Making Frames and Friends. Always get Great Customer Service. However, the Staff as a Whole Should be Trained Efficiently to utilize the necessary equipment & Not Just those that have Seniority. I had to wait 20-25 minutes for the "guy" who could operate the lift in order to get some wood and then wait for it to be cut.. an additional 40min.. I'm Traveling through From the Atlanta Area, & It's A Lil Bit Different There... Arthur's Watching Home Depot...

I had a unique situation where the online Home Depot team canceled my order on the day I was supposed to pickup and never notified me. I had some big discounted items that I needed for a job so was very frustrated.The service desk team and store manager went out of their way to help fix things and spent an hour of their time to work things out with the online customer service to get everything re-ordered how I had it. I appreciate all of the help from your team to get things worked out. Thank you!

I would just like to say I never write bad reviews but my experience here warrants this. I am a dog trainer and sometimes take dogs in here to work on various things. I would say the majority of the time I have an issue with them reaching to pet dogs without permission. Most of the time this is thankfully okay because they are friendly dogs. However reactive dogs that also have every right to be out in public are put in danger due to this blatant disregard for customer boundaries. Today was slightly worse because it was my personal dog that I told a worker multiple times I didn't want her to pet. She continued to ignore me and I tried to walk him away from her. She was holding on to him and it was extremely frustrating as I was trying to pull him away from her and telling her to stop. As I tried to regain his focus she stood there and distracted him. He is in training (as clearly stated on the vest he wears) for personal protection, meaning he is NOT to be pet as it is a risk to his, mine, and the workers safety. I'd really like this location to be trained in how to handle pets, working dogs, and service dogs. This has set his training back TREMENDOUSLY and I am infuriated. This is also not even mentioning as I walked out holding him, a different worker came over and told me (not asked) that I need to microchip him. Not only is this a weird thing, but disrespectful as I was clearly trying to leave. She ALSO continued to walk towards me intending to pet without asking. I left and was not only mad, but upset. A lot of training has been set back, and my heart breaks for all of the service dog handlers that have had their dogs distracted from ignorant workers. I am once again gonna URGE Home Depot to educate these workers.

Wouldn't honor their in-store sale on a item that was sold out and can you all order it and they replied yes we a full price purchasing price and I have to pay for shipping. The shipping cost more than the item I was trying to buy. Ridiculous and comical. No more supporting Home Depot I will go to Lowe's

Really like any other homedepo. Customer service is the usual and the stores all look alike although this one seems smaller??4 out of 5 as now they have you scan and enter your own military account information for discount WHICH takes a min. So much quicker for them to just scan it and go. As for self checkout cashier "alieha" you were zero help as we struggled. Thanks to the retired veteran employee, we finally scaned and left.

I like going to this location. I sometimes find plants and other products at this store that I can not find at some of their other locations. I just wish that Home Depot would open a store in Shawnee.

Got accused of stealing as I left. If you are interested in things I buy CHECK ME OUT, if I check out and I now OWN these goods, don’t bother me. Home Depot is Walmart now and all the misery that includes.

Wish I could have given zero stars!!!! Do not order delivery on appliances. Waited 4 hrs for them to cancel on me for no reason. They did nothing to remedy the situation. I do not recommend Home Depot on appliances, go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

Absolute worst curbside pickup service. Spent 40 minutes sitting in the pickup spot checked in. After 15 minutes tried calling and no one answered the phone. Husband ran inside and the order hadn’t been pulled and 3 employees were just chilling behind the counter. They only gave us half our order so we had to go back in. Then found a tiny joint on top of my doors. Get it together Home Depot.

Some drama going on with the employees in the paint department.. Took the paint swatch to lowes and had them color match to avoid all of that.. the older gentleman is usually my go to guy at this paint section.. but he wasn’t there, and would probably be a different rating and would of stayed if he was… so ya.. this go round it’s a 1 star..

Why don't the employees work the registers? There is a line of 12 at self checkout, with 20 vacant registers and 6 idle employees. I don't understand this.

It seems as though Home Depot, Whirlpool and Allstate are engaged in a near criminal enterprise selling "5 year Protection Plans". I got one 4 years ago for my Whirlpool dishwasher. After 4 years it quit working. Average dishwasher life is about 10 years so clearly this one was defective. I called and discovered they wanted me to have an advanced degree in dishwasher engineering. They had be taking the dishwasher apart and taking pictures on some app they forwarded to my phone and asked all sorts of questions, the answers to which I had no idea. Eventually we established that the filter had some calcium deposits. After she waterboarded me on my dishwasher cleaning regimen she suggested I was negligent and would not be covered. Furious, I called back later and got a technician scheduled to come, 6 days in the future. Then I got email confirmation. They evidently have one person in OKC to do this work. The google reviews show that what they mainly do is determine you are not covered and charge a $135 service call or they determine it is not covered and repair your product for slightly more than you paid for it in the first place. I am appalled that I was stupid enough to fall for this scam. Don't be that stupid yourself. And if there is anyone on the face of the earth who regularly disassembles and cleans their dishwasher, please let me know.

A little salty but to be expected with a big box store with employees hard to find. I needed to purchase fence pickets and they have pallets of cement blocking the pickets. Why? Beats me. Just ask for a little more sense to load the pallets at least 3ft away from pickets so customers can access. I walked out, not worth the wait to find someone and wait on the moving of pallets.
