This is more so for ALL targets. Ditch the 10 items or less for self checkout! It’s so frustrating and ridiculous! We spend 100’s and some months 1,000’s at Target and to be now inconvenienced by this new policy is frustrating. We personally arent having overflowing cart fulls at once to self checkout but I can self check my 40 items faster than waiting in the few lanes that are open!

I had an issue with pricing, but an associate fixed it right away. They were pleasant and courteous about it. I will be shopping at Target more frequently due to their stellar customer service.

Staff and Target Store I have been interacting with are superb at customer service and satisfaction throughout the entire process of my time as a customer and as a worker who visits daily to follow through with numerous shop and pay and deliver orders as a delivery driver. They give a 5 star rating in every aspect.

Quarantine has taken quite the toll on this store. It’s been wiped and the stock is minimal. There’s not much left. It’s kind of sad to see. They have some things, and I understand why it is this way.I will say I appreciate the measures they are taking to protect customers and employees (extra cleaning, no fitting rooms open, employee wiping down every cart before handing off to customers). Target is a great place to shop though in normal times ;0)

I'm a truck driver dropping freight. I decided to get a drink at starbucks. Got kicked out of store by a colten s&eeto employee. This guy didn't introduce himself or give his title. He began to interrogate. He was very rude, disrespectful, and had zero customer service skills. He needs to learn how to interact with humans.

Bought a Brand new 55" Samsung Crystal UHD T.V. And the employee was very polite and helpful and Fast about getting my 3 year Warranty added to it and out the door inside of 30 minutes time!! GREAT prices on 55",65" & 75" televisions!! I recommend this location to everyone!!👍👍👍😎🦂⚔🇺🇸

We attempted to buy an item in-store that was ringing up unable to be sold and the lady who came over to help us was very rude about it. She was more concerned lecturing her coworker about the item being on the floor than giving us a simple "sorry about that". The item said it could be purchased in the store, and the kinder coworker seemed to be under that impression too. Totally ruined my night and to top it all off they left a security tag on an article of clothing we bought. How do we get that thing off???? Please I'm not a criminal., just sad. Wish I had gotten that lady's name. She was an older gal.

I love this place! The people here are great and the store is clean and welcoming. Target has always had quality products and competitive prices that me and my family enjoy. When you walk in to this Target you feel as though they want you there. Competitors? Not so much. #Teamtargetalltheway!

Excellent customer service has returned to the world of retail, at least at this Target! I was cheerfully greeted by a customer service team member who saw my sack, politely asked if I had a return, and completed the transaction in under one minute. And when I asked where I could find something else in the store, she quickly gave me two options, and told me exactly where to go. Great experience!

I filled out a application and did not check that I was black. When I went In for my interview I was the only black person. After the interview I was given a start date and a folder and was told that I will be contacted before I started working. I was never called and when I called it was no record of me being there. I applied again to see if I was just being crazy during a time they were urgently hiring and pretty much I found out I wasn't crazy.

Self checkout fail! I just bought some $14 shorts with an inventory control tag on them. Never crossed my mind it needed deactivated. Should have those things at the register. If they are going to trust me to do their job for them and check myself out, they should trust me to remove their inventory control tag as well. Instead I had to go wait in another long line at service for an employee to remove it for me. Four stars because Target is otherwise great!

I find it amusing that people complain about Walmart and self checkout. Then I go to Target and find one cashier and 4 self checkout lanes. I attempted to purchase a 12 pack of A&W at self checkout but being an astute shopper noticed that of the two posted prices the register brought up the higher one. Since my authorization for correction hasn't been approved I left the soda there for them to restock.If anyone knows of a store that has employees please let me know.

Whoever the security guard Amber is needs to be fired immediately. Was very rude and aggressive to my family. followed us from the grocery section to self checkout and got hostile with us. Will be filing a formal complaint.

A seamless online shopping experience. I have never shopped online at Target before but after researching tv‘s and discovering that Target had the particular tv I wanted on sale, I decided to give it a try. The entire process was easy. In fact, I had the option of having it shipped or picking it up from the store. I chose the latter which completed an uneventful and seamless experience.

I was given the wrong item when I pulled up to pick up my online order. I specifically order online so I don't have to go into the store. Luckily I always check everything before I leave. I wasn't thrilled this time to see that I had been given a wrong item. They had substituted an item that WOULD NOT work for what I needed. So, I went into the store. If I could give the store a low rating for giving me the wrong item but the manager who worked with me 5 stars I would - she was absolutely awesome - found a substitution that worked and make sure I left the store feeling good. Thank you so much!
