My wife and I always have a wonderful experience at this target on N May. Employees are very kind and helpful, especially the cashiers. The renovations they’ve recently done are also particularly nice. I feel like I’m always finding exactly what I need and the store layout stay very consistent.

Mint mobile sim card is what I wanted but neither nw Pkwy or n may have any and don't plan to get more. Nice that they say they are in stock so ya know cause gas is soooo cheap now thanks to O-biden

The Target personnel are consistently top notch. The ordering process is straightforward. It would be better if there was an option to use recycled cardboard boxes rather than plastic bags.

This is a very nice Target. It is very well organized. The aisles are nice and wide. You can easily shop with many other shoppers around. I used to strip and wax floors for a living, so I appreciate a clean, shiny and waxed floor. They take very good care of the store. They have a nice selection, even though they are not a Super Target. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The Target is the department chain store. It has various items ranging from grocery, clothing , shoes, utensils and others. The product quality is excellent but the price is also very high. We went to buy school bags, the bags are in different corners of the store. It is not in a fix place. We also found some nice mountain bikes in reasonable price.

Visit here 8JUL2020. This is not Super store. No dedicated Bakery. I came here to buy Birthday cake to my kid. I haven’t find any as there is no bakery.This store is good for minimum shopping requirements.I even don’t find Lid motion Dust bin at competitive price as compare to Walmart.The price difference between Walmart and Target is about 10$.I went back to Walmart and purchased 10.5 gallon LID motion Dust bin at price of 55$.

The cashier PAM at the Target in OKC NWE Location its a regular Target not a Super one. We had the general how ya do's and weather chat. I WFH so she was like the second in-person that I enteracted with today. But it was a positive experience, she helped the guy in front of me scan items in the target app when his cart was $400+! I was fine to wait, because TARGET. #PamsRegular

Loved the experience until I got to the register. The young lady had a nasty attitude. Otherwise It was cool. But the employees don't seem to like the job. No welcome or anything. That wouldn't fly at the target I work at. (Okc target)

Very rude woman working the Returns and Pickup counter. I had a pickup order on Sunday afternoon for two items and one item was out of stock so I had to grab a different item in the store. I went to collect my pickup order at the counter and simply asked if I could purchase the second item at her counter or if I needed to go through regular checkout. She huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes. So immature. I would’ve had no issue going through regular checkout if that is their policy and she could’ve just communicated that without the attitude. Bad customer service coming from someone who works in customer service 👎🏻

customer service is awful at this location. i have called multiple times over the course of a week to attempt to resolve an issue with a purchase and not once has anyone picked up the damn phone in any department. absolutely ridiculous and frustrating.

Pros: free curbside pickup, target circle rewards and savings coupons (use the app!)Target is my favorite department store. I enjoy their apparel (a new day, Knox rose and goodfellow). Good quality and priced right!

Electronics department has no one around ever and when you do finally find someone they have an attitude with you when you ask if they can unlock one of the cases for you so you can get something then refuse to ring up anything else besides the one thing you need from the case even though you only have five small things total.

Randomly stopped selling beer and wine “until further notice???” I was just there the other day and no signs or mention of that. Ran to target today and both isles were completely cleared out. There was a brand of wine they had that I never could find anywhere else. Lameeee!!

I go to target mainly due to their CVS pharmacy, that is located inside Target 🎯 supermarket on 5400 North May OKC. The pharmacy is never backed up, there's never ever a line to pick up my prescriptions, the pharmacy techs and pharmacists Mylan and Jennifer go above and beyond just their duties, to always make sure the customers are helped in a quick and timely manner, that prescriptions are always ready on time!!! They sure do always have everything I need, as well as friendly, fast and curtiouse service!! Thanks Mylan and Jennifer!!!!!

I use target pick up regularly, typically have no issues but lately I find that the people get lazy and just say some items are out of stock when they are not. I go into the store myself to find them……clearly not a time saving service
