I have been using target pickup since it started and they have become better and better! It’s my first go to place for shopping, especially because of the drive up! Which is not only time safer and convenient it is also ready with in 2 hours with the option of you picking up a drink or snack from starbucks, if you like that. My order is always good and they have the most accurate website stock. It is the best drive up service I have used and I love it. The only thing left is an option to drop off your plastic bags to be recycle when you do your drive up then it will be hard to beat their great service.

One of our favorite store for essentials and home items. We’ve always had good experience here from the produce to grocery and all the way to the clothing department and electronics. The quality of the items are very nice and the prices are fairly Mart.

This target is always clean and the staff is friendly. I frequent this stores online pickup and they are always very quick to pack my order. I have never had any missing items from my online orders. They have most of what you need grocery wise at a decent price, I wish they would carry some more variety of vegetables such as peppers, but it's a target so I can't complain too much.

I went to Target today to buy some groceries and had to stop by the toy department to get my 3 year old boy a toy or else he won't stay put. Right next to the toy department was the electronic department and as I was walking by, I noticed the big LED TVs and how low their prices were. I stumbled upon a VIZIO 75" that was $249.99 so I decided I was going to replace my 50" at home. I went to look for someone to help me but couldn't find anyone as I was walking from electronics to their grocery side twice. After 20 minutes of searching I found Jose who was the manager on duty. He called someone to meet me in electronics and the associate had brought it to their Service Desk to check out because I needed to leave it there to go pick up my truck. As they rang it up, the price came up five hundred and something dollars. The gentleman who brought the TV over told her what the tag showed which was $249.99. She had to call a manager over for the override and it was Jose again the manager who I had to go search for help. He told me he had to go in the office and do some research. After 10 minutes of waiting he came out to tell me that it was a misprint and all he could do was give a 30% discount off the original price and $20 gift card. I didn't accept his offer knowing I can get a good 75" Samsung at Best Buy or Cosco for about the same price. He went ahead and gave me the $20 gift card for my time and the inconvenience I had so I took it. There were some LED TVs were close in the 3-4 hundred dollar price range on their 60-70 inch. I don't think it's asking to much for them to honor the price they displayed it for. It's so frustrating to have wasted so much time and I didn't even have time to buy my groceries something I had come for because the store was going to close in 10 minutes. I had to go to Walmart down the street. First time I've had a vad experience at Target. I've also uploaded a couple of pictures of the missed typed pricing. Imagine trying to get a price mach Gaurantee whrn they can't even honor their prices.

Just done with Target. Used to be my fav store, but I just can’t handle all the DEI stuff being shoved at me. The last straw is the clown-show makeup worn by the girl in the new makeup dept. Literally, like a weird clown doll. Why would anyone want makeup help from someone who purposefully wants to display the “shock factor”? Not me. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Good sales especially for bulk items. Regular prices are okay but nothing special. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be hectic.I do like the way the place is since they remodeled. I also like the fact that the lights inside the coolers go on and off to conserve energy.Really hate the island thing that hold the sale items. Makes walking up and down the main aisle difficult. I also hate they have 20+ checkout aisles but only have two or three open at a time.

We all love Target but I did notice on this particular trip that when I scanned a few items with my target app that the price in store was cheaper than the app/online. Not disappointed, just surprised!

Lots of parking, good job of keeping stock in, and friendly staff. One of their male greeters on the North entrance is the best greeter I have seen anywhere. Always talking to everyone with an upbeat personality. Alex, Emilio, and Jim in the dairy are also so friendly and will me and other customers find things. Jhansi is also very nice. Their cashiers that manage the self checkout are always friendly and pleasant. The front end supervisor (male with longer hair), is always quick to help people into empty lanes if the line is getting long. And the male bakery manager is a doer. Friendly and always helping out in other departments. This store works as a team and you are supporting a good staff.

Pros: convenient fuss free shoppingTarget is always busy but they make the experience much more bearable because the store itself is well organized, the fact that they have a Starbucks is nice. The driveup pickup is such a time saver plus its free! I also appreciate the no fuss return/exchange process.Use the app to earn rewards, and get personalized coupons!

There use to be a time when you could do your shopping at Target and cashiers would be waiting or directing you to open lanes so you could checkout and leave in a reasonable amount of time. Or the self checkout registers would all be operational to help expedite your trip. I know I sound old, but I miss the good ole days.

on november 4th 2023 the self checkout line was too long so unfortunately we had to go to a register where a frustrated cashier was being passive aggressive. i grabbed a bag to put in my cart and she told me that she was going to put something else in the bag. the proper manner of things would be just give me the item she was going to put in there. then after, she told me i got all my bags when i was looking to make sure of everything. this dialogue seems presumptive and ridiculous as if i trust her more than myself. why would i trust someone like her to tell me something truthfully? i have no idea why someone that works her field would think she is smarter than someone else when anyone can do her job? when she hands me the receipt she sees me extending my hand to grab receipt and she quickly changes her mind and gives it to my girlfriend. i feel bad that she has to work as a cashier when she could have gotten a better job if she had better foresight on her career. regardless we will probably use the self checkout from now or just leave the items we were going to buy if we have to go through her line again.

Immediately walk in and decided to stop in to Starbucks to get an iced coffee, the two associate sat there and talked amongst themselves before finally telling me that they were temporarily closed. I came in for a few simple ingredients, and they did not have jiffy mix, and their entire meat and chicken section was blown out of stock. A complete waste of time coming in this target location, I will stick to Crest next time!

Good target. I always find great clothes here. This year their bathing suits were disappointing. They looked cuter online. They have great deals on off brand spanx. Their food is pretty good and they have a wide selection and nice discounts on cartwheel. Dont come here often but always find things when I do.

I utilize curbside pickup, at Quail Springs Target, due to health & mobility issues, and believe that Target is the best for quality and price point for almost everything. Additionally, their employees are professional, friendly, and respectful. The few times I've encountered an issue, it's been addressed immediately, to my satisfaction. I've shopped at Target for decades, and rarely shop elsewhere. I've always felt very safe inside the store, and outside in the parking area. Target maintains their landscaping, and keeps their outside area clean, and safe, with employees often working outside. I, like so many, shop exclusively at Target, for all of my needs.

If it were just a rating for the store my rating would be a 5. However, the customer service (or lack of) that we encountered on our visit was COMPLETELY unacceptable!! We were unloading our cart to check out and the cashier seemed friendly enough. She carried on a long conversation with the customer in front of us. She was ready to help us and we said “Hi”. No response. We were purchasing alcohol and instead of asking for ID she waved her hands. That was it. No words. She silently scanned all items. When we paid my husband said “Thank you have a great night”. She grunted at him. Now I know she wasn’t a mute because I heard her speaking to the previous customer. Perhaps Martha needs more customer service training!

Had a cashier who was extremely unpleasant.I was following directions on the target app. It prompted me to have the cashier scan a barcode for a registry gift. She told me no and to put my number in and proceeded to ramble about forms of payment with my phone . Things that were irrelevant. She never greeted us or anything. After letting her talk I simply told her the app is prompting me to do this to take the item off the registry inventory.She was rude and ruined my dayHire happy people this is my second time shopping at this location and my second time encouraging a rude cashier. The last one didn’t even put my items in the bag and I paid for it and left without it because he was having a bad day. Avoid this target , maybe it’s just on Saturdays

Clean store but that's about it. Alot of food items are out of stock every other time I go. Customer service is abysmal. Spent 15mins looking for the calculators. Every rare sight of an employee, they will run away from you. If 2 employees are standing around talking they will end their conversation and speed walk away if they see you approaching. Had to use one of the side tablets they have and the first one didn't even work. Spent so much time walking around to find alone that the calculators were on an end cap in a backfacing aisle. Never actually seen any employees helping customers unless its at the customer service desk or in electronics.

This location is crowded regardless of day and time, parking lot is always at full capacity. Great selection of products but the crowds are enough to avoid at all cost. Very few check out lines open, so check out takes so long. If you're wondering whether you and your spouse want children, just hang out in the toy section for a few minutes there's at least three tantrums at any time.Great selection of puzzles tho.

I absolutely LOVE Target, but the way I am treated EVERYtime I go in this particular Target, you would think I am a KNOWN THEIF ...I am followed and harassed EVERY-TIME I go into this store and baby Ion be in there looking homely or anything bc I STEPS every time I go anywhere. I do Shipt and Instacart and have had a few run in's with the App and needed assistance from Management but that doesn't warrant them making me feel like a criminal ...I SPEND MONEY MONEY at Target and I do not appreciate it...Check This ...While leaving the store today 2 people ran out that were NOT Black and NOT ONE person budged or even tried to stop them ... I CAN COME SPEND My HARD EARNED MF "BLACK" money and BE WATCHED like I RAN out of your store with something...This is disgusting and the next time I receive this kind of treatment I will take it to ALL my Followers on FB/IG and TIK TOK BECUASE IKYFL!!!!!!!!

Probably 15 to 30% higher than Walmart and too liberal for me. Why shop there when they are just another large corporation but with different marketing strategies.
