Thank you to the Return Desk employees at this store. I had a stand alone defective product, that has its own product number, out of a Kit. I returned it to the Moore Store and was told I would have to deal directly with the manufacturer. I decided to see if the South store told me the same thing. They looked up the item in their system and since it had its own product number in the HD system he was able to do a Return To Vendor and exchange. Kudos to the Mgt team at the South store for instilling Customer Service in its employees. I live the same distance from each store but I'll be doing my business with the Shields South store exclusively now.

Placed my order for two fence panels thru the app on Sunday afternoon super early evening took about 2 3 hrs for it to be ready than when we went in to pick up we stood in line for what seemed like an hour. There were only two people working at the pick up desk and 1 of the two was being trained by the other, wouldn't have been so bad had they maybe had another person working there there was at least 4 or 5 of us waiting. The best part of it all was the fact the they both must have been new to loading fence panels into the bed of a truck cause my goodness they suck the panels on top of the tool box instead of in the bed with the tail gate down and the ends resting on that with the tops up against the tool box at an angle.. I ended up going around parking and fixing it...

If I could give this store 0 stars I would.. Worst store ever where employees are not willing to help their customers.. My husband went today to return an extra bundle of shingles and the employee said he couldn’t receive it because it had a small ripped which was already there when my husband bought it and my husband explained that to her.. And she just ignored him so my husband ask to speak to a manager and after 20 minutes of waiting and no one helping he asked again for a manager a manager named Adam came and told my husband he wasn’t going to do anything about it in a rude way and that he was done with him and left.. We will never be shopping here again!!!!!

Went to store on I-36 and bought 1600 lbs of bagged mulch which had been on sale until the 11th. I had already purchased 24 bags so the clerk gave me the mulch to match for sale price. I asked about help loading and was told the only person in the whole store was loading lumber. I am only 73 so I guess I didn’t need help. After getting this home 20 miles away I called shields store an Ddangelo said they would honor the 2.50 price. When I got there I was told by a young lady that her manager said no! I asked to speak to him and up come JACOB who told me o should have estimated how much I needed the first time, didn’t care if a store employee said they would honor the price and went so far as to say he didn’t know an employee named D’Angelo. Jacob has no personal skills, should know his employees or at least check to see if they committed to a price. Lowes was happy to sell me twenty four more bags at 2.50. I used to buy everything from Home Depot but if I don’t get some resolution on this I won’t be buying from you in the future. It is it about the price difference it’s about the customer service.

Worst store I have ever been to. The employees will ignore you when you ask for help, they have incomplete training on how to do their job. We had to return a light switch cause someone returned the box with a different type of switch in it, and no one caught it till I opened the box after paying for it. Then was told to go to returns for a simple swap cause they failed to check the product on return. That is time number three for shopping here. The first time I helped a costumer better than the manager on duty. The manager sent a customer over to painting wire when he asked for bailing wire. I walked to customer over to concrete where they actually sell the type of wire he needed. All while the incompetent manager couldn't find Welding line for a wire feed welder. The whole store should have retraining, and some of them fired, cause it seems that they have no idea what they are doing.

Home Depot is a solid store. They pretty much have everything your could need when working on your house. I have gone there countless times to grab a part to fix a leak, screws to fix a drawer and everything else. I have remodeled my kitchen and back yard using supplies from Home Depot. They always give a veterans discount and their prices are fair. Great store

If I could zero stars I would. We bought an appliance and paid for delivery, install, and haul away of the old appliance. Delivery guy gets there and refuses to haul away our old appliance and install the new one "since we have a copper water line". He ends up just dropping our new appliance in our living room and that's it. Before this, he had to take the doors off the new fridge and take the freezer racks out to fit it through the door, and put the parts IN OUR MUDDY YARD. Our brand new appliance now has parts covered in grass and dirt that he refused to clean (he was the one who put the parts in the yard for no reason!). He also couldnt explain at all why he couldnt hook up our fridge due to the copper water line, just that "they aren't allowed to". The girl we bought our fridge from in the store never once stated that if we have a copper water line, they would refuse to touch it. We even bought the upgraded braided water line she suggested! Did she not ever think to tell us that HD would not take the copper one off and put the braided one on?! Why even offer to sell a new water line with the appliance if you guys are going to refuse to take the other one off?!?! There is NOTHING in our receipt, delivery or install instructions stating this "policy" either. The guy tells us "only plumbers" can do that and that we will have to call a plumber to come remove the copper water line first, and then only then will they touch our appliance. So we paid a plumber to come out THAT DAY and it took him less than 3 mins to do this and he straight up said there was zero reason why an appliance install person could not do that since literally every other appliance store WILL change out the copper line for a braided one. He said that is a very basic part of buying a new appliance and 90% of appliances with water use a copper line. The plumber felt so bad for us he only charged $20 and told us HD was just not doing their job due to laziness.The HD appliance install guy told us that we can reschedule the install and haul away so I call customer service to do that and they tell me it will be Monday (2 days later) and I will receive a confirmation email with time window for the install people to be there. Sunday night have yet to receive confirmation of when the window is, so I call customer service and they state they dont show any install scheduled for Monday! Even though they admit they show the service notes state that they had set up install for Monday, it actually never happened apparently. They only show the haul away of our old refrigerator set for this Saturday. So I ask if my fridge is going to be installed then and they state "Maybe. I'll put a note on here you want install but they may not have a plumber available to install so you'll probably have to set up another date for it". This is absolutely ridiculous!!! My husband and I just spent $1500 at your business and you cant even do a basic part of your job which is install and haul away, both which we paid for. I called numerous other appliance stores and they all said that copper water lines are zero reason to refuse install and they were all very confused on why HD would refuse to take off the copper line and put on the braided one that we bought at HD! Absolutely ridiculous and no wonder that HD is losing more and more business each year struggling to stay open. My husband and I come in here frequently to buy things and we will NEVER give HD another dime of our money, absolutely lazy and ridiculous company. I wonder what excuse you guys will come up with on Saturday again to not do your job?

After walking back and forth for about 20 minutes , I saw three guys standing around so I ask one of them to help me with light bulbs for a specific item I bought at Home Depot that didn’t take reg bulbs . He was standing there clueless. I finally ask him if he could grab another associate to help ( the other two standing around ). He said no . He Told me to go to customer service and they could help because he didn’t know about light bulbs . I’m like … Gees. Neither do I but come on. No willingness to help at all . I’m showing him the actual item that needed the bulb even . He was not interested . Booooo.. Throws tomatoes.

It's a beautifully organized store. Me and my dad walked right in and found what we were looking for in under 5 minutes. The employees are very friendly and always now how to help you look for things. Neat and tidy as well.

Rented 2 different types of floor sanders from tool rental on a Saturday morning. I picked up the equipment paid the deposit and left. I go home to get started on my floors and the associate in tool rental didn’t give me the power cords. I go to Home Depot in Midwest City to try and get the power cords since it was closest to my house (I have people waiting at my house to get started) and the tool rental associate tells me it is not his problem and I need to take it up with the Shields store. Needless to say 2.5 hours after I rented the damn things I got the power cords. Never again Home Depot. I know Lowe’s has problems but this was ridiculous and the clowns working there act like it is funny or a joke. I don’t understand? Is it that hard to hire competent employees? I won’t be back. Ace hardware store going forward.

Went to this store today. Literally I'm any department that you need help no one is there, ever! I've been in this store recently today and several times this month and every experience has been the same. It takes 20 to 30 min to get anyone to come help you in any aspect. Then when you do get some it's like they're rushing you because they have so much stuff to do I guess. I mean, hire more people if you're that short staffed. Literally the running joke about never finding anyone at these stores available to help, is all too true.

I have a business I purchased several tables that were delivered damaged. It takes a lot to return 8 foot tables stainless steel to a store so they contacted corporate to see if they would discount them at 40% and they said no bring them back cause they will only give me 10% but they are really damaged so I guess I have to take them back so sad that they don’t wanna work a deal because all they’re going to do is put it on the floor as an open box buy and sell it for a dirt cheap, but they won’t keep their customer. Happy that already has the tables in their possession.

Not having a tap and pay option really hurt my shopping experience. I know that's probably silly and very first world problem.. but it was the difference in me getting to make a purchase or not that day. Overall, very nice store though! Especially pleased with the 'Plant Rescue' Area!

EXTREMELY IRRITATED. I was ASSAULTED by one of your members for trying to leave! I bought 2 bags of play sand at customer service (we had just bought flooring and I forgot the sand- they were closing so I had to hurry) went to leave with my screaming, kicking and very tired 2 year old son on my hip trying to push a 100lb basket. She was SHOVING the basket in to me standing in front of the basket and kept telling me I could NOT leave without seeing the receipt. I told her she could follow me out to the car or atleast outside where my husband was so I could hand off my son (receipt was in my wallet in my purse) and she kept shoving the basket into me and my two year old! We had just bought over 8 GRAND in flooring just to be treated this way. Thankfully for a gentleman (who worked there) and told her to let me leave. Ridiculous! I even had OTHER team members come to my car and tell me that I didn’t deserve that. I WILL be calling corporate about this Monday morning. That is NO way to treat your customers.

If i could give negative stars, i would. Placed an online order for 2 pallets of mulch. Get there to pick up, and they say they dont know how to load it on a trailer, then say i already picked it up, then i wait for a manager for another 20 minutes. I called the store 3x and was placed on hold for 10 minutes each time. After 45 minutes, a manager finally appears, and it's loaded. This is beyound ridiculous. I will not be back.

Their app claims they have multiple numbers of items, but when I get there, they don't have any! This doesn't happen just at this location; I would drive to different Home Depot stores, and they wouldn't have what I'm looking for even though their app said they did.I eventually decided to order what I needed online and have delivered to my home so I could save gas and time from driving around. That's pretty inconvenient if I needed these items at that time.
