I am beside myself. I am so mad it's 8:35. I just got basically kicked out of this Walgreens because well people like to get paychecks but they don't like to work and the lady in the front which I told her I'd be leaving her a very nasty Google review told me that's okay. You don't know who I am. You don't know my name well. She was the only African American woman working in there. I mean the Hispanic lady that was working in there was very hateful as well, but the African American lady my God like I can't believe that anybody would hire this woman to work anywhere, not even cleaning up her dog feces like she is unemployable. She is not only rude and belligerent but I mean she's just nasty. She got over the intercom while we were there and mind you we are the only people in the store. This is after the Hispanic lady had walked by. Glad at my friend that was sitting down in tears because she was in so much pain and I mean it was just horrible how rude she already was but then the African-American woman gets on the intercom and informs us that they will be locking the store do until 9:00wn at 8:45. Mind you the store does not close til 9

Who hires the people that work for this company. The ladies working today 3/23 at 1pm were rude, ghetto trash…will never return to this trashy location!! You are paying them to stand at the register watching movies on their phones and the other one having a full blown conversation on her phone couldn’t even help me smh attitudes were trash! After reading the rest of the reviews and seeing that everybody’s having problems with these women that work here I’m contacting corporate

We came here to buy some chapstick, water, IPhone charger, and to use their bathroom. We found everything that we needed. Their IPhone charger is fairly pricey, but if you need to charge your phone, there is no way around it. The bathroom was clean, and have paper towel to wipe your hands afterwards. Overall, no major problems at the time of our visit. Would visit again in the future.

My wife called gave them my grandsons name but she did not know the name of the medication. She was told no activity on his account. Next day doctor calls and, what do you know, it’s ready and has been for 3 days. I get that your busy but to outright LIE just to get my wife off the phone is APPALLING. He went without his meds for a couple days because of her incompetence. We will be driving a longer distance to go to a different Walgreens. This one is off the list and if your smart you will not patronize this Walgreens either.

The level of incompetence here is staggering. I ordered a banner. Called to confirm it was done. Told it would be done in an hour. Went to pick it up it wasn’t done. They didn’t even have the vinyl to print it on. The girl was so lazy that rather than actually check when I called she just lied…wasting my time. They should close this location and turn it into an abandoned building.

Most of the staff are great but there is one guy, every time he answers the phone he makes sure you know how busy he is and how insignificant your request is among the “800 a day with one pharmacist” they get, which he NEVER misses an opportunity to tell you. Most of the time when he answers he ends up being so rude to me I just call a different location and have them help me with whatever I need done. Today it was more of the same. I asked him to call over a prescription from another pharmacy and he made sure I knew it probably wouldn’t get done today and what an inconvenience it would be to them to even attempt to do it in the three hours between then and close, so I thanked him for his “help” and called the 24 hour, who were wonderful. If you ask me this location needs to start recording calls so upper management can hear how he speaks to people.

Jeremy in the pharmacy is horrible and had no care to help with an essential issue. Never would suggest him as a pharmacist. I will be moving my services to another pharmacy entirely due to his lack of care and he was just to busy to deal with this situation 😕 wow 👏

Absolutely terrible services. I have been dealing with this pharmacy on a monthly basis for the past 8 months now and they give me such a hard time every single month. It’s a headache. Not only are they rude as can be, they are not helpful at all. I transferred my prescriptions this month to a new location and that made all the difference, my new pharmacy got everything settled in less than a day. I completely understand things happening with coverage etc. but the rudeness is unacceptable when your sick that’s the least you want to worry about.

I am not one to write review, and this is mostly meant for pharmacy staff... I love this walgreen's store, BUT I do not like their verification process for pick up of prescriptions. I hate they ask you to verify your address outloud, regardless of who is in listening distance. This is highly dangerous in this day and age. Last refill I refused to verify my address outloud. The clerk seemed annoyed. Her annoyance is understandable as this is protocol she was taught. I gave my D.O.B., that shoulld be sufficient. With the opiod addiction rate so high, people are being followed and robbed upon leaving pharmacies...hiow about we make it real easy and tell the whole store where we live so we can make sure everybody knows where your going when you leave, or at some point.

I tried calling the pharmacy to see what was up with my prescriptions that had been sent in 2 days prior to me trying to contact them. They wouldn’t even answer the phone. They just kept putting me on hold once their automated system ran through it’s automatic hold time, they would pick up the phone just long enough to place me right back on hold. Not one single word. I did that 3 times, a total of 12 minutes each time. I just switched to this pharmacy because it was the closest Walgreens to where I just moved to, but I think I’m going to go somewhere else. This is terrible customer service!

I went to this Walgreens to get a refill of glucometer strips to test my blood sugar. My glucometer is a Walgreens brand that I bought no more than two years ago. (Said strips were in stock online).I couldn’t find it so I asked an employee who was stocking isles. She said it was by the glucometer stuff. Where is the glucometer stuff, I asked. She finally pointed that way. So I oooked again and still couldn’t find it. Asked her again and she told me it must be behind the pharmacy then. A woman helped me at the pharmacy and started looking and told me they were out. I was pretty upset they were out of such an important product and it was like pulling teeth to get them to find the product. A kid with long hair jumped in and said he could scan it to tell me where there were some instock. The other guy at the pharmacy told me don’t believe what the computer says it’s probably not accurate. So I asked the kid if he could call because I was stopping on my way to school and accidentally left my phone at home. As he was calling, he continued talking to me telling me that it was probably time to buy a new one. I told him mine works just fine there is no reason for me to buy a new one. He could tell I was irritated. He went on to grab a stress ball from the counter and started squeezing it and told me I was giving him anxiety and that he was doing me a favor. I’m really not sure at this point how many times he had told me was doing me a favor by calling another store for me since I left my phone at home. I was pretty dumbfounded and asked you are stresssed? I’m just trying to buy a product that you all were supposed to have in stock so I can check my blood sugar. At one point he hung up calling the other store and told me he didn’t have to call them that he was doing me a favor. He asked me other inappropriate questions like if I had insurance. (I believe he thought this was helpful) but quite frankly that is non of his business. I simply wanted him to check if another store had something. That’s allCustomer service

What is the point of Walgreens saying they will order an out-of-stock prescription for you, if they can’t even guarantee that order will actually be filled? I spent an entire week waiting for my medicine, only to find out that the order was cancelled. A pharmacy tech told me it would come next week, I call back a week later and they tell me it is simply not going to arrive. A completely unreliable system for people who genuinely need their medications.

I live down the street & come here very often. Unfortunately on 08/21/2022 my little one got sick at night. I looked at my time & still had time to make it to Walgreens to buy her some remedies. I came @8:55 sign says it closes @9, hopeful that I would be able to go inside the doors were closed. I saw a worker near the shelves and knocked to get her attention. She came & told me they closed early, I was mad and frustrated as a mother trying to help my sick child. I explained I knew what I was going to get & I would be in & out in less than 5 mins. She dismissed me & walked away while I was asking why they closed early. There was two cars parked and one told me if they opened the door, I proceeded to explain what I just encountered & told me she was waiting to see if someone would open the door so she could follow. After 5 mins of me watching about 3-4 more people trying to go in & seeing if they opened, they opened for no one.I understand I was 5 mins before closing but as a costumer and person who has worked retail & in restaurants, this was very discouraging & horrible costumer service. I had to drive to Walmart near Santa Fe that took me a longer drive. I just wish they would stop closing so late, Walgreens is a pharmacy & has many medicine to help the sick. For them to close early & ignore people( as I’ve seen other reviews) is so unthoughtful and just not the best work ethic.Makes me think how many other people have gone through the same experience I have, having a loved one being sick & can not go to this specific pharmacy because they like to close early. I will unfortunately make a formal complaint to Walgreens for the way I was treated and handled in this store & most importantly for closing early. I hope they resolve this issue. (Although I did not want to go to these extremes or not the type to do things like this, I feel like this is an actual issue that needs to be taken care of.)

The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription of mine and would not give me any more information as to why. I was just told to contact my doctor. The pharmacist did, however, submit claims with my insurance for the prescriptions, which my insurance paid for? I had to call Walgreens pharmacy to have them cancel the claims paid for by my insurance since I never even received the prescriptions.My husband and I both have had multiple bad experiences at this Walgreens involving mix-ups with prescriptions and poor communication from the pharmacy staff. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

DO NOT USE THE PHOTO SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION - On multiple occasions, for birthdays and a memorial service, they have not completed the order I sent, even though I received notification by text and email that my order was ready for pickup. In these cases, I arrived, went to the photo counter, and was told, “yeah they didn’t make it.” This last time, when I asked the associate to refund my order, she loudly stated while walking away from me, “I’ll cancel it for you, you’re welcome!”

Two employees stand out & deserve recognition. I am @ this store a couple times a week. Travis at the front register is ALWAYS patient & friendly. Bridgett in cosmetics is helpful & kind & sweet. Good customer service from the employees keeps me coming back to this store. These two employees provide outstanding customer service CONSISTENTLY. They deserve recognition!

You’re at a convenient location!! Being off yesterday made you all get backed up. I went in this morning at 10:30 to get my prescription and the tech said it wasn’t ready and it would be 2 hours. There was a pharmacist standing at his computer when I went in this morning and when I went back this evening he was still in the same spot. The tech said they were backed up and I asked to speak to the manager it was the faithful pharmacist who had been at his post all day. Thank you Jeremy and thanks for being the best pharmacy in our neighborhood👏👏👏

Pharmacy refused to refill my perscription because it was not the usual dose. Had it in stock just would not follow my providers instructions. Also did not have any suggestions on how to remedy the situation. Unhelpful and rude.

The staff are great, but they are understaffed so it takes a long time to pick up a prescription after being notified that it is ready to be picked up (I have waited over an hour a few times), and the hours of operation are never updated via Google. Also, I don't think that inventory in their warehouse is updated, I have been told that I would have a prescription ready twice recently, showing that they have it in stock in their warehouse, just to not hear anything back.

Yes, this place is ALWAYS busy. That's what you get for going along with OKC's efforts to pump up the "urban core" for 25 years. You wanted big-city life, you got it...DEAL WITH IT. I would specifically recommend that you NEVER go to this pharmacy between the hours of 4-6pm. If you do, your wait will be at least 20-30 minutes every time, whether you go inside or go to the drive-thru.The pharmacy staff are usually pretty helpful. However, make sure you get Amber to help you, if possible...she's BY FAR the best. VERY friendly and helpful, and she really does seem to care about the folks she deals with. She recognizes us every time and always works hard for us.Never had much trouble at the front registers, though it can be as busy as the pharmacy at times. The folks at the front have businesslike; not friendly, but not rude, either. If you want a bunch of chit-chat, or to yak with your neighbors while you wait, head over to one of the many bars and saloons over in Midtown. If you want to get what you need and go, this place provides that.

Couldn’t tell you what purpose the pharmacy at this location serves other than to make everyone’s live more miserable. I can never access the pharmacy via drive thru because the sign on the window is always up saying that the pharmacy team is on a break of some sort (doesn’t matter the time of day), any time you ask them to go one step above just checking you out (i.e asking a question about your prescription info, changing your address on file, etc) it ends up feeling like a Herculean task. My s/o has been trying to get their address changed for over a year now. My most recent issue with them concerns my vaccine card. A female employee told me “I don’t know what to tell you” re: getting a replacement card since I was vaccinated at their location, but a call to literally any other location resulted in the employees telling me all I have to do is come in with my ID to get it replaced. Called this location back to see if I could get a different answer and pharmacist Jeremy raised his voice and rudely told me “well that’s not what I was trained to do”. Beware this location at any cost.

No one at this pharmacy is any help at all. All of the techs and even the pharmacist herself act as if they have other things to do that are more important than helping the customers. I understand that they are busy and maybe short staffed but the way they treat people is ridiculous. I have been to the pharmacy 2 days in a row and two different people have told me they "do not have time" to help me resolve a simple RX coupon issue! I never post reviews but this pharmacy needs some serious managerial improvement.

Customer service isn’t all that. It’s super efficient. Which is great. But the fast cashiers aren’t very friendly. Maybe they need more staff?Maybe I have RBF or look like a Karen.(?) who knows why they’re not as cool to me as I expect...I also heard a manager verbally reprimand a cashier in the photo section for not going to the front while he was ringing up a line of people. It’s that managers fault for not having someone in the front... not the employees...They just don’t seem happy, and they transferred that to me. They were defensive when I was off-handedly criticizing the strict opiate laws (which are great just a little inconvenient as I have a 10 week old in tow, and had to go home and get my fiance’s ID to fill the prescription)Then I came back 5 minutes later, and she acted like she didn’t remember me... like she’s a robot reading from a script. More evidence that they’re just overworked and understaffed.The staff is a great staff just need to boost their morale.Fix it.Because I love Walgreens and I’ll just continue to come here and leave bad reviews until your employees cheer up.

I dropped off 3 prescriptions and was told they would take 2 hours to fill. I came back the next day and was told I only dropped off 2 prescriptions. After realizing their error, the employee told me that I could not wait in the single drive thru lane and that I had to drive around and wait behind the others behind me. This was after I'd already waited in the line once.This pharmacy is terrible- if you prefer Walgreens like I do, do yourself a favor and drive to 23rd and May. This store will not respect you or your time!

The pharmacy staff is always rushed, too busy to help, and talks back when any concerns or questions are raised. I continue to get text alerts that my scripts are ready but when I go to pick up, am told I must have read the text incorrectly. Today, one tech was cursing out another tech front of me and with a line of about ten people waiting, decided it was a good idea to go on her break.
