Rudy's is probably the best pet shop and feed store. The owners are so kind, helpful and informative. Plus they've been doing this for years! So they're extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Shop Local. Shop at Rudy's.Edit:I no longer work here but I still get my birdseed from here, not as good and full as it used to be. Last time I went they didn’t have any parakeet mix and there were barely any birds in the show room. Sad to see such a wonderful spot be so ran down.

Excellent store for your pets needs. Lots of exotic birds items. Friendly knowledgeable staff, even got to meet the owner, she's a super nice lady. Got to meet a Beautiful 7 year old female Macaw too. Didn't realize how big they were compared to my Amazon parrot!!! Lots of great information to be learned here. Thank you all for being very nice! Mush appreciated!

We buy bulk bird food here cheaper than we can get online. Clean fresh seed. We buy the store brand mostly and supplement with a pelleted food. They also carry a variety of birds and a full selection of bird supplies.

This exclusive little pet shop is amazing! From bird toys,ladders,bright colored little toys with bells that all birds love,dog chews and their supplies as well as supplies and scratch for chickens. There are little parakeets in all colors ,guinea pigs,and so much more! I almost couldn't leave! You must try this shop before going to the big pet stores and you will see a difference!

The cashier was very friendly and informative while we were looking for shots for our puppy. They have big birds in back, hamsters and rabbits! Very clean, small shop on the SW.

I've been coming here since last year cause the dog food is so much cheaper then Hollywood Feed. April, is always so nice and accommodating and this place is a two thumbs up 👍👍

They were very friendly and willing to help. There seems to be a quality assortment of animal toys and food. Their separate room with birds was clean and the birds seem to be happy and healthy. Their cages were clean. We definitely will be back.

I had a great experience today, the lady there was very helpful with my purchasing a parakeet, and very knowledgeable in all I would need for my new pet. And she really shows love to all the birds, and knowledge on them all. Their prices on the parakeets are cheaper than the big box stores. I will definitely be back again, even though it's a 22 minute drive it's well worth it! 😃 😊 😀

Great little store. I was surprised to find large bulk bags of zupreem! A better selection for bird stuff then the box stores. Also have bulk seeds of many varieties.

I worked there briefly, and I saw a lot of things that upset me. Upstairs they have a breeding room for cockatiels and parakeets and they had so many birds in one cage. They have no room to move around and no toys in their cage. So this was their life forever. It was heartbreaking. Same with the cockatiels that they’re selling. Way too many birds in a small cage with no toys. They’ve got their bigger parrots, priced so high that it takes a long time for them to be sold. There is a cockatoo there that is plucking his feathers out because he is so depressed. If you’re going to buy a bird, buy it from a breeder. Never buy from a store. The person selling those birds doesn’t know anything about them so you’re not getting the right information...yeah I’m talking about you.

I am so disappointed and I’ve used them before. I called a week in advance to board my two birds asking for a rental cage for my conures. My husband drops them off the day we said and no one knew anything. He dropped off the two birds…each in their own small travel cases WITH food. I asked them the week before if they could trim their wings while we were gone. My husband picks them up the day we said we would. My two birds were housed for 5 days in their carrying cages. The wings were not clipped…they are upset. Then we get a bill for 360.00…they charged 40.00 for wings clipped which I understand but they charged us the remaining for boarding…and my birds ate their own food and sat in their own cramped traveling cases. I’ve been there many times before buying food and treats but never again! I am SO SO disappointed!!! I’m angry and I’ll be sure and let others know…so messed up!!!

I got a parakeet today from this shop his name is Dr.Dre anyways I love the selection of parakeets but I believe they should have a bigger cage so they can be more comfortable my parakeet doesn't know how to fly that well but he is a baby but the cage the parakeets are in there is no flying room so please ship owners upgrade you parakeet cage if your going to have that many parakeets now I will say my parakeet is more tame then my ither parakeet I got at PetSmart about 2 months ago this parakeet will let me pet it hold it and pick it up it bites sometimes but it's getting used to me it's only the first day hope this helps

Before you leave store, ensure you get correct size food you asked for. Many employees are new. I spent about $100.00 on bird food can't use. Opened pkg & realized I had tiny food my big bird won't eat. Told my problem to new employee. She was rude & didn't care.I won't be back.

Both of the owners Jenny and julie went above and beyond with us adding parakeets to our home! They are very knowledgeable about these birds and want the best fit! Couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service! Also, Christina is so sweet and made the experience picking out a bird more enjoyable!! Will recommend this place to family and friends!

I love Rudy's Savannah is the manager there and she is so helpful she helped my daughter and I get the right bird for us we could handle them and see if we bonded and it was an overall perfect experience!! The bird we have is amazing it is very social with my daughter and me and she is 7 so that should say something about how they are raised!!

We have our Cokatiel Kiwi and our Canary Lemonade! We couldn’t have been happier! Savanna was very helpful and answered all of our questions and gave us her whole attention even though the store was packed.
