The constant changing of pharmacy hours is infuriated. First it was 24 hours, then with no warning it went to closing at 9:00. Then it was 10:00 for a long time and now out of the blue they close at 8:00 every single night. I’ve never seen a business change the hours so many times just because of availability. Hire different people if that’s the case! People rely on their medications. Why is it that literally no other Walgreens in the city has this problem? I absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy!

They pick and choose when to open the pharmacy even though people are RELYING on them for medication they need. When you ask the manager about it they will yell at you “it’s not my fault no one wants to work” I will be finding a way to report them to whoever I can. A pharmacy shouldn’t not be able to just close whenever they feel like it causing people to potentially go without medication that is necessary!!!

Klay was very helpful and understanding in resolving a gift card issue I was dealing with that was purchased at this location. Walgreens online customer service took almost 2 months to respond and dismiss my issue. Klay, on the other hand, promptly resolved my issue and provided excellent customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Please know this review applies to general experiences, processes, and systems v. particular individuals (although that could occasionally apply.) After 2+ decades, I am leaving Walgreen's Pharmacy permanently. In my opinion, their staff and systems are over-saturated and cannot adequately support their patrons. The Walgreen's app is completely out-of-sync with regard to updates, especially deliveries. The delivery process in and of itself is so askew, any associated convenience is zero sum once one finally procures the delivery. The phone system frequently hangs up on patrons inadvertently. Given the time one spends on-hold the music loop and the "sorry you have to hold" loop is mind-blowingly painful (about ever 15 seconds.) While I have had unpleasant exchanges with individuals at the NW 50th and May (OKC) location, I primarily take issue with Walgreen's corporate and will never (ever) patronize the establishment again. I am transferring all scripts (8+) to a local pharmacy as I should have done so years ago. Walgreen's - get your act together and help this over-burdened, under-staffed, unpleasant location.

Horrible customer service. Hadn’t checked their voice mail in over 4 hrs so Rx not ready when someone could pick up for me. So I dragged myself to the drive thru which they had closed today due to weather. It’s 50 and sunny? I asked them if someone could run it out to me since I wasn’t dressed and so sick and needed my meds. They refused and hung up on me. Unbelievable. I had to go in spreading flu everywhere only to see there was zero line and 6 people working the pharmacy. Unreal. I’ll never go back. I’m done.

Arrived at the pharmacy to pick up a new script. For a company that provides medications to the masses, their most important job, maybe the single most important thing that a pharmacy does is provide service to the sick and elderly. I'm 59, and the wife is a little older than me. Usually, like everyone else, we try to do refills ahead of time. But this was a new script I was desperately needing. I was in line at the drive thru 10 minutes before 6 when they closed. Four cars in front of me and one behind. Vehicles helped in front of me. It was finally my turn. I pulled up excited to get my new life changing anti-depressant. They proceeded to pull the blinds down, and so I pushed the call button because I could see them standing right there. I yelled through the bulletproof glass, "Hey, what the hell. Hello." I got nothing but "Sorry were closed " back thru the window. They didn't lift the blinds to show me who was there. Same with the car behind me. I was a tiny bit more than super upset. So congratulations, Walgreens, on your leap forward to being worse than CVS.

Honestly the worst Walgreens I have used. They are constantly out of stock on even the most basic items. I called to verify inventory before coming and they always lie and say they have it but never do. They have the nerve to get attitudes when they are the ones wasting others time. Do yourself a favor and use a different Walgreens. I wouldn't recommend them for a cough drop!

Trish Davis, a staff pharmacist, is one of the cruelest people I’ve ever encountered. She is never not arguing with a customer and seems to want to have the ultimate power/decision making over doctors, insurance, and patients. I stopped going to Walgreens all together because of her specifically.

They work so hard even while being short staffed. Sometimes I see only 1 pharmacist and 1 tech, with a line of 10+ people. Give these people some help! I see some employees running around trying to be fast at helping patients & they shouldn't have to do that so Walgreens needs to hire more help! Everyone there is so helpful & nice, try to go above & beyond even though they are extremely busy. Once a tech called the insurance company for me & I felt bad for taking 15 mins of their time. Pharmacist are great at consulting me on new meds & my concerns. I don't want to fill my prescriptions anywhere else!

I’ve used this Walgreens for many years and always had good experiences, but my mother’s experience today at this store is resulting in one star. My elderly mother, who is on supplemental oxygen full-time and can often not walk far at all, came in today to buy a couple of necessities. It is extremely important for her wellbeing for her to be able to get out and do tasks like this by herself. She requested a shopping cart, which helps her walk and carry her oxygen. The cashier (who another employee later identified as Cynthia) offered her a handheld basket, which my mom explained would not help so she would need someone to help her in the store if no shopping cart was available. The cashier left and never returned, leaving my mother in a vulnerable and degrading position. Walgreens is, first, a pharmacy. It therefore attracts elderly people due to its pharmacy. It is unacceptable that an elderly woman on oxygen could not be served better at a pharmacy. In addition to being a pharmacy, Walgreens is also one of the few stores that does not require a person to walk long distances. This characteristic is also attractive to those with disabilities and its employees should be trained accordingly. Please fix this issue, Walgreens. Those with disabilities or loved ones with disabilities (or people that just value accessibility), also steer clear of this Walgreens.

I love my local Walgreens the cashiers are nice and the atmosphere is laid back and fyi Walgreens always has some off the wall items that you wouldn't think Walgreens would have so I always go in wondering what I will find. I found my first 4x4x4 Rubik's cube at a Walgreens and no other store around had any...

Thieves!!!!! I filled a prescription on Sunday but they could only partially fill it bc they didn’t have the full quantity. I paid my co-pay on Sunday. Went back today (Thursday) to get the rest of it and was charged AGAIN!!!! They couldn’t explain why. Do NOT!!!! Use Walgreens. They are thieves!

They are never open 24 hrs as it's stated online and on the phone. The workers stand there with a sign on the door saying it's closed before hours while being on their phones. Place needs to close for good or find a better team to work there. Lots of theft and ongoing issues here. Honestly don't waste your time for anything there or going as well.

Was picking up a prescription August 2nd in drive thru lane 2 I waited patiently as lane one helped two cars before myself the I used the call button and was told I’d be helped next the two more cars pulled into lane 1 and they were greeted and helped not once was I greeted or thanked for my continued business and this is supposed to be first come first serve but apparently there is no structure in this business. I would be embarrassed to work here these employees are paid very well and should be more friendly and respectful to customers.

Online and also on the door it says this Walgreens is open 24 hours. I had to sit in the parking lot for 25 minutes and wait for them to open at 8 am. It shouldn’t advertise that it’s open 24 hours when it’s clearly not or I wouldn’t have wasted my gas and time. Thanks guys.

3 to weeks ago I get a text saying my prescription was ready. I go a few days later to pick up and waited in line 45 minutes to be told they didn't have the prescription to check back the following week. It's been 3 weeks. They're now saying it's on back order. The african guy I spoke was not helpful. I ask if he could call it into another location he told me no they don't do and that I would have to do myself. My doctors office said they should be able to call my prescription into a pharmacy of my choice so I call back and spoke to the same guy. Once again he told me no and said I was raising my voice. I said that I wasn't but I didn't understand why he wasn't willing to help me .This was my child's allergy medicine and again we've been patiently waiting 3 weeks. He showed no interest in resolving the problem. I spoke to two people before him over the time period and the attitude of the staff was void andvery unhelpful . I will no longer or ever due business with this pharmacy. At least you guys can do is to service customers the best you can and not tell the customers they're not listening when the customer is trying to explain their situation to staff I r pharmacist. Smh The cashiers are more friendly and helpful than the so called professionals in the pharmacy. Why are the people in the pharmacy so rude and unwilling to do their jobs in a timely manner.?

I see that a lot of people have had bad experiences at this location, it was the closest location to my house so I went anyway. I loved the staff, I was greeted when I came in and helped with photos right away. Shout out to Donald for being so awesome and helpful. You truly deserve a promotion. Not sure who the manager at the location is but maybe if they made Donald the manager things would improve overall.

Refused to sell stuff at their advertised sales price. The new employees are in bad need of training. Been shopping here 15+ years but I don't think I will go back. CVS across the street is much friendlier

Made an appointment for vax online. When I called they told me to hang up and make the appointment this way. Arrived on time, forced to wait in an extremely long line. Then told that our appointment would not be honored and to come back another day.

The pharmacy person who is at the window is disgustingly rude. An order was put in for me yesterday. I've been up here 4 times and prescription is still not filled. Today is a new day. I've been to who Dr whom sent the prescription over. Now they're saying I have 2 precriptions yet Noone bothered to call the Dr even though it was for the same exact medication. She didn't have time to call is what she stated to me. They will no longer get my business. I have 2 toddler's that's been waiting in my car with me. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this Walgreens pharmacy!!

For the most part, I have had a surprisingly good experience using Walgreens, as in the past, this was not the case. My Doctor keeps my scripts with Walgreens, and the majority of them are filled automatically monthly. The others, I do have to call the store. However, they have it in their system, ready to fill right away. Using the app, along with speaking to the pharmacist to ensure all scripts are ready, including the one that does have to be sent script by my Dr are ready, all has been well. My issues have been working with techs in the past and even a pharmacist, telling me a script will be ready when I get there, only to be told it can't be ready until they call my Dr or insurance. I've had a tech put me on hold for an hour, then hang up on me. When I called back, the same tech told me that the script was recalled by my Dr's office. This happened twice. I knew it would never happen with my Dr, especially without a phone call to me. What actually happened twice was that the tech somehow changed a script that my Dr spent valuable time ensuring I got the name brand (as it's all that works), to a generic, causing me to have to go days w/out a necessary medication and then my Doctor has had to redo the paperwork. These things have made me furious, so I only talk to the pharmacist and it doesn't happen with the current one.

I have given this pharmacy multiple attempts and it horrendous every time. I receive phon calls stating my perceptions are ready. These calls state exactly what scripts are ready. Yet when I go to the pharmacy, they aren't ready. This has happened the past 4 times my prescriptions have been filled. The pharmacist, who has been rude each time I come by the pharmacy, stated it was a glitch in the system. They are obviously not doing anything about this "glitch". I wait about an hour in line just to wait even longer for them to actually fill my script. I will be changing pharmacies. The service here is unprofessional, unorganized, and inefficient.

Dealt with and older blonde female night pharmacist. A medication by a teladoc was accidentally sent to cvs. I called to correct but Walgreens had to do it. I called this 24 hour Walgreens as they were my only option, even though they were an hour away. They said they were busy but due to the situation could help but it could take 1-2 hours. I understood and began my drive. I arrived and tried to talk to the pharmacist but she walked away and I spoke to a tech, I was unable to speak to the pharmacist my entire time there. I was called back up after waiting 45 minutes and was told that the pharmacist was currently too busy to help me and I could return in the morning. I understand she was busy, but it’s a 24 hour pharmacy, if I wanted my prescription in the morning I’d of sent it to my regular pharmacy. I didn’t mind waiting a few hours even, but “sometime in the morning.” Wasn’t very promising so after pleading unsuccessfully to the tech, I asked them to cancel it so I didn’t have to make my drive up here again. I guess I won’t rely on this 24 hour pharmacy anymore, considering they only offered to help me for part of the day.

I am done with this location, my patience is gone. Repeatedly waiting in line for prescriptions that aren't getting filled for DAYS after the refill request was sent in is unacceptable. It's not a staffing issue or a supply chain issue (I asked)...it's just sloppy. I just get an indifferent "sorry" when I have asked what the problem is. Waiting for 14 hours to get pain medication after an ER visit a couple of months ago wasn't just a fluke, it seems. It's the default here. Transferring my prescriptions out NOW.

Pharmacy only: Waited in the the drive thru line for over an hour. A bit annoying but understandable with the worker shortage, etc. After talking to the technician, the prescription wasn't quite ready but would take an additional 15 minutes. I'm alright with this. After a few minutes of waiting, the technician asks if she can help and I say I'm still waiting for the prescription. She says I can't wait in the drive thru line because it will take 15 minutes to get it ready. I've waited over an hour in this line but I can't wait 15 more minutes? Kind of ridiculous. I'm told to go either inside or drive around the building and get back in line. I walk inside, it's about an hour wait. Would not recommend this pharmacy, waste of time.

I showed up to get my covid vaccine at my appointment time. I was the only one in the pharmacy for the first 20 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, I told them I would need to go because I had something to do - I had wrongly assumed that having an appointment meant I would be seen pretty quickly around that time. I was told it was my fault it was taking so long because I scheduled my appointment at rush hour. A little odd because when I walked up the counter I was the only one there, and no one else was there for a full 20 minutes, so not sure where the rush was. It was only in the last 5 minutes that there was more than one other customer even there. will go somewhere else to get my shot.

God forbid you need to call and speak to a pharmacist. Ive been trying to get my prescription from here since saturday 11/27 after testing positive for covid. That night, wasnt ready, said give 30 minutes. I was exhausted so i went home to quarantine. Next day i drove to the drive thru, two techs at the window neither acknowledged me for five minutes and i was told it still wasnt ready. Ive tried multiple times since and theres lines 6-8+ cars and no movement for 20 minutes. Now im days in and extremely fatigued and in need of my medicine. I called sams club pharmacy and within 60 seconds i had the pharmacist on the line and asked if they could call and have it transferred. Waited two hours got a call back not one but two pharmacy techs tried calling from seperate phones and neither got through that entire time. This is very unacceptable!

The Pharamist Crystal is horrible! Had to call in Walgreens corporation on her. The love of my life had cancer, and Crystal refused to fill a legitimate prescription in the middle of the night because she would have to get authorization from her Oncologist. I went to the 24hr CVS after that and they filled it without a problem. It was a legitimate script, and yes Crystal they are high powered pain medications. When someone has terminal cancer that is what they give you. I took the refill in and showed the manager, and contacted corporate after that. This Walgreens is going downhill, and the hours are awful. This place is not 24 hrs anymore, so change your sign.
