I've been taking my dog to Soi's for the last 7 years. He's a 17 lb poodle. Soi, her daughter and her team have been nothing but friendly, reliable and responsive every time I've had an appointment. I completely trust them with my "baby" and will be taking him here as long as I possibly can!

Our family has visited this establishment twice. Our first visit was amazing. Our mini schnauzer (6mos old) seemed happy to see us upon picking him up & he looked great! Our second visit was extremely rushed (they were busy) understandable but from a person that works with the "regular working class" people on ALL levels of class on a daily basis... we don't speak to people as if we don't need their business no matter their class. There was zero interaction. My dog was removed from the cage, his leash thrown on the counter & the amount due was then yelled to me from the back of the room. I took out my card to pay, she walked to the counter, ran the card & less than gracefully laid the receipt on the counter then walked away never spoke another word. (Did I miss something??) I said thank you & left. For the third visit I've called for over a week leaving messages only to be called back at 7:30am this morning to be told to drop him off at 8am. When I stayed that I wouldn't be able to do it this morning or to be late to work on such short notice due to work at 8am but what would your next first available day/time be. She states "ok fine call back when you make time" & hung up. Most of us that work a regular 8-5 job can't just take off/be late for work in 30 min notice to accept an appointment we've been calling for over a week just to get scheduled for. If anything, could I have possibly even been offered a Saturday appointment no matter how far away it could be available?? I understand language barriers sometimes play an intricate part of communication but body language & business are also communication pieces as well. Friendly service is all I'm asking for. Allow me to trust leaving my loved one in your care with how you talk to/treat ME! If this is how you're talking to & treating ME, exactly how are you treating my pet when I'm not there??
