. Because of fewer self checkouts, you have to spend same time as cashier checkout her. It is not a 24 hour open store. It probably closes at midnight.
