On the web site it says proof of rabies shot not tag and the receipt from veterinarian and a letter of verification from vet. So my poor puppy still hasn't been groomed yet and his nails are horrific. It was a Sunday so they couldn't call OKC humane society that spayed neutered and vaccinated my little guy. I asked why couldn't they scan his chip to prove it and they didn't have a scanner. REALLY? Besides they don't give cute haircuts anyway just a buzz and go. My guy is to cute for that.

Awesome service I spoke with Helen in training department, she was so educating about my new dog, so glad I was able to get schooled on great products for my new puppie highly recommend her if you need any advice.

This store is one of the best in my opinion.The employee's are all very friendly and happy to assist us, everytime we go.They are very informative on what's best for our pups.The salon has alot of new face, but the girls are very sweet & helpful!We were able to get our pup on a proper grooming schedule with one of our favorite groomers!

Super helpful!! Our dog keeps getting matted and the girls helped us get on a better grooming schedule and they helped us select brushes for home so she doesn't get as matted between grooms!

I take my 3 pups here and would not go anywhere else. Elizabeth and all the groomers here always take top notch care of them, and do an AMAZING job!!
