Unlike Lowe’s, they rule! The stuff here isn’t too expensive and is very nice. The price of a good watch would probably go up if it were a watch with the price tag on the price of it and not a lot more than a watch with the value it would give to the price point for the price of an old one or the watch itself would go down in price if the value of a watch was high or the value was low or something else like the value is low and you don’t have a problem getting it back on sale at a reasonable cost for the watch is worth the for the value is not money’s value but it’s a bit high quality and it’s a good price for a watch is worth more than a watch that has!

I needed some window blinds and went to 2 Home Depot stores, the 1 in Midwest City and the 1 near Reno Ave. I found the blind I needed at the Reno store. Mr. Derrick Stansfield and Mr. Dave was very helpful . I was impressed with the Reno site because it was clean and had several size blinds in stock. I noticed that the employees at the Reno store were not on their cell phones, and several of them offered to help me. The 2 employees that were driving the equipment in the store did it in a very safe manner and made sure my daughter and I were safe. The store was very clean. Although l live closer to the Midwest City store, I plan to visit the Reno store for my purchases because they provided excellent service and more stock availability. I was really impressed with how clean the store was at that time of day. Mr. Dave was very knowledgeable and took time to make sure l got what l needed. Please convey my THANKS to Mr. Stansfield and Mr. Dave, they are AWESOME!!!!

The ladies at the customer service desk/mobile pick up desk, are outstanding. They go above and beyond for me and my company when we do online orders. Unlike other places we do business with, I’ll make sure we continue to use this store and this location.

I would rated it a 1 due to the 2 guys that answered the call for help in flooring and the only answer they had was I don't know!!!!! But this exceptionally knowledge sales associate named Jeff K came to our rescue and answered all our questions and helped us pick out everything we needed. He is truly amazing and Jeff K we thank you for all your help.

This Home Depot is awful to shop at. It's always cluttered and messy. It's hard to find what you need. The employees you can find never want to help or just walk right past you looking at their phones or talking. The parking lot is a mess because the cart corral locations don't make sense. I keep giving this place a chance but can't figure out why. The girl is self check out was pleasant and greeted every person with a smile and was happy to assist on Wed 1-3-24 @ 1030am. That's the only plus I have ever had in this store. Give that girl a raise or hopefully she finds somewhere else to work soon.

Poorly run Home Depot on multiple experiences. I've used quite a few Depots doing restoration work, and this location habitually has poor service and poor communication. On more than one occasion, I have tried to return items with a receipt to this same store, and while they will acknowledge it's their receipt, and they can pull it up in their system, their system won't let them process a return. This is crazy because they blame corporate, and then corporate blames them. But the last straw was them closing outside of normal operating hours without posting ON their exterior doors or changing their online listings. This is 2023, not 1903. There are better ways to communicate an early closing that you know about in advance. So I just quit using all Home Depots. Now I just stick with professional stores and leave Depot to sell their communist-made knock offs or house brands.Fortunately, in OKC, there are some good pro supply options, and their supplies, materials, and tools are notably of higher quality and usually produced in the USA or another democracy. My advice is to skip this rookie store chain. Go to regional stores that support pros and the public and support democracy with your dollars.

Very helpful staff. They always have a great selection, and I like that they are a little hidden because then they aren't usually as busy as other Home Depot's. Still pretty busy, just not cramped with 8 people in every aisle.

Some of the best customer service around as long as you can find it. Sometimes I think they’re slightly understaffed.Prices are reasonable, the quality and product variety is fantastic!!

Had the most wonderful experience at this store. I looked up bed risers online and determined the aisle and bay, but when I got to the store couldn't find them. Randomly asked an associate, his name is CJ. He went far and beyond to find the item for me. Kept looking and scanning the spot where it should be displayed until he found the extra storage spot. Needless to say I got what I was looking for, thank you CJ

Milwaukee Milwaukee Milwaukee. 😝 Awesome sales everytime I'm in-store, and I can't give an honest review and not mention the (much appreciated) roomy aisles. . I never can get in and out without the "are you finding everything today okay ma'am?" Maybe they could chill out a little on that, I don't so much care to be bothered until I'm ready to be bothered. Kind of appears to be in the job description. Like a suggestive sale at McDonald's or something. in that case it wouldn't even be the worker's decision and maybe they're doing their job.. Other than that I enjoy a good home Depot visit way more than I probably should.Home Depot has really cool sales that influence me to buy stuff that I don't necessarily even need but then too why wouldn't someone buy 2 for the price of 1 of something during the massive inflation we are all experiencing. 🤫 🔨🔨 Instant gratification. 🎁I do always have fun when I'm there- I usually get lost- 🛒& like say you may need to know where they have something in particular, maybe you're like me and you're trying to find out if they carry iridescent wall paint or any glitter that can be added to wall paint, and the really cool thing is that any associate can look it up on the little hand-held digital thingy and tell you the exact aisle it can be found and 💥 boom like magic there it is and the workers always like to be helpful I've noticed. I do like that part.. Maybe it's just me but it's super helpful, especially when you get lost trying to remember which of the 3 aisles it could maybe be found in. I still give them all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars because I cannot think of anything negative to say- I do promise to update if I ever do. Parking is never an issue.Oooh... 👀 I SEEN A PRETTY DECENT LIL EARLY BLACK FRIDAY 22 SALE ... 💰🤑 🔥 🔥🔥😂😂😂😂😂😂 I haven't been able to say that I prefer one Oklahoma City location over the next. (including surrounding metro area stores.)My online experiences have all went without anything worth mentioning one way or the other. I usually window shop online and make purchases in-store, so my experience with the online option is somewhat limited.

Super great place to shop at for improvement items and most of the workers there are super kind and helpful. We love this place! we prefer shopping at this place here, located at SW. 3rd St. in the shopping center over any of the other Home Depot’s because the people are the friendliest and always very helpful. Home Depot needs to look at their employees at this place here and give them credit for credit is due.

First off let me say, I have rented with Home Depot before. Never had any issues. This time around was not the same, the moment I walked in there I stood there for several minutes while another man checked out a power washer and then was skipped over because they thought I was with the man, even though I walked up way after him, never spoke to him or anything. So I instantly got the feeling of them thinking I’m a young dumb woman just following my man around. I’ve been around and used tools me whole life, I’m not an idiot. I do a majority of the home repairs in my home.I rented a drain auger 2 days ago and with it I bought the damage protection (thank god). In the contract they provide it states that the damage protection covers repairs unless the tool is used improperly, neglected, abused, or if the damage is caused by theft.I get the tool home, we pull up the toilet to run the cable down the drain and about 5ft into pulling the cable out, it snaps inside of the cage. I immediately stopped my husband (who didn’t even realize it broke) and showed him what happened. The next day I drive it back to the store and explained to them what happened. The tech came out and made a rude comment about how it must’ve been yanked out pretty hard. Y’all, if my husband was yanking on it and pulling extremely hard I would’ve owned up to that and he would’ve noticed when it broke because obviously he would’ve felt the give to it and he didn’t and that’s why I had to stop him, secondly, the cable on that should NOT have been able to break by pulling it just to feed it into the drain with very little resistance. But let’s back up, the cable was not inspected before it was released to me and the whole thing is rusted to hell.As I was returning it I mentioned that I paid for the damage protection but was still made to pay $120 for repairs. I sucked it up and paid it and was down $230 +$50 for gas for having to drive a total of 5 hours just for this tool and my issue still was not fixed. When I got home the contract had been emailed to me and word for word the contract stated “ Tool Damage Protection. Tool damage protection is an optional service offered by The Home Depot that, if selected, modifies this Agreement to relieve Renter of repair charges, replacement charges or Administrative Charges if the Equipment is damaged during normal use during the Rental Period (“Tool Damage Protection”). Renter must accept or decline the Tool Damage Protection. In the event Renter elects Tool Damage Protection services: (i) the charge for Tool Damage Protection is 15% of the Rental Price and will appear as a separate line-item on the Agreement and on the invoice; and (ii) Tool Damage Protection does not cover loss of or damage to tools and large equipment caused by anything other than normal use, including damage caused by theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, or intentional acts. Renter expressly acknowledges and agrees that Renter will be responsible for all loss or damage caused by anything other than normal use of tools and large equipment.”If you mean to tell me that simply pulling the cable out of the cage to attempt to use this tool is anything other than “normal” use, then please explain how it is to be used…? We were not rough with it, we didn’t even turn it on or attempt to clear anything in the drain because we weren’t to the block yet.Long story short, I’m out on my money, and was pretty much just made to pay for the replacement of a cable that probably should’ve been replaced several uses ago due to all the rust present.A complaint was filed through customer care due to them blatantly not upholding their contract on the “Damage Protection” and me having to call several different times to get a refund on the repair fees that I should’ve never been charged in the first place. If I wanted to waste time and money I would’ve went to the casino instead.Home Depot will never be seeing my business again.

Home Depot did an extremely well job making the purchase for a water heater so smooth. Installation went swimmingly as well, thank you Gary and Scott for the step by step progress reports as y'all were installing. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and swift speed of installation. Y'all do great work!

Had a very nice employee named Stanley who was very helpful💯 I'm adding a comment, the manager at this location rocks, we bought a smoker and when it was delivered it had rust inside so I had it sent back, after countless phones call to customer service I had to go back to Home Depot and explain to the manager what had happen, long story short I got a nice mark down on my product plus a new one delivered the same day. Thank you to the manager and his staff for excellent customer service.💯

I went to get a couple gallons of a specific PPG color of paint on Friday. The lady with the black hair was great and there was a guy working there too that was bilingual and helping another customer in Spanish. They had all of our stuff ready faster than they said and ready on the counter even tho they were already, obviously, busy already. I’m a little hard of hearing and the lady was very accommodating. It was nice to go somewhere and have such a knowledgeable, helpful staff when you get lost in all those different options!

Have my HDX trash bags. Used to be the only brand that didn’t leak.Nothing against Home Depot.. the quality has changed along with the price going up from $13 to less bags for $20 it is disappointing. Yes, out of a box of 13 gallon you now have bags that leak randomly. Same as hefty, glad and any other brand. I have tried them all over the last 17 years. If I have to spend so much for garbage bag I’m thinking go for the trash compactor or construction clean up bags.. just skip the high priced leaky bags.

WOW things change here in a timely manner. LP guy following me every corner and notifying cashier to watch out for me. Don't even have a clue what this LP guys problem is, Gung Ho would be the only reasonable assumption. Look, I have more years in LP than this dude appears to be of age, and I am confident this guy needs to be trained with by someone with experience and knowledge.I have spent MANY $$ at this store and to be assumed a Criminal is very upsetting. LP only follows who they perceive to be persons of criminal intent.Maybe the Store Mgr of HD corporate office can retrain this person. Somethings got to give.

We just had to transport the fridge we bought to the cash register and then to our vehicle from the appliance section with no help offered at all! My 92 year old grandma was with us and it was a miracle just to get an employee to answer a few questions about the fridge. I am not surprised because it's always the same but this time I am reviewing because I saw at least 10 employees doing nothing who did not ask if we needed help and when my grandma asked for assistance she was ignored. The appliances worker was more concerned with answering hwr personal calls then helping my grandmother's.

The 2 people at the pro desk check out were more worried about playing footsie and flirting than checking us out and putting our things in bags easier to carry out. Better off using another home Depot if using the pro desk

Waited just over 30 minutes in flooring department before I found someone to call do assistants. Then waited another 20 minutes before having someone else call over the intercom. I then waited another 20 minutes or so before deciding to get other things I needed. When I got home to call about pricing I waited on hold for 5 minutes before getting hung up on. Then called for the manager and twice I got hung up on. Getting my flooring from somewhere else. ///Update/// finally got ahold of the night manager and she was helpful and able to answer most of my questions…. Turns out that their flooring person call in sick today…. Not adding more stars because this says that they don’t cross train and that is very unprofessional when you don’t have someone to cover.
